Very professional and accommodating for my car needs I spoke with Zach before I came in and he had cars out and ready for me to drive. This is my third car from Concordville Nissan and I recommend them highly.
Everything was smooth and I didn't feel rushed. Farid was patient with me. I don't think I have ever been in and out of a dealer so quickly. My total time was about 2.5 hrs.
My experience at Concordville Nissan was amazing. Kenney Oppel aka Hank made me feel welcomed and comfortable. He worked to the best of his ability and then some to make sure I left with a car today. He really worked with me and made sure that I was satisfied with all services and I couldn't be any more pleased with the 2016 loaded Nissan Sentra that i was able to leave the lot with.

Make online appointments easier. I made an appointment but apparently failed to add the car. They were great about explaining, but it could have been easier.
Brought in my Rogue for service; Dave did a thorough maintenance review of what was needed to bring my car up-to-date, given mileage and age of the car.
Giving thisbplace a 5 star because I was treated super well! Came in go over the lease or buying options and Anthony was very honest, knowledgeable, and helpful. Great experience overall. I havent tried the service center yet.

This place will only eat your time and money. I have had multiple bad experiences here. I purchased a van here 5 years ago and had a good experience. It ended there. Since then i have been in for service on a few occasions and to look at a new truck. My experiences have been alarming, at best. Between unreasonable wait times and outright lies, i'd never go back here again for any reason. Notable lies -- On one occasion, i was told that my brake pads were so worn that it was a safety issue that had to be dealt with "today" -- i checked them at home and they were not even to the squealer yet. When i looked at a new car, they gave me a sob story about how it had been traded in by an employee and that they had overpaid, blah blah blah -- when i checked the carfax, it had been bought at auction. Most recently, they replaced a warped windshield under warranty. Afterwards the sealing strip around the windshield slowly worked it's way out -- i brought it back after the warranty was up on the windshield (which i was told later) and they refused to take any responsibility. STAY AWAY.

The Subaru Service was good. I was here for a timing belt change. They provided me a l8aner Subaru Forrester and my regular service tech , Chris Michaels promptly completed the work in 4 to 5 hours. The service advisor, Melissa was very kind and helpful. I will recommend Concordville Subaru for any Subaru owner for getting regular service done here.

Took them 2.5 months to get me my license plate and registration and, even though the contract stated that I was paying extra for a 5 year tag, they only gave me a 2 year. They have thus far refused to remedy the situation. I have been calling about every 3 days and they always give me some new manager to talk to and they always give some excuse as to why they need to call me back. I highly recommend you NOT buy a vehicle here.

I am writing to share my experience at Concordville Nissan in Glen Mills, PA. I can't begin to say how wonderful it was to work with my sales consultant, Farid Abumohor. He definitely went above and beyond to help me get into a great vehicle that was in my budget! I had some negative equity in the car I was trading in, and Farid made sure he found me a great vehicle that I could afford and had the features that I wanted. I appreciated the fact that he was a "straight shooter," and was so helpful and informative. Many sales reps in the car industry are only looking out for themselves, but I really felt like Farid was honestly trying to help me. I also had a great experience with the Finance Director, Lou Shockley. Lou was also very pleasant to work with. At the end of the day, I got a great deal on a new Nissan Altima and had an awesome experience! I would definitely recommend Concordville Nissan, and definitely ask for Farid when you go!

I will not return for service as it is a 2 hour drive (one-way) for me. I most probably will not recommend Concordville Nissan because I never offer recommendations without being asked .Of course, if asked I will assuredly tell them about my pleasant experiences at Concordville Nissan.

I was looking for a new car because I have a neck problem and my car seat wasn't working for me anymore. I decided to get a 2009 Toyota Sienna from Concordville Nissan. I traded in my 2012 Kia Optima SX valued at a $6,500 trade-in + $1,500 for the Sienna. Retail value of the Optima: $11-12k. Retail value of the Sienna: $8-9k. So I knowingly took a loss in value of approx $4,500 on the deal, which of course, would be future profit for them. A month later, the Sienna broke down on the highway with a smoking engine and had to get towed, costing me over $1,000 in towing and repairs. I called and left them a message about it, and they never returned my call. Around the same time, they sold my Optima which they had listed on their site for $12,500. It's been two months, and in the past month my back and neck problems have been much worse, and it turns out the Sienna is actually much worse for me than the Optima was. I came back to them asking them if they would buy the Sienna back so I could get something else and looked me in the eye told me that they had lost money on me, refusing to acknowledge that they had made a profit on my trade-in. They offered me $3,500 for the Sienna, what would be an additional loss of $4,500 for me on top of the $4,500 I had lost on the initial deal and the $1,000 in towing and repairs.

I dropped my car off on 6/18 for a new transmission. I have an extended warranty thru Fidelity who approved the new transmission on 6/20. It took Concorville Nissan 3 weeks to complete the work. They called me on 7/10 to pick up my car. This is very upsetting because I rented a car from Hertz on 6/18 and had it for the entire 3 weeks which cost me $769. Fidelity will only reimburse me for 4 days and says the delay was on Nissan so the full rental period is not covered. I feel since Concordville seems at fault for the delay they should cover the rental. I've yet to hear back from them regarding this matter.
This place sucks they lie and tell you you are approved and when you get there and do all paper work they tell you no. You not approved anymore
I had one of my best car buying experiences at Concordville Nissan Subaru on March 16, 2013. The salesman who assisted me, Amit, knew the answers to all of my questions about the 2011 Subaru Legacy that I test drove. He was wonderful to work with during my decision process to purchase this car. Amit, the sales manager and the finance manager all worked with me to assist in my decision to buy the car, and it resulted in an all-around positive experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend this dealership, and Amit personally as a great salesman!
This was the worst car buying experience I had ever had. It seems as if everybody is trying to make a sale. I had 3 different salesman reaching out to me via text, phone, & email. I was so confused on who I was supposed to be working with. I was told that I was approved for certain amount, I sent the finance guy the car I saw online, his response was cool, I will hold it for you, let s do it. I arrive at the dealership which is an hour & a half away from me for them to tell me that I couldn t get the car I picked. I had to go down $5000 due to what the bank had approved me for. I was furious. I had my heart set on the car I picked out. I test drove some cars & didn't like anything. I went home & tried again a few days later only to end up getting a car that I didn t want but they made it seem like that no other banks would work with me so get this car or go without a car so I sucked it up and got a Nissan Altima. The Altima failed the inspection, the air condition made this loud noise when you turned it on, the car had scratches on it, no mats were in the car, the key fob batteries were dead, and now the leather is coming off the seats & my trunk won t open!!!!!! I called the service department about the leather & was told to take it to a body shop & pay to have it fixed. I only had the car for 3 months. I am so upset & furious! I am trying now to get out of the car hoping that the dealership will allow me to switch it out or hoping they will even consider taking it back. Such an upsetting feeling to feel like someone has gotten over on you all for a sale & to also pay a $450 car payment for a car you hate! This was definitely a lessoned learned!!!!!!!! I received a phone call regarding my concerns & was told that I would get a call back and never heard from anyone. This place is the worse.

Purchased a used vehicle a few months ago. The salesperson told me that they are providing 1-year service for free, and showed me the promotional leaflets about that. She used it as a strong selling point. Very next day after purchasing they even sent an email with an appointment date for vehicle service. Today, I took my vehicle for service, and I was told that the service is not free! If you deal with these people, I have a strong advice for you! Don't trust their word and ask for a written document for anything that they promise.

Amit was straightforward, reasonable and knowledgeable about my 2013 Pathfinder. Except for the delay in signing the financing paperwork (short staffed)the experience was overall very good. I have been a Honda driver for many years and if my initial experience with Nissan is indicative of the vehicle, I expect a long relationship.
I purchased a used Nissan Murano used from this dealer with a warranty. Turns out it leaked rainwater and inches of water built up in the car. Smelled like a maggot filled trash can in summer. After over 1 month of back and forth it was finally fixed to my satisfaction (could drive it without all the windows open and ten air fresheners). Come to find out it was put back together incorrectly and the a/c was improperly connected. I called about the problem and was told I would have to pay to fix it because they outsourced the repair and will not honor the work. Not the best customer service. Will have it repaired elsewhere. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO PURCHASE!!!!!
Hank Oppel should be known as the car superman. He is a very friendly salesman who is willing to work with your desires and requests for a nice car. Any questions or concerns were answered quick and efficiently. Would recommend him for anyone.
When I give up hope and told myself I'll going to wait just little bit longer to purchase a new vehicle, I had discover Concordville Nissan and they show me everything I didn't know I needed in a vehicle. I lost my high performance sport car due to an accident. Concordville Nissan buying a car and easy without being pushy.
