Outstanding hotel...in my opinion the best 5* hotel in Manila.

Makati Shangri la had for the last 9 years been my favourite of the numerous 5* hotels we have been lucky enough to stay in.
However, after 3 stays on the Conrad, with access to the executive lounge, I would say it is the number 1.

Great customer care, friendly staff. Good security and great food.

Also in a great location..Perfect!
