Adequate and relatively good value hotel, convenient for LHR . Doesn't represent the usual Mercure brand

Parking very bad..bar only has 1 person at busy periods...rooms are nice

Great rooms with outstanding service. Both dinner and breakfast has plenty of options to choose from including people with dietary requirements.

The staff were so friendly. The room was clean and presentable. The English breakfast was well cooked but the juices are not fresh.

Best hotel to stay and staff is very helpful never seen any hotel in london with such a good services I will recommend people to come and stay here.

One night stay. Food was good & our room was ok but our travel companions had no air-con & the toilet would not flush. Not good.

A fairly warm welcome on arrival, nothing bad to say about the reception staff.

The room however, has a lot more to be said about it. It is shabby and in need of renovation, marks on the walls and frayed carpet etc. There is not enough lighting in the room - just an entrance light and bed side lights - which makes it quite dark and gloomy.

The food was actually quite pleasant, no complaints there. But the service did not match, took 2 hours to sit, order and eat a two course meal for one. An absolute joke that they included a 10% service fee on the bill.

Won t be returning.

this hotel is near by airport amd u can easily take ur flight.every visitor like to book this hotel its very budgetfull hotel.

Service staff friendly ... Hotel very shabby ... Breakfast very spartan and unorganized ... had to rent a room for 40 GP to leave our suitcases ... there was not enough space in the trunk.
Conclusion ... do not book this hotel!

The 'take away' breakfast was awful. It consisted of a ham and cheese sandwich (I'm vegetarian!) that my husband described as tasteless; a plain crossiant with no jam or anything to go inside, apple and a yogurt which came with no spoon because they didn't have enough.

The room was air conditioned though on the plus side.

Hotel was perfect for overnight airport stay. But be warned Shuttle Bus didn't show the next morning. Nearly missed my flight!!

Excellent!!!!!! Stayed in the hotel. Staff is very friendly. Restaurant serves very good food. Bar has good selection of drinks. The restaurant and bar staff are very professional. Room service ordered was delivered in the room very quickly.Will recommend the hotel to friends and family.

Rooms were clean. Staff were friendly especially in the restaurant. Food was really good.

Next to a motorway. I checked out within an hour. No monies refunded. Pathetic hotel and customer service. Cheap Hotel.

Went for a work Christmas meal. Too many people crammed in took nearly an hour to get to the buffet. Dance floor tiny.

Sadly the room was very cold and calls to reception brought failed promises. Lost customer focus entirely. Perhaps being near an airport a sure throughput doesn't help them see what's going on.

I had a stop over night at London Heathrow and it was pleasant change of hotel with good atmosphere and friendly staff

Room wasn't ready until 16.30 even though check in was 14.00. Toilet would not flush unless flushed 5/6 times. Maintenance said that was ok! Air con only blew hot air. 1 small pillow each. Apparently there were no more pillows in the entire building! We paid for a triple room. Had a double with a fold up bed crammed in. Staff not very helpful. Manager could not be bothered to help. Definitely never staying here again.

It is a good value of money, good breakfast. However, two drawbacks, 1- parking is not easy to find onsite (I was there December, so probably busy times) 2- the windows were not very sealed you would still hear noise from outside.

Ideal. Easy reach of Heathrow, posh enough, clean enough, spacious standard room. Shower good but plug wouldn't stay open to drain. Staff very friendly and helpful, booked us a pick up taxi for 545am but gave wrong info about payment saying More

Reception staff is very professional. Rooms are spacious. Restaurant food is very good and bar serves good low priced drinks. Ambiance of the Bar and Restaurant is attractive with very good low lighting. Will be back soon.

Tiny rooms - upgraded to a 'superior' room and it was smaller than most hotel rooms I've ever been in.

Nice rooms, however, if you get there very late and need something to eat there isn't many places within walking distance.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were pleasant and accommodating.

Every aspect of the visit was great, the only very small negative was that there was only one bar staff working his nut off, so took a while to get served, brilliant stay

Friendly staff. Hotel rooms are nice and cozy. Restaurant menu has a wide variety and very deliciously prepared food. Very friendly breakfast staff........... Specially Mukda and Vinoy from the restaurant. They both made my day with their pleasant smile.

What they are good at - strong current of water in the shower, location is good as it's accessible to central London.

Needs major improvement - parking is limited, cannot recognized which one is hot or cold in the shower dial, we had to request for towels and shampoo (not available); took us so long before the receptionist could check us in (there were so many staff with 'trainee' badges and we weren't able to see anybody shadowing the trainees). We requested for a wake up call for 0730 hours and we had a call at 0630 hours! Since an hour short, i requested for 0730 again and the staff rang us at 0725 and an automated wake up call was received at 0730 hours. Breakfast is too expensive. Matress needs changing and there was a problem in the control of heater, we ended up opening a window (it was freezing minus five outside)

There seems a need for quality controller, ensuring that all items needed by guest are ready and available (housekeeping issues). Facilities should be upgraded as some were just there for the sake of being there but no added value in the quality. Staff needs re-training in administration, a simple wake up call wasn't executed at the right time. Poor engagement with guests.

With all the inconveniences in a span of two nights, will we come back to stay? - No we'll have to find another accomodation. The hotel only gave us a shelter but not the comfort we deserve as paying guests.

It is a mixture. The room is old and tired and very small - paintwork scratched & scraped, carpet stained, little storage space (the wardrobe contained the ironing board and little room for anything else).
However the staff are fab, the bar & restaurant area really open and relaxing and the gym well stocked and thought out.

Clean, modern and very welcoming, even with the children. Air con a tad noisy but kept the room at a lovely temperature during a hot night. Breakfast was amazing! Something for everyone.

Pleasant Stay. Very good breakfast served in the restaurant. Service for dinner was very good and the dinner menu had wide choices. The bar had a good foyer to enjoy the drinks. Reception staff was very helpful as well.

Stay in this hotel added a complete joy to my vacation!! I had one of the delicious food tasted in this hotel! The breakfast team were customer oriented with very polite approach, they even made an omelette on special order on my request tho it wasn't nt in buffet and it really gave me luxurious treatment! The breakfast for all the days were so delicious with varieties! The team serving the breakfast had amiable nature and were looking out ways to be at our service even we had tasty dinner and bar service was also great !Had a very overwhelming stay thanks for the hospitality given us out of the way which pleased us! Will be looking forward to visit again! Commendable efforts by the team

The restaurant, bar and lounge simple but inviting. Very well laid. Courteous people

Check in staff were fantastic and very helpful and pleasant. Room was as expected. Barman needs a bit of work as was not attentive out focused on the customers at all.

Rooms are small & compact. No heating in our room but this was sorted promptly. Was told no choc fudge cake in the resturant then saw others guests being brought fudge cake.

Lovely room and good service. The lady that runs the restaurant and the staff there were fantastic with our kids and the food was lovely. Highly recommend for a stay before/after a flight

Fairly standard for what you are paying. No complaints really.

Hotel seems fine. Restaurant was okay. Bed and pillow were rock hard. Not the most comfortable after travel and work.

In itself good, nevertheless we still waited almost 3 hours until our room was clean.

Stayed at this hotel overnight before heading to legoland the next morning. On arrival reception staff was extremely polite, friendly and efficient. Couldn't wish for better bar staff, more hotels could learn from them. Staff made all welcome during our stay. Food was delicious especially the breakfast.Rooms very comfortable. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Far from the airport, tiny rooms that aren't very nice and staff wasn't very receptive. The plus side were the bedsheets, surprisingly soft and nice bed too!

The best stuff I've ever met(especially Sheikh) ! They allowed me to stay when I wasn't able to find any open hotel(covid) and provided a free breakfast! Thanks guys, you are the best!

PROS: Hotel was fantasttic overall. Great stmosphere. Great location next to airport. Room was also better then expected. A shuttle bus was also very frequent for people wanting to get to the airport without having to travel by car. Overall a great experience.

CONS: The staff were not very efficient. Some staff hadn't a clue of anything we asked for. Asking for simple napkins seemed like something they'd never been asked before. Shrugging their shoulders and not actually bothering to look. Asking for a glass of water, you'd naturally assume they'd give you cold water, instead you were given warm water at the bar - what was I supposed to do with this? Some staff had no clues as to where the lobby toilets were and had no idea where there own lifts were - we had to find these ourselves which wasnt a problem but if you work in your hotel, surely you must know. Some corridoors wreaked of cannabis but this should be expected staying at almost any hotel now I guess. My only issue with the rooms were that the sink was so low that you had to almost kneel to use it. I mean, im an average sized person at around 5 foor 9 or so but this was weird. You had to be basically a 6 year old to use the sink.

Additional notes: Great hotel if you're looking at getting to the airport without your own trasport. Great views of countryside. Adequately sized rooms. Slight noise pollution as you're literally right next to the motorway. Stay for no more than 2 or 3 nights at most.

Clean, organized but could not make a simple play station work in the children's area ... which by the way is pretty simple precarious. For parents who have children's area, it can be disappointing

Quiet and reasonably comfy, safe in room didn't work, neither did the extractor in the bathroom. Very pleasant staff and food in bar was good.

They have recently done a referb on this hotel from what I hear. The results are great from my impressions and would definitely recommend the stay. I will say that although this hotel states having a gym, it is not much to get desired. It is small and most of the machines are severely worn out/dangerous. I must admit I was quite let down by this being a keen gym goer. I didn't try the restaurant during my stay but looks pleasant. I would say that parking is limited. You'll fight for a spot here so not sure they have enough spaces to service all their customers.

Got stuck here after the Orly terrorist incident and missed flight to Atlanta. Dinner selection lacking but perfectly fine rooms otherwise

Comfortable and the staff were very helpful but I thought it was expensive and didn't like the menu for dinner.

4 stars, the only thing is that the breakfast is paid and this usually does not like it! Clean rooms but not much bathroom, but overall it's a nice hotel compared to the many in London for anything welcoming

We walked approx, 3/4 of a mile to the bus (U4)which took us to the Hayes and Hurlington station, where we caught a train on the green line (4 stops,) and then we changed trains for the central line to London.
Very easy ,We used an all day pass which also includes buses.

I have stayed here several times as a cheap(ish) place to sleep en route to or from Heathrow. The first time the room was OK although the bed was very uncomfortable. Food barely average and breakfast was horrible.

Bathrooms weren't clean. There were stains and hairs and the grout was dirty.

The second time the room was so small we were falling over each other trying to get round the bed because there was so little space.





I don't recommend this hotel and won't be using it again.
