The hotel is very, very outdated so it's not my usual experience with this hotel chain. The rooms are not pretty nor are they particularly well cared for but it is a bed near the aiport (and it's one of the cheaper beds). However, there is no free way to get to this hotel and it's not really the closest hotel to T3 as it is advertised. A lot of the other hotels have free city buses, though. And this one does not. Personally, I would recommend staying at the Ibis Styles if you need to get to Terminal 3.

The one major complaint I have is the showers. The water temperature is very inconsistent. There are short bursts of very hot water. Luckily it's sort of like that scene in Princess Bride where they are in the fire swamp in that before it sprays hot water at you it makes a loud banging sound so you can jump out of the way.

Food and staff were Excellent my only complaint was with the mattress that felt like it had seen better days and resulted in me not sleeping very well.

Check in was easy and lady was friendly and polite. Got overcharged for drinks and it took 3 members of staff to work out the money I was owed and they still got it wrong! The room was a good size but the air conditioning had a mind of its own we set it on cool 17 deg but by 1 am we were so hot we couldn't sleep and the air conditioning had gone to heat 30deg....No wonder we slept so badly

Good hotel to stay for a night next to the airport. Rooms are a little too small and the breakfast spread could have been better.

Small rooms and very cold at night. The bathroom light barely illuminated.

Rooms were a little on the compact size but had everything we needed and got a good night's sleep. Not far from Heathrow by car.

I have stayed in Mercure hotels before. I have stayed in budget hotels many times and not been disappointed. Until now. This hotel has supposedly been refurbished but doing a paint over does not qualify as a refurbishment. It rapidly goes downhill as soon as you leave the reception area. Corridors less welcoming than in a 1970 student hall of residence. Tiny rooms. Virtually no space around the bed. No heating in the bathroom. Mould. Slippery bathroom floor. noisy heating and ventilation.

Poor quality hotel, in need of a major overhaul to the room we had and was kept away with loading a van outside our window.

A very good Leisure hotel. Food served in the Restaurant and Bar lounge is delicious. Manager on duty was very helpful. Will reccomend the hotel to my friends and family especially about the delicious food.

Good standard of room, clean and comfortable. Nearby to Heathrow or for Windsor /Legoland. Would suit families visiting said theme park. Delicious food in bar and restaurant with friendly staff. Prices aren't cheapest but fair for the location and you get what you pay for!

Convenient for Heathrow. National Express Hoppa bus really good value to get to terminals. Staff friendly & helpful, clean rooms, good food, reasonable price & car parking available at competative price.

The rooms are small and the walls are thin enough for you to hear whats going on next door. The fire alarm randomly went off and felt as if my room was haunted. Dreadful experience. Never again.

I honestly do not know how they have 4 stars. I found spiders in the bathroom (3 small spiders), the room did not look properly cleaned, with a chair really dirty. Also we had to pay for the parking (which was not mentioned in my booking) when we checked-in. I definitely not come back again there! Very disappointing!

I stayed overnight before my flight. Single room which was small but clean and comfortable. Excellent dinner and breakfast and the staff were very welcoming. This was my second time here and i will be booking again for next May.

Small room, but it had everything I needed for a night near the airport. It is not walking distance, but there is a bus service (5 pounds, I think it was) that will take you to the airport and back. Five to fifteen minutes walk away are some restaurants and a large grocery store.

Stayed 2 nights and everything ok. Typical road/stay-over British motel. Easy access to Heathrow

Had Christmas dinner here we will never return, worst starter I have ever come across they tried too much to make it look nice but tasted horrible, most food was sent back either because it was cold or not cooked and when I spoke to other customers not one was happy they just wanted to leave and go McDonald's which on Christmas is an embarrassment, the fact of the price they charged should be returned to every customer, putting flowers on a meal makes no sense

The room small, but bed is comfortable breakfast soso.

The staff were lovely, however, the rooms are repulsive stains everywhere, as well as gashes in doors and walls. Hard pass for our next stay.

We were only staying for one night to break our journey up, so went straight from the airport. The front desk staff we nice and helpful. The room was ok. It was very clean but nothing particularly special. The view wasn't very good but then we were literally only sleeping there so it didn't matter.

Breakfast was a buffet and well priced (especially considering you're in London). Again the staff were pleasant enough and quick to help.

It was good for a one night stay over and I don't have anything bad to say about it!

Friendly and very helpful staff nothing to much for them. Used the hotel as part of Legoland break, was very impressed by hotel to me seemed upmarket.
We also ate at the restaurant and food very good. Overall enjoyed our stay

Dirty bedlinen, dirty bath, dirty towel holders, dirty toilet, someone s hair in the bath when we checked in. Rough area around the hotel too. Avoid.

Was ok. Could do with a refurb in corridors and doors. One door had a hole punched in to it. Food was tasty but expensive and lagers expensive to. They also add a 10% service charge in the restaurant but don't tell you.

A proper passage hotel. The staff is very nice and the restaurant excellent. The rooms are spacious and well organized, but the household perfectible. Despite being close to the motorway, the hotel is quiet. On the other hand the extra bed offered in the family rooms is uncomfortable as possible because the mattress is ruined ... hence the rating. Too bad because there would be something better.

Nice Hotel. Lovely food served in the restaurant. Service in the restaurant and bar is excellent. Bar serves good collection of drinksand are cheap as well. Will definitely return back to the hotel.

Toilet was not flushed, room worn and through the connecting door I could hear the snoring from the next room. These are definitely not 4 stars. Staff was very friendly, thanks to the air conditioning I had a nice and cool night.

I phoned up to book a wedding reception a member of the sales team changed her tune when she found out that I was marrying a Asian women, Her tone went from pleasant I will help you out as much as possible and take your money to Oh ok I will try and deter them not to come here, I am very offended by the women's attitude and hope its not a hotel procedure to be bigots but I will not be holding and kind of function or hire a room from them at all.

Nice place just be careful as the hotel take a deposit and takes for ever to get it back I stayed on the 4th Jan and was told I would get it back in 2-3 days and I'll still waiting

Had a good stay in the hotel. Staff is very friendly. Restaurant food was very delicious. Good service in the bar and restaurant. Food and drinks prices are very reasonable. Check inn at the front desk was very quick. Will recommend hotel to friends and family.

Staffs are good, foods are acceptable, good room. However, the hotel is a bit far from airport.

Stayed here for a business trip for 3 days, was greeted by very friendly staff. Nice restaurant, clean rooms and an easy stay.

Centre of terminals. The parking seems to be a issue but rooms are thoroughly clean and a decent size.

Rooms neat and comfortable. Pity they had some noisy young guests at a big function on the Saturday night, running up and down the hallways.

Doors slamming all night long. Kids banging on door. Drunks standing talking and shouting in corridor all night outside my room. No sleep at all. Room was in need of refurbishment. Cheap but not cheerful definitely worth paying more for a 3/4 star hotel.

Lovely staff and wonderful food both in the restaurant and at breakfast. Bathrooms in wheelchair rooms need sorting. They only have showers over bath.

Room given didn't meet what was booked and had to move. This was more than made up for with the helpfulness of staff. Allowed us to use the staff toilet as there is no hand dryer and my daughter has an phobia of them.

Clean, quiet room with large comfortable bed, fridge and safety box. Pleasant helpful staff. Only problem no shuttle to Terminal 5 so had to get taxi.
