Water pressure is not enough, always feel cold hot water supply is poor, bathroom floor is moldy, no water outlet

A good hotel, some shortcomings everyone will find, as a hotel to stay 2 - 3 nights is ok. Breakfasts good.

Not as great as it's been in the past however it was sleek and effortless checking in and out.

Nice hotel. Been there a lot of times since I need to work in Hayes. Some of the rooms are nice while other are rather small. The air conditioning seems to be broken in few rooms. The service is nice and good. The bar, breakfast and restaurant is pretty good

The food was overpriced, the room had a draft and the staff were unwelcoming at times

Relatively close to Heathrow airport, which is why we chose it. Parking on site. Clean, but a bit of residual noise as we were situated next to air conditioning ducts outside the window.

The bed was not particularly comfortable, as we are tall. We had a family room, but the additional bed for our daughter was a pop up bed, despite the fact that we specifically asked for a real bed, and were told that one would be provided.

Lovely room. Breakfast could be improved. Eggs were dry and mushrooms undercooked. Otherwise nice.

Enjoyed session fully. Great facilitators, great audience, great participation. Thanks much.

Considering the price I paid for the room we should not complain too much but good ... For a Mercure I stay a little on my hunger. Tiny room (a little smaller than a student room), bathroom in the same category and tiny office ... In short, do not want to move too much in the room. Cherry on the cake the heating was very noisy. No breakfast before 6am. Too bad for an airport hotel. In the positive, parking (fee) on site and free WiFi. The restaurant on site was rather average ...

Odor of humidity very pronounced in the room.
Small spaces, especially the bathroom.
Basic Internet mediocre.

Worst customer service experience I have ever had. If I could I wouldn t even give it one star. The receptionist Charmaine ruined my whole stay, which completely took away value from the rest of the hotel and if it was not for the hotel not being refundable I would have not stayed. Immediately she made me and my boyfriend feel unwelcome when checking in, not only was she extremelY sarcastic from the beginning but she also had no clue about what she was doing! She gave us a form to fill out with the another persons details (Which I had signed before realising) and was extremely rude when I informed her that they were not my details. She then picked up the piece of paper I was signing and manually ripped it in half and threw it down. I told her that she needs to shred the paper as it has someone s personal information on and she sarcastically said that she will shred it. She was extremely rude, unprofessional, being extremely difficult and patronising. I have never experienced such bad customer service in all of my life. Charmaine ruined the whole experience of my stay. I did not even feel comfortable leaving the room to go downstairs in the lobby because of her bad attitude. I will NEVER stay here again - Get a new receptionist!!

Booked hotel and on arrival I found out the hotel was over booked by hundreds. They did not offer any help it compensation. Poor service

Very modern and clean to a high standard. Has a great bar and room service which makes it great for an overnight stay whilst travelling.

Nice rooms, nice hotel..but the room have very small doors...top small for our stroller :/

Very well located (10 minutes walking to Hayse ans Harlington station 25 min to London city center) very nice staff, and clean.

Enjoyed my stay in the hotel. The buffet in the restaurant had a good selection. Staff was very friendly specially Ralph. Reception staff was very friendly. Looking forward to stay again.

As a place to stay for an early flight it was ok. Much like any other Mecure around the world.

Great place to stay. Very close to heathrow airport. Enjoying dinning and drinking in the Bar Lounge. Delicious Pork Ribs served with lovely collection of drinks in the bar. Service in the bar was excellent. Made out night memorable.

It has great parking and lovely buffet breakfast. However, the fact that I had to be restricted on the dinner menu after paying online for it, with no prior notice of such a condition, is highly disappointing. Then the rooms were really basic

If you wanna stay near heathrow airport then it's nice stay there with average facilities in good amount .

The staff here were really working hard but the general training for them can't be good, it is a shame for them. Everything is determined by standards and guidance given and monitoring the situation and looking at the reviews that are freely given to improve the experience of staying here. I know it's a "transit" hotel rather than a place you choose to stay for a nice weekend break but.... Our room (269) was very small with a sloping ceiling which was tricky. There was no suitcase stand. The restaurant was rather chaotic both at dinner and breakfast. Food was not hot either. Why was there a children's play area in the lounge which encourages poor behaviour in a hotel? Its a HOTEL not a playground!!!
I would not choose to stay here again.

Tired hotel decor with scuffed carpets. The heating was not working and on our first night we were without power for about an hour and a half before someone came to fix it. The only positive from our stay was the restaurant who were attentive and helpful.

Ample parking, good reception and venue very organized. To get free parking if you're a guest etc, inform the receptionist and register your car plate with them on arrival.

Car parking here was horrendous. Despite paying for parking in advance, car park was bursting with cars and many over parked making it difficult to even reverse out. No air conditioning or fans for the bedrooms as when we stayed they said they don't turn on the air conditioning until summer. Also not that easy to get to and from the airport on the hoppa bus as it's quite far out and the bus isn't that frequent early in the morning. Won't stay here again.

Lucas the Front Receptionist is fantastic very nice we waiting 30 minutes for our shuttle bus and he made my partner and I two cappuccinos since we were to early what great service and so hospitable! We will definitely be coming back! Beautiful history beautiful people! From Texans that s a huge compliment

Nice hotel, staff very helpful. Rooms clean. Didn't eat there so can't comment but it smelt good. Would recommend and would be happy to stay again.

Lovely hotel amazing people amazing hospitality and I was only here for the day! Will be returning whether it be business or pleasure.

Not a typical Mercure. Rooms are very average and at the moment overheated. Staff is polite but that s about it. The reception area has these crazy multi colour lights that keep blinking on and off like you re entering a brothel.

On the plus side the food was good.

It was there, handy and not too expensive as long as you don't have a drink

Hotel was very nice, staff were very friendly, restaurant could do with an extra hot drinks machine, rooms were nice and clean, beds comfortable, shower cubicle was a little bit small

Impeccable service. Friendly and warm atmosphere. Clean and fresh room. Had a lovely stay. Excellent stop off.

Staff was very friendly and the room was clean. We had a queen bed with a pull out couch. Room was pretty large considering it's a UK hotel and the airport shuttle arrived on time. Buy shuttle tickets from the reception to make things easier. Shuttle made a few stops along the way, but total travel time was only around 10 mins.

Despite the fact they promote a 1m renovation, I'd say this was a pretty mediocre establishment more fitting of service station than airport. Big rooms but the bar area could be used as shooting location for an episode of 'The Office' quite comfortably.

Visiting legoland, very good value for money. Best night sleep. Bought night stay on legoland website.

Small room (even for a single). Decent food. Helpful staff. Rooms need updating.

The hotel was in general fine. It suffered from being a bit cold and the original room I was in before I moved did not have windows that could close fully leading to a draught of child air coming in. The new room I got was also cold but equipped with a space h heater.

No mini bar but the actual bar was well equipped. WiFi and bathroom were perfect.

Excellent rooms. Amazing food served in the restaurant. Jason was our waiter and he was splendid in his job. He s is a very big asset for the company. The Bar foyer is a good place to enjoy a coffee after a meal. The waiter in the Bar was excellent. Would definitely visit the hotel again.

Stayed at Mercure for four nights. It was a birthday treat for my daughter and we went to Legoland two days was just amazing...the staff were so helpful at Mercure and friendly...the food was second to none....lovely decor and it's beautiful when you walk into the Hotel...

Super very clean. Comfortable bed. Calm atmosphere and very good reception and the receptionist spoke French. I have an excellent night. I will come back. Small flat of very strong build the toilet is a bit tight. I recommend this hotel.

Didnt look much from outside but lovely inside rooms clean. Have to pay for parking. Price is very cheap for near the airport. Late checkout.

Booked to stay at this hotel overnight and to park at Heathrow over 12 months before my stay. Turned up at hotel at 9.00pm at night no parking whatsoever, and 10 other people could not park either!! Room so tiny you could touch the walls. No toiletries in the room, had to ring room service 3 times for some to be brought up to the room. The attitude of the staff was dreadful. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

As for the catering, dinner and breakfast: dinner more than bad it bathes in the fat beurkkkkkkk, for the service more than doubtful even no time to finish his plate that the server is already there to remove you I do not you do not talk about drinks that are cleared before mm the time you go get your main course.
In short, I'm not going to talk about the lunch break. Hotel not to put in the annals

No coffee after 10:00 at night. "The machine is off". Not the best

Nice room. Finding parking can be an issue. I would recommend better choice of food on bar menu
