The biggest complaint / criticism (and I had several, this time).. was that when I picked up my car there was a strong smell of oil, diesel or gas. So I called and left a message and hoped someone would call me back. No one called, so I emailed Matt Costa and never ever heard back. That is disappointing. By the rime I got home I had a serious migraine, had to take meds and then couldn t drive my car until my husband detailed it (which, as you know, is expensive and takes times). My car still smells (not as bad). But I am highly disappointed in the customer service and would appreciate a call or email from the Service Manager (not Matt, at this point).
