I stayed at the hotel in July 2017 for one night only when my flight was delayed because of the weather. The room was lovely, a bit on the small side and cold. I tried to fiddle with the air conditioning but gave up eventually switching it off completely, there was no extra blanket in the wardrobe. I didn't ask the desk for help so it was my loss I guess. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The food was great. My one gripe is that they didn't have face cloths in the bathroom. For someone whose luggage was elsewhere it was a mild inconvenience.

We stayed here as part of a Legoland 2 day package and would stay here again. Not too far from Legoland with a comfy room and lovely decor. Our bed was huge and our 3 year old slept lovely on his put up bed in our room. Lovely food in restaurant in evening including a kids menu, although service was a bit slow due to lack of staff. Buffet breakfast in morning was delicious with great choice of food and drink. The children's indoor play area was in a mess however by the time we got there and wasn't appealing to our boy - it could have done with a tidy up. We were told there was a child check-in service but we weren't given that service. Good breakfast and lovely bedroom with comfy bed - we would stay here again.

Great hotel. Was part of a group. Great food served in the restaurant and reasonable priced drinks served in the bar. Service in the restaurant and bar was excellent. Staff is helpful and very courteous.

In general the hotel is fairly average, it was okay for our stay as it was only a day or so but any longer would become unplesant. During our stay the fire alarm was set off and what followed was very concerning, staff were chatting amoungst themselves and guests were left to evacuate themselves outside, we were given no information and guests sitting inside were not encoraged to move, in short had that been a real fire i believe that many guests would be at risk due to poor coordination of the staff. There is little to do in the hotel unless you want to sit by the bar or in the lobby. The rooms arent unclean but some of the walls are stained and the water in the shower had momemts were it turned freezing cold. Car park is awful and narrow meaning if you go into it and their is no space or someone coming towards you you have to reverse back out of the car park.

Good location. Excellent food is served in the restaurant. The restaurant and bar service is excellent and the waiting staff is very prompt. The pork ribs were the best on the menu. Enjoyed my dinner.

Very strategic hotel, so close to LHR airport (can be reached using shuttle bus, to both terminal 2 and 5, service started around 5am).

In case you need to depart from LHR earlier the next day, this should be an ideal hotel for you. The room (two queen beds) was comfortable. In my visit, I got a room on the ground floor (1st floor, just behind the receptionist desk). Toilet/bathroom configuration was slightly "different" from usual London bathroom, but the comfort and cleanliness was excellent. Reception desk was helpful, especially with shuttle bus service.

Weakness: Lack of staffs that can be asked for information, and bus service can be late sometimes (in my case, and the only case I ever experienced, the bus was late for 15 minutes).

This hotel was a stay over for us before flying out in the morning. It was decorated nicely in the lobby and our room was simple but nice. The twin beds were comfortable. Downsides: felt the gentleman who checked us in was rude and doubted we could afford our holding fee. Our bathroom toilet only worked every few times when flushed and it was a rather giant step into the shower.

Burger bun had mould on it, meal was complimentary after that, poor service from restaurant staff as seated then ignored and having other people who arrived after being served before us (before the mould incident). AC in room didn't seem More

The worst overnighter we've stayed in. And this one isn't cheap!!
Plus side - staff nice.
Food ok, not great. At 8.30am the cooked breakfast items were getting dry and tough nothing was freshly cooked then.
Room ok, but there was a duct tape repair on the shower pipework, very sticky and the glue wouldn t come off hands with ordinary soap.
Nasty stain in the toilet pan.
No hot water at 5 am got warmish later. This is useless for a hotel catering for travellers near Heathrow.
Gents toilet by reception 2 of the 3 cubicle doors had broken locks, couldn t lock them, and the bin was overflowing all over the floor.
No hot water night or day in gents toilet. Stone cold only, both taps.
Next time I'll get much better than this, and pay less.

A pretty depressing experience overall. I have stayed twice at this hotel now and though check in and the lobby are pleasant enough, the rooms are small, dark and depressing. There is not enough lighting and the windows are very small. Beds are comfortable enough as are the pillows, however the rooms are small and there is limited space to move around let alone store your luggage. The bathrooms are the worst with shower pressure very poor and temperature regulation of the water fluctuates constantly, giving you sudden spirits of freezing cold or boiling hot water. The also have a very clinical hospital feel to them. The last room I stayed in the toilet didn t flush and the water didn t drain from the sink. Poorly maintained all around. Breakfast however was decent and the staff are friendly.

Small rooms. Quite big and close to the airport.

Horrible breakfast, like good English place. Very bad coffee.
For lunch / dinner not bad. They make correct sandwiches and other quick dishes.

Never stay here again..

Never stay here again..

Check in OK.
Room a bit tired, crack in wash basin, stains on carpet, heating non functional and bottom of bathroom door rotten.

I was woken at an early hour by someone tapping on the door and before I could answer the door they entered the room without my permission but ran out when I got out of bed. I double locked the door and went back to bed with the intention of telling reception in the morning.

Morning came and I found that the shower wasn't working and no hot water.

Because I had other business in London, I had go unwashed.

When I reported this to reception on checking out, the staff member said there was nothing he could do, which infuriated me no end, especially the person being able to gain access to my room.

Sorry but this is totally unacceptable and if this was a Premier Inn, I would have my money back. I did request some form of compensation, but none was offered.
I would have been better off staying in the Travelodge on the Bath Road.

Good
