Great insurer, short lines of communication, very friendly employees. Extremely fast payment of invoices, the friendly premium and no money throwing gifts etc: just a fair price. In my experience nothing is too much for them to guide you if you have any questions.

I think it's a great health insurance company. May choose my own specialists, do not reimburse everything, but I have not really been bothered by that so far, so as far as I am concerned, a great health insurer.

As a customer I am very satisfied with this health insurer, nothing is too much for them and the customer service is excellent, DSW is at a lonely height when it comes to customer service. I am really glad I made this decision to get insured here. If you are looking for a no nonsense health insurance company that is good for its customers, look no further but assure yourself here, I think this is the best decision I made! I give them a well-deserved 10!

The customer service employees have no idea what they are talking about.

Employee was not aware of the meaning of the dentist codes, so she could not answer my question without me being able to name the code. I found too much "reciting what's in the computer" and too little personal.

Threw me out unfairly. I called that I had a letter address before I emigrated to Greece. No problem, the answer was put out before departure. Scandalous.

As a client, you will be put to the test to declare the transport costs of the chemo treatment and radiation. Shirt is asked of the body, copies of the treatments are not read, why send it along. Have been working for some time now to get the costs reimbursed. Got something else on my mind. Burocrati at its best. BAH.

Replace good medicines for so-called same medicines with of course the same effect, rubbish made in a third world country. Do you still want the same medicines; suddenly pay yourself!

End of DSW at the end of this year. With this so-called insurer, money is more important than people's health.

Reimburse little for treatments that are often needed and they don't work with all healthcare providers. You do not have a free choice of doctors!

Phone service is very good. I call and get someone on the line. The conversations are clear. I have been a member of DSW for decades. Invoices are paid properly and dental bills are reimbursed in accordance with the conditions.
