My experience did not begin March 2013; it began February 2012. I lost my home; car and really my life that year. I was in need of a car; however, my credit was of no value. Yet, Mr. Andre Smith listened to me and let me know; he couldn't help me at that time. But, to try again in about a year. Feeling defeated even more, as door, after door had closed. Andre, took the time to just open a window of possibility for me to try again; at a later time. I was going thru a personal transition and only time would heal; just as time would heal my credit. I never gave up, and he referred me to someone that sold used cars. I bought a '98 Nissan Maxima and it ran perfect for me; up until March 6, 2013 when I had a bad accident. Thank God, it was not worse. But, to think the very car I bought after leaving Andre at Concordville Nissan; would be the reason for my return 1 year later.
The difference is time healed my life and my credit to qualify for assistance. However, I thought being in a used car was my only option and yes, I picked out what I thought was stylish and affordable. To my surprise Andre, shared something with me another option, from a professional and personal perspective. He asked me, what was more important to me? Style or re-building my credit. I said, re-building my credit. He said, I am going to get back to you. He called and said I could get approved for the 2013 Nissan Versa; I cried. How? Why? What? are you serious? He said yes, with a rebate, affordable car payment, 3yr/36k warranty, worry free. He did what was best and right for me. All I can say is thank you, thank you and thank you. He never gave up and I will always refer my family, friends and strangers. My experience at Concordville Nissan was not what I expected...I really didn't want to buy my vehicle from a dealer because of my past experience and what others have also experienced which was not so good: but here I fell into the hands of a family who goes beyond the means of "selling"...it's the whole thing, me and my daughter couldn't stop telling others of their warm friendly faces and conversations...I don't usually comment at all...but this particular dealership gets an A-1 shout out...Mark, Dave and Brian, kudos to u guys...I love my big boy pathfinder...u guys are the best...

I came to the dealership with the intention to get an oil change on my Nissan Rogue. I left with a Nissan Sentra. The whole point for me was the cut costs if possible and not only did they do that, they gave me a great car with awesome features and a great warranty. They listened to what I had to say and when it came time to negotiate numbers, Zac Miller (my salesman) did his best and cut my payment by $100 a month. Very happy with my experience with them. I recommend Concordville Nissan to anyone and everyone and will recommend Zac Miller to the same people.

My experience today financing my first vehicle was amazing. The process did not take all day!!!! My salesperson actually listened to me and made recommendations based on what I was looking for. He found me a very low mileage murano at a price that I was happy with. Farid was my salesperson and I will recommend him to anyone looking for a new or used car. I am a first time buyer looking for a better reliable car to drive. I was referred to Kenny Oppel. I went in, with not the best credit. I sat down with
Kenny and he was awesome. I had shared some information to see what he could do for me. Kenny worked some magic for me and but me in a 2016 volts wagon. I was very surprised with the car that Kenny was able to put me in. I definitely would recommend Kenny to anybody that is looking into buying a new or used car.

My husband and I recently purchased a CPO Rogue from Concordville Nissan, and from start to finish the process was easy and enjoyable! Zac Miller was our sales agent, and he did everything he could to make us feel comfortable and answered our questions honestly. Everyone we came in contact with was very friendly and easy to talk to, and they really worked with us in regards to our budget and what we could afford. I'm 4 months pregnant, and since we were there all afternoon the manager even brought me some food leftover from the employee catered lunch so I wouldn't be uncomfortable - which was incredibly appreciated!! All in all, it was an unmatched experience and we will definitely be making them our exclusive Nissan dealership for the future!

I purchased a very clean Infiniti G37S coupe and I love the car but the service and response time is absolutely horrific!! I have been leaving messages to the "Title Clerk" for the last 4 days trying to figure out where is my tag. I have not received a call back yet. I stopped in yesterday and the receptionist had me wait for 10 min to see the "Title Clerk" and after 25 min they never came!! Today my temp tag expires (as I have been relaying on messages) and I want to leave town for Thanksgiving but I may have to ride with someone else because I still have heard NOTHING!!! On top of that Jill promised to fill up my tank with gas when I purchased the car and she did not do so!! They have very clean cars but if you want great service DO NOT GO THERE!!!

I was all of a sudden in need of a new car after my old car died the day before. I drive a lot for work and being out of a vehicle for a few days was not an option. I stopped by Concordville Nissan to compare some prices and deals they may have against some of the other dealerships in the area. The customer service experience they gave me was top notch and I knew right away I was in good hands. They had me in driving away in a brand new car in almost no time, and for a good price too I might add. I would highly recommend getting a car from this place. Ask for a bald taller gentleman named Ryan when you do go there. I believe he may be one of the managers but he made sure I was taken care of the whole time.

I cannot put into words the joy we are feeling! As a recently divorced woman I have a lot of credit issues. Anthony Cappello was patient and calm and took us through our car buying experience. He was very kind and professional. He was very patient with me and my very hyper children. Even with all the dilemas I had such as down payments. He was able to get me from a 9 year old minivan with many issues to a brand new 2016! He was simply amazing with all of us!! I would recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle.

I recently purchased a 2015 Altima from Concordville Nissan and it could not have gone any better. The car was exactly as advertised, at a fair price, and no hidden fees. Although I was 4 hours away, Rich Panichelli stayed in constant contact with me throughout the process. Rich very flexible on how to handle the transaction and helped with every step. Even after the transaction, Rich immediately followed through with some questions about the car. Not one time through the transaction did I feel undervalued. The service and follow through was exceptional, and I will likely be a customer for many more years.

Let me tell you, going into a dealership brings me great anxiety with anything less then perfect credit. But Kenney was able to help my family and I get into a beautiful reliable car on the day he promised. I couldnt ask for a better experience, im so excited to build a great relationship with Kenney and hopefully be able to continue upgrading my vehicle every few years with him. Awesome guy with a great personality, time well spent!

Today I bought my second NISSAN Rogue Sport SL from Zac Miller. Zac worked will me through the entire sale! He was very friendly and understanding to my needs! Everyone in the sales department made me feel welcomed! Chuck DeSantis helped me out with the financial end of things so I could pay the monthly fee. The sales side of the dealership I'm happy with. The service side was incredibly overpriced. The service was very easy to schedule, I was very happy with that. The waiting area was well below standards of other dealerships. Then the bill came and I was shocked to see the cost. The cabin air filter was three times what I pay other places. The labor to change the filter was even worse since the blower had to be removed to fix the issue anyway. The filter was sitting right there. No extra time to put the filter in was even required. $66 to change a cabin air filter is crazy.

Just very unhappy and will look to take my car elsewhere to a place I trust and will not overcharge me.

Took my car in at 8:00 am and was told it should be done by noon for a simple recall. Never called, so I called them finally at 3:30 and was told it would be ready in half hour. I find it hard to believe they worked all day on my car. Appointment was set up a week in advance.

Got a great deal for my car. Update: First two service experience was good. The next two are the worst. Went in recently for a diagnostic service for some issues, initially I was asked to come another day - which I did. When I brought the car back for diagnosis, the technician just blatantly refused that there are any issues. When I took him to the car to show him the issue, he just said 'Yes, I see that. But its what it is and its normal'. How can squeaky sound and belt noise can be normal - I don't understand. Their service team is a disgrace to the brand.

After being involved in, what I thought was a minor collision I suddenly lost the power steering on my Nissan Frontier. I was far from home and I lost the ability to safely steer my vehicle. I happened to be close to the dealership and stopped there with the expectation that I would need to leave it. I was very surprised that the service department agreed to look at it even though I did not have an appointment and I did not purchase the truck there.
They promptly checked the situation, diagnosed it and made the repair. The service adviser, Pat and the Tech Manny explained the problem and and what was done to fix it. They test drove the truck to ensure it was safe and all was good. Everyone at the dealership was extremely professional and I could not be happier with my treatment. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service by all especially Pat and Manny.

Excellent experience! I was shopping for a new car during the Pandemic and everyone involved from the salesperson to the finance manager were extremely helpful. My salesperson Zach went out of his way to find a car that fit my needs. I was so impressed, I brought my parents back yesterday and Zach used his knowledge and professionalism to get them a vehicle as well.

I will never go anywhere else for a vehicle purchase again.

I recently came in to buy a new car. I was greeted by Evan Dorfman who was courteous and polite. He offered us water and quickly found out what we were looking for. We were able to test drive many cars until we finally settle on a car. He handed us off to Sean, who worked in the Subaru section and Sean was able to sell us the car of my dreams. The sales process was quick and easy. I got a great trade in value for my old car and a price I was satisfied with on my new car. I will come to this dealership again and I highly recommend Concordville Nissan and Subaru to anyone looking for a professional and friendly car-buying experience!

Called ahead asking if they had the Rouge hybrid on the lot for a test drive. Was told, yes they have it but they're busy, so they made me an appointment and promised "we'll have the car waiting for you when you arrive, and you'll meet with the best guy we have."

After killing 45 minutes before my "appointment" I arrive to find that no one has my name on record and the place is nearly empty after all. I was immediately seen by a random salesman who tells me "no one on the east coast has that car, it's a West coast car because it only sells over there where gas prices are so high"

I told this man I was disappointed because the man on the phone assured me the car would be ready for me when I arrived. The salesman told me "yeah, I'm pretty sure I know who you spoke with" ...

So, not sure what kind of operation these guys are trying to run, but I'd stay away if I were you. This episode led me to Team Toyota of Glenn Mills, where I purchased my RAV4 hybrid, which I love.

They are not nice people, the sales people.
The service representatives are AMAZING people.
So, if you already happen to owen a Nissan; feel safe taking it here. The service staff will take care of you. They will be kind. They will walk you through everything that is happening. They will answer all your questions. They will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable.
BUT
By all means possible, avoid the sales team. They will lie to your face. They will miss lead you. They will try and take advantage of you.

It is sad to have such a negative experience. But some people are only out for them selves; and the money.

Being kind goes along way... and the service team here knows that.

I would highly recommend servicing a vehicle you already own.
I would strongly recommend staying away if you are looking to purchase a vehicle.

I went in to have a recall issue taken care of. I asked about my squeaky brakes that another shop had installed and my brakes where cleaned without me asking. The rep also had a few jokes that made me and my daughter laugh. I always have a great time at all Nissan dealerships but this one has to be the best.

Received a flyer in the mail stating that I was pre qualified for a loan "Platnum status" with guaranteed financing, I arrived at the dealership this morning to look st a few vehicles when I ask the salesman about the flyer he had ZERO idea what it was. He then tells me that this he has only been at this job for 2 weeks, That's fine everyone needs to start somewhere but this guy had no clue on what the difference was between 4 wheel drive and 4x4! Really I'm looking at a truck and you cant describe what features are on it? As far as the flyer I received it was a lie and complete BS just a tatic to get people in the dealership very deceitful sales tactic and no one could answer me when I asked about it.

I had the most wonderful experience at Concordville Nissan! Went there with my StepDad after checking them out online and we were immediately greeted and shown around by Eddie Conti. Told him what I was looking for, my price range, etc., and after test driving a couple, he brought out a car he felt met all my needs, and it was perfect! Fell in love as soon as I sat in it! So, thanks to Eddie, I'm driving a car that I feel completely safe in, handles wonderfully, and I love. I wholeheartedly recommend Concordville Nissan, and especially Eddie, to anyone looking for a car.

The biggest complaint / criticism (and I had several, this time).. was that when I picked up my car there was a strong smell of oil, diesel or gas. So I called and left a message and hoped someone would call me back. No one called, so I emailed Matt Costa and never ever heard back. That is disappointing. By the rime I got home I had a serious migraine, had to take meds and then couldn t drive my car until my husband detailed it (which, as you know, is expensive and takes times). My car still smells (not as bad). But I am highly disappointed in the customer service and would appreciate a call or email from the Service Manager (not Matt, at this point).

I bought my car from Concordville because I was not harassed. At other dealers, they started calling, texting and emailing within minutes of researching pricing on a vehicle they required you to enter in your info just to check the estimated monthly payment. Concordville did not do that. But as soon as I was ready, then I got a call right away. I liked that it was a very easy, non-pushy experience. Jose did a good job and I am thrilled with my new Rogue.

I have no updates. I was stressed when I called another Nissan dealership near my job in Warrington, PA and lets say that they added to my stress. I then call Concordville Nissan the location I purchased the vehicle and they were just as amazing as they were when I purchased the vehicle. Outstanding customer service. I appreciate all of the hard work and Concordville fixing my Rouge. You guys Rock!
