Conrad Manila Review

Have a nice view of manila bay. Spacious room but my hubby was not comfortable on it's bed.

Very courteous staff. Minimalist style for the lobby.

Excellent hotel with perfect view of Manila bay and the enchanting sunset.

It is where the Hard Rock Cafe rocking. Just near the baywalk. Sleek rooms have Wi-Fi (fee) and flat-screens, plus espresso machines and spa-style showers. Upgraded rooms add bay views. Suites include living rooms, while upgraded suites add terraces, balconies and/or kitchenettes. Some also offer access to a private lounge serving complimentary breakfast. Room service is available 24/7. Parking is free. There's a buffet-style eatery, a Chinese restaurant and a cafe, as well as 2 bars. Other amenities include an infinity pool, a posh spa and a gym.

The best 5-star hotel is 12 minutes away from the airport. A direct link to the Asia Shopping Center, one of Manila's largest malls, is connected to a wide range of restaurants, food, excellent security, warm reception and high cleanliness.

Having just spent 14 days at the hotel I think I can say it was the best vacation I have ever had. From the moment I walked in to reception to book in with all the friendly staff and bell boys and lift boys .To the Chambermaid and her incredible towel models . The rooms was spacious the view was incredible the sunset stunning. Food was very good and delicious. Breakfast is brilliant know matter where you come from you can find some thing nice to eat . It was so good I am going there again in a few months time looking forward to it .The Spa is so relaxing the pool is safe and a good place to rest and for sunbathing. Nothing was to much for the staff going out of there way to help you . You only get what you pay for .

Very nice five-star hotel, part of Mall of Asia with playing machines for kids and adult also, eat all you can during breakfast which I love it, everyday I swum at the swimming pool which opens at 7:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m., there are venues for marriage, we were sponsored by Nestle Phil's. and Abott for staying here because my sister is the speaker of the said corporations, Rooms here are accommodating as if we were a royal family, plenty of foreign guests of different countries were book at here, ohh I miss Conrad Manila, see you next year Conrad Manila, I recommend people to book Conrad Manila because of the plenty of hotels I visited it is also one of beautiful hotel I visited.

The best hotel ever for like a decade!! We're greeted with smiles from the lobby to every part of this place! There's a welcome drink and cookie when we arrived. The room was great and they even updated our room into a suit. That was huge. Every inch of the room was sturdy and the view of Manila Bay at dusk and dawn is still awesome. Plus, the hotel is connected to Mall of Asia so it was great every where you turn.

Truly marvelously built. With only one ironic twist: the not so clean, or literally environmentally unfriendly view of the coast.

It was actually a nice hotel and it is also near in MOA.

I love their dumplings, especially their signature appetizer on my first visit (ginger this time) along with stir-fried beef scallions, radish pastry & black sesame rice balls served in ginseng soup.

Beautiful hotel. Close to the everything and is connected to the Mall of Asia. Very convenient if visiting PI.

Great view of Manila Bay. Very Good hotel compare to Shangri la at the Fort. Staff are very courteous and provide what customer needs and request within their parameters. And they do respond back in no time with positive development.

This has been my quarantine facility for almost 1week, The owwa houseparent is always checking and updating us,she really knows her job. The hotel services are very good also, they have a very polite staff. Worth the stay. Thank you Conrad hotel and staff for accomodating and thank you Owwa

One of my favorite hotel ever. Great view of the bay, clean and courteous staff. We stated there for business and the staff was eager to help us out with what we needed. Our room was clean and beautiful. Food was great too.

I like the ambiancel in general.
I sometimes meet my friends from high school at Buffalo Wings and we find the service warm and friendly.
I also had lunch once at Bistro ___, where the servers only speak in impecable Tagalog. The food was quite good and we enjoyed our time there.

Clean, sophisticated and elegant. Conveniently located at the back of SMX and just across Mall of Asia's amusement park and seaside restaurants.

Condrad hotel is very clean the guest room,the food reception, and like the foods specially to all intertainer I like them all.

Last week we're here. We had a superb experience and enjoyed hotel's generous spaces and amenities (pool, sauna etc) . Many good food choices on breakfast buffet at Brasserie on 3 and Bru Coffee shop

Great service, good views (if you choose bay view rooms), big and comfortable rooms. If you have breakfast included, the breakfast spread is incredible too!

This review is for customer service only at reservations. I have yet to stay at the hotel. I called ahead of time to ask for a few things prior to my arrival and the person at reservations was not very helpful. I asked for a 220 to 110 volt converter if it is available for my CPAP. She said that she does not know if they have one and that I should request it at the front desk during my arrival. That was it. Not very helpful. What if it is not available? What should I do then? She asked me to bring my own. Then I asked whether she could call front desk for me but it seemed to have irked this lady. She placed me "on hold" to "transfer" my call but she hanged up instead. Not very helpful at all.

Place was enjoyable but the food was not equivalent to your money spent.

The foods are not as good as expected. The ice tea taste like water according to the one beside me, may be diluted with so much ice. The room is clean and neat.

Had a good table watching the fireworks Olympics. A bit pricey. Food selection was limited but the food was ok. Great service though.

Wouldn't recommend this hotel. The lighting does not work correctly, you can see what kind of water you can see. The room is in poor condition.

Clean and big rooms...swimming pool is warm and the ambience was refreshing. Food is great too...downfall is their internet in which for the high prices of their rooms and services, you still have to pay separately for wifi connection...total bummer!!! If not for its location, would never recommend this place.

Amazing experience. From the hospitality and service, to food and attention to detail, the Conrad does not disappoint. The spa services are top notch, and the privacy you feel in the hotel is second to none. The layout of the hotel allows you to forget you are in the middle of city and provides gardens and quiet spaces to relax and reflect. I highly recommend having access to the executive lounge. The amenities provided there are over the top and also overlooking the Manila Bay. Just exquisite.

One of the most expensive hotels in Manila and I would say it s worth it. The service at this hotel is absolutely TOP notch. Everyone I encountered was probably the nicest and most professional I met in just about all the places I ve traveled to around the world. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The hotel is connected directly to a full upscale mall with a half-dozen popular Western chain restaurants. The hotel s breakfast buffet is absolutely worth it. And if you want a wonderful stay near Manila Int. airport, you really can t beat this location. There are some negatives to the hotel s layout. This hotel is massive; like Las Vegas style massive. Expect a good 10 minute walk to anything once you re checked in.

They have a wonderful restaurant called China Blue. Clean & roomy, with huge viewing Windows facing Manila Bay.

The kids love the 1 bedroom suite. There were 2 TVs. So we adults gets to watch what we want and the kids can watch cartoons in the other room. The kids also enjoyed the bathtub. The bathroom and dressing was our favorite. Very spacious. The lobby area was magnificent. It also has a bridge connection going to MOA.

The hotel is perfect for people who wants relaxation, peace and quiet place. The employees/staff so far are accommodating and courteous.

best location and best luxurious hotel in.manila , only bad thing wich I made less star is there is no smoking room and no smoking area in or near hotel , u have to go far away like one kilo out to smoke and return

Hotel in the city away from the maddening crowd. The Manila Bay view is awesome that makes you feel tranquility.

Relaxing atmosphere, great restaurants at their S Maison mall, excellent sunset view of the bay. What's not to like?
