Super friendly staff. A bit pricey of course because it's a dealership. Popped my tired in the evening had it towed there and it was ready in the morning. Customer service is always on point.
Still not seeing the benefit of making an appointment and being there early if all they do is ignore you. BTW forth time for regular required service and again I had to tell them the car was done and where it was at.

The Experience at this Toyota Dealership was horrible. Clearly, the salesmen didn t care. We asked to see a RAV4, and to which they responded yeah some are open, some aren t, I don t know.
Oh, also a heads up to those who will be doing your service here. Please, please, please, double check your oil after your service from them. We found that the technicians never changed the oil on our 4Runner, nor did they rotate our tires, and when we told the manager, he checked the shop cameras. SURE ENOUGH they didn t.
We ll be taking our business somewhere else. The only reason I give this business one star, is because the Toyota name.

I came into Toyota of Redlands to have my 2006 Corolla serviced about a month ago since I have always received the best service from you guys. Mario has always been so friendly and informative and most of all so helpful. Unfortunately my Corolla was gonna cost me way to much to fix so I decided to take a look around to see if I could find an affordable car. Mike was my salesman and was beyond helpful. He is very knowledgeable and very patient. I am a very picky buyer so I know Im not the easiest customer to deal with and patients is a huge plus for people like me.. Mike went out of his way to make sure the car I purchased had everything and more in it that I wanted. Every staff member I came in contact with had a smile on their face and made feel very comfortable with my purchase. Greg, Janelle, Toi are to just name a few. Needless to say I now own a new 2012 Toyota Corolla "S" with everything I wanted. I will continue to come to these guys for all my service needs and will definitly recommed people to you. Overall good cars and good service, but the employees could be less rude. You buy a car from them, bring it in for service, and they tell you they're not sure they can squeeze you in. Meanwhile, they all seem to be standing around eating muffins and drinking coffee. Just get it done!!!

Worst dealer I have ever been to. Went in to buy a car, left without it because the numbers were not adding up. I dealt with 3 different employees and none of them could get their numbers straight when we ALL sat down and did the math together. They claimed they got confused when really they were trying to pocket my down payment. In the end one of them claimed he did not have time to work with me because he was "too busy" and pretty much told me to leave. The finance manager is by far the worst! He does not keep his word and was forcing to pay for car mats that I did not want. He said I HAD to buy them even though they are advertised as optional. They preferred to pass up on a sale because they wanted to get extra money form me and I was not allowong that. To top it off, as I was getting in my car to go home the employee comes out and asks me if I walked away with the keys to the car I was looking into buying!!!!

Had to take my vehicle in for repairs. For the most part, I was satisfied. Prices pretty much matched their estimate.
I bought a yaris here in 2008. They sold me a factory alarm for over $600.00 I didn't want the alarm but I did want immediate delivery. so I agreed to keep the alarm for expediency. Imagine the surprise when they wanted to schedule an appointment to have the alarm installed. They refused to rewrite the contract and said I could spend the excess money on accessories. So I go online to price the accessories that would add up to about $600.00. I brought the car back and was charged different prices than Toyota retailed the items for. I pick up the car and owe an amount much larger than the retail price.
They sold me a service policy for a thousand dollars I was told would be the equivalent to four thousand dollars in service. Jiffy lube would do the same work for half of that ($500.00) Without an appointment!
Just about everything went wrong for me and right for the dealer. They were very careful to maintain plausible deniability on these and many other little things that just didn't go right.
I can't fault the service department, they are very professional.
Nice store. Check in person seemed to be a bit stressed and I didnt feel I could take my time deciding if I wanted other services and parts besides my oil change. So just settled for oil change only.
This dealership receives top notch rating because of it's exceptional professionalism and customer service. My family has been dealing with this dealership for a long time, and recently my cousin bought a highlander from here. Joshua Green is our salesman and he was very polite and knew what he was talking about. Their management was very hands on as well, and they are always talking to customers making sure they are ok and pleased.

I bought a car 2 years ago and they told me if I get a referral i get like a bonus 100 or something. I send my mom today to buy a car there and they totally fxxked her over and I called them for a referral and the desk manager called me crazy and said they don t do that anymore.

Today Benji helped me with today s unexpected visit, he has great customer service, is efficient and knowledgeable, I always feel welcomed and appreciated as a customer and Benji explains things to me simply, directly and patiently, no hidden surprises and answered all my questions, which I greatly appreciate, he made sure I received my car back as quickly as possible and smoothly running. Such a great team here. Vasilios (sorry if I m butchering the name) is another awesome knowledgeable and great staff member, who has helped me on a few occasions as well. Never go to repair shop! Tried to fix our timing belt, damaged oil pump and made us pay for it. Doubled price of the repair.
I did not hear from my service person must of had an emergency because I did not talk to him at all after I gave him the keys. So needless to say I'm not happy. The shuttle driver, the cashier, the valet were all awesome.
Watch your wallet, be aware of what the service department wants to add to a repair when they "find" something after a second phone call, also make sure you get a copy of the initial work order, you have to ask. Never going back there to even fix a flat tire.

Be careful of service here sometimes. They don't always do what's requested, such as a tire rotation. But they always charge way more than other certified mechanics in the area!

100% real review, i received and confirmed an email offer i received from Edna the internet coordinator which was good for 72 HOURS as the email stated, i drive from Palm Springs for the deal, but they could not accept a personal check, even after verifing proof of funds. I was to return in the morning with cashiers check. As soon as they realized i was a cash buyer, and would not make additional money on the back end with financing, Mynor the internet sales manager Who i was working closely with, stated that the deal was no good, the rebate and incentive no longer applied that was only good for the previous night. This has been the DIRTIEST move by any dealer and ive bough many CASH, turned away a highly qualified buyer. Out of towners do not waste time...
Go see Neil. I'd been car shopping online for weeks and refused to visit a dealership. My wife forced me to look around before we grabbed dinner that night and I ran into Neil, thank god. I am so impressed with this dealership!!!! I usually dread going to any kind of car dealership because of the stereotype of sales people. I hate having to hassle for the price, I hate them trying to sell me things at the end and I hate when they try and upgrade me.
I took my mother-in-law to Toyota of Redlands and was greeted right away. We told the salesman our budget and what we are looking for. He was able to recommend two different models and we settled on one within 30 minutes.
The process was very easy after we decided on the model to buy. The paperwork went fairly fast and we were in and out of there within two hours. The salesman even spent an extra half an hour with us showing us all the cool features that the Highlander can do.
I am very impressed and highly recommend this dealership!

Purchased a Tacoma yesterday and the sale was hassle free. Tamer Gerges was our sale rep and he is amazing and his service was exceptional. My husband I have been to many different dealership and Tamer is the guy you want to buy a car with. Tamer Gerges was polite, knowledgeable of his craft, and respectfully. Mr. Cooney (sales manger) was respectfully, fair, and transparent. During the sale process this dealership was fully transparent and honest with the customer (no hidden fees, fair pricing). David Blanco was our finance manger, he was precise, knowledgeable and clear of everything that was put in front of us. No confusion nor uncertainty during the contract signing.
Overall, the dealership was upfront about everything and service from all parties made our car buying experience stress free.
I thought my car was leaking oil so I took it in and they checked it out and there was nothing wrong so no charge. Fast and friendly service makes me very happy.

1st they will act like they care about you so much and they will bring a lot of issues that you are not aware of.. example: your Break needs to fixed you need a alignments and all.. but they won t do your oil change after 5k miles if you tell them why you guys didn t do it ?? They would say we do it for 10k miles .. that s the first time i ever heard something like that.. they do mistakes but they don t even try to fix it!!

I have been doing business with Toyota of Redlands since 2002 when I bought my Camry. Since then, I have purchased a Tacoma for my husband, an 2004 Avalon for me, and a new Avalon for myself in 2011. I have never experienced any problems with either my salesman or with the service writers. They are all professional and above board. I love this place because I know when I take my car in for service, it will be taken care of, I will not be sold something I don't need and the customer lounge is so nice. They even have an Internet room where you can take your laptop and surf the Internet white waiting for your vehicle. The showroom, the restrooms, and everything else is spotless. It is a joy to be able to do business with a company like this. After purchasing 4 vehicles, I have no complaints about financing, pricing or anything else. I recommend Redlands of Toyota to my friends and family. If you are looking for a great car, a good price and honest professionals, this is the place to go.

would not recommend toyota of redlands, especially the internet team..it took me 4 days to get a response from them after sending messages daily! go to toyota of San Bernardino and get a bit better sevice and a better deal on your new car..I have bought a new car from both places and sb is definatly the better option!
The salesman bragged about how they inspect and service their used cars before selling them. Not even 24 hours after driving off the lot the check engine light came on and the vehicle has major transmissions issues. I don't think that it was a coincidence. BUYER BEWARE
