Awesome stay!!! Our family is one the 1st guests at Conrad. The kids enjoyed every meal at China Blue and Brassierre on 3...even the pool experience was amazing. We love their Staffs Definitely the best staycation ever!

Great service and has a sky walk way to MOA..Lots of store and restaurants to shop and dining area. With a heavy duty security in all entrance.

This is a very luxurious hotel on the edge of Manila Bay, and attached to Mall of Asia. My partner and I have always had good experiences here! The staff and amenities are outstanding. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. We have, however, had some minor room maintenance issues on our most recent stays. The issues were quickly and effectively resolved, but why were they there in the first place? That minor complaint aside, I love this hotel, and highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Manila.
One thing to add--be prepared to encounter a lot of lobby (and possibly pool area) traffic due to the constant events being hosted at this luxe venue. It has become annoying on occasion, so please be aware. If the possibility of this 'inconvenience ' does not concern you, then please disregard my warning.

For such an expensive hotel, I'm surprised that Wi-Fi is still not included in the room rate.

I travel to Manila once in awhile for work. It's one of the most comfortable hotel I have stayed in lately. All the staff are super courteous. We had breakfast and dinners at the Brasserie 3 and definitely suggest chilling out at the C lounge because of the view. It's never failed me, even when I had to conduct an art workshop at the Atrium. They helped me set up properly.

Definitely worth going to for shops and for staying/staycation. Director's Lounge to watch movies is good.

Very warm friendly and accommodating staff. Our food orders are served promptly. You can either choose a la carte or buffet from the restaurant. A good view of the Manila bay is seen and nice to see the sunset and sunrise.

Not a lot of shops but its a good place to get away from the busy and crowded Mall of Asia

Stunning view of Manila bay and the majestic sunset at the comfort of a lounging chair from the main lobby. Super helpful staff who volunteered to take our group photo even if we had to drag the staff trainee along places we wanted to be taken. She even suggested wacky poses from us. Enjoyed the lovely scent of the hotel, soft bed, blanket, pillow and bathroom amenities. Loved the breakfast buffet spread and ate our heart out. We will definitely come back. Thank you!

This is a Family Oriented place. Staffs are welcoming. Will surely go back on this place.

I have stayed for 3 nights, with fully personalized, luxury and hospitality. You can reach Mall of Asia and Manila Bay by walk distance, enjoy the sunrise as breakfast ambiance.

A good structure, clean and with a warm attention offered by all the staff. Good breakfasts, with a wide variety of food and beverages (great natural juices)

Fantastic mind-blowing property just on the edge of Manila Bay. As usual maintains the Hilton standard. Rooms is very comfortable and spacious. As i was Hhonor member, got some extra benefits, otherwise wifi is also chargeable. So join Hhonors before visiting any Hilton/Conrad property. Breakfast is boring as they serve same food everyday! But they have lots of options. Would be great, if it had an Indian corner. Pool is mind-blowing and very spacious as well. Overall i will rate 9/10. Keep going Conrad!!!

. The location is good, right next to the Mall of Asia shopping mall. The rooms are a bit small but they are pleasantly decorated. Room amenities and services are decent, but if you call room service, you will also get a memory foam pillow. Breakfast is good too, especially Laksa noodles. However, the hotel has a lot of guests, so the restaurant may be a bit crowded. The swimming pool photo on the hotel's official homepage was so well taken that it's hard to believe it. There is a very nice swimming pool on the roof of the building but it is not available to the regular guest rooms. And this hotel is not recommended for smokers because the smoking room is very far from the hotel building. To get to the smoking room, you have to go far to the Hard Rock Cafe. The Carabao stuffed dolls are given as a souvenir, but it's not bad overall, but I don't want to go get another doll. Even though I did valet parking, I might wait 30 minutes to pick up the car.

There are many disappointing parts to play with Conrad.

Very nice location. Walking distance from the biggest Mall in Asia and amazing coastal view with lively nightlife. All within walking distance. The room is very spacious and comfortable. Bathroom is amazing worth 3 different shower heads which the third head is for body. However, the service did not live up to the price and name. House keeping didn't come and make up the room, and had to called reception at least three times then only they come. At check in, the toiletries where not available. But the staffs are very friendly and responsive. The slippers and robes are very comfortable. Just need to improve the services.

Accommodation is great including the staffs though we can't try the Executive Lounge bec no shorts, slippers nor fitness attire allowed...

The air was scented, which caused me to have allergies and get sick. Also, the customer service wasn't that good because they would take a long time to get our requests for towels and toiletries. Lastly, there are a lot of people, and the staff tends to push people around to other restaurants; even though, they aren't entirely full. I enjoyed the restaurants since they used high quality ingredients that were decently priced for the food. Overall, the atmosphere was very elegant and classy, but you constantly had to dress up for the executive lounge and c lounge: the staff was okay, and the food was very delicious and not overrated.

The only drawback is the breakfast is really all the menu weaved

Great hotel! We had to avoid Makati because our daily journey would be about 2+ hours long so Conrad was suggested. The entrance to the hotel looks nice and upscale then you have to take the elevator to the third floor where you'll find the lobby. The lobby has very nice views with a high ceiling and floor to ceiling windows for the bay. The hotel has a bridge that takes you directly to the Mall of Asia but also the S Maison Mall. The room was spacious and had a nice view of the bay. The staff were nice and helpful. I recommend Conrad Manila if you want to avoid the crowded city center or want the proximity to the airport. Also, the hotel booked me a 'grab' taxi, similar to Uber elsewhere.

If you hate the noise of crowds, this is the place for you. Enjoy the ample space of their restaurants, cinema, and lounge area.

The location of the Conrad is spectacular. It has a path that goes straight into Mall of Asia so you can explore the mall without having to go through the streets or get a taxi. The breakfast buffets are exceptional and their executive lounge has a great view of the water. I would recommend staying here and probably will again.

MOA area stylish hotel with international standards. Nice, spacious shopping lobby with a combination of modern and stylish mall design within the Hotel. Upscale selections of restaurants and shops. Has paid parking spots.
