Great for parking when flying from Heathrow. Great breakfast. Buffet style lots of choice. Rooms clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful

If I could leave 0 stars I would have, horrendous place to stay. Food was very overpriced and not nice at all. Rooms were not clean and there was also other guests at reception complaining of water coming through the ceiling. We had booked a family room and a twin room, the twin room turned out to be a double and when we complained all they did was put a rollaway bed in next to the double. Absolutely disgraceful. Would not recommend.
Staff was quite rude to my partner assuming somehow we had not paid for the room ourselves.
Food was not at all nice, Scrambled egg was cold and rubbery and only bean juice left. Female Asian Guest attempted to take my cutlery whilst I was away from my table but was caught red handed as I returned at the exact same time.
Room was clearly not cleaned after last guest had visited. There was several items of rubbish left in the bins and under the bed.
We asked for a triple room so our son could come and we was all crammed into the smallest space with a pop up bed and two singles pushed together. Air Con did not work.
Overpriced, very poor service, very bad experience all round.
Please note world clocks upon entry specifically okyo... says it all really
Reasonable to good. First room was noisy but I was moved without any problems. Breakfast fair but overpriced. Lovely new reception but rest of hotel a bit tired
First class staff that was very helpful arranging schedule sensitive portions of my itinerary. Pleasant, prompt and courteous - everything a person could ask for.
Find yourself very well. First stop on our London and Cornwall. Gentle clean and ate well.
We booked this hotel as part of a two day Legoland package and we found the hotel to be well maintained and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Despite the M4 running at the rear of the hotel the rooms were extremely quiet.
The staff were all very pleasant and the restaurant served good food.
I would use this hotel again.
Hotel please note !!
Not a place I would recommend it was a very clean place.
But don't expect to get feed service off top staff was appalling.
Each and every member of this hotel from myself being a regular customer I can say is pleasant bar one fat overweight guy at reception. He likes to think he is smart in the way he answer's questions he though he knows he is being smirk about it... anyway myself I am a platinum member of the Accor group which mercure is under and unfortunately due to work my colleagues and myself spend on average of 3 to 4 nights a week in hotels but mercure definitely will not be one of them and will be letting my business accounts manager know about this lazy guy who needs to go in France where Accor is based. Shame really as the hotel is lovely including all the other staff.
Typical airport hotel. No charm, but functional. Efficient staff.
Stayed here before flight, left car here while away.
Good night sleep and shuttle service very useful.
However carpark was over filled, could barely walk anywhere let alone find a place to park.
Rooms were gross
Very happy with this hotel. The location is good and the staff were very friendly. Able to speak several languages on the desk from Greek, Spanish, Singhala, French and more. The cleaners did a thorough job especially Alena. Thanks to Nicolas and Viyan on the front desk. You're a testament to the accor group.
This was good hotel for a night stay. I will definitely revisit.
Nice hotel. Close to legoland, good night's sleep. Only negative was no cooked breakfast which put a downer on the overall experience
Shambolic left us waiting for hours while an extra bed for the kids which we had paid for was made up.food was stale tasteless and boring
Only staying 1 night, but all good. Room nice and clean. Bed comfortable
The front desk staff were great but when i entered the room, it looked like refurbishment was due like 10years ago. Then i entered the bathroom, welcome to the 70s. The hot/cold water in the shower does not display, so turn on the water and More
I have just had 2 night stay ( work) in a very small single, which is absolutely fine although , when I opened the wardrobe!! Door , it only opens halfway as it hits The door closer on the room door !!??
having reported to reception that the shower was in need of attention ( I can wee faster and have a lot more pressure !!! ) in my first morning, when I told the reception on the second morning, to say the reception staff couldn t be bothered is an understatement !!
Will I stay here again ( work or not ).... not a chance !!
Over priced food, small room, shower!!!
Better hotels for better value !!
Easy check in no fuss airport parking rooms a little worn. Room coffee is appalling
Lobby os nice spacious and trendy, Difficult to park after 8 and the corridors and rooms are really tired and smelly.
Nice place to stay overnight before you go on holiday
Professional welcome and support.. Plenty of parking.
Amazing hotel good night sleep before we our flight
I thought this place was a complete rip off. For 100 pounds, i had a ridiculously uncomfortable and outdated room. Stiff beds, pillows so thin i could have used paper, and electrical wiring hanging exposed in the shower! Yes, the staff was nice and the shuttle to the airport was convenient (but not complimentary), but I'm not paying for the staff or the breakfast, i'm paying for comfort. I slept better on my economy seat to LA the next morning than I did in this place. NOT RECOMMENDED!
OK for an overnight stay near airport but room was basic and a little "tired"
I understand that we are in a strange situation with COVID but waiting an hour for a curry at dinner and being served a cheese sandwich, a yoghurt, an apple and biscuit for breakfast is not on.
The room was cold which was good considering it was 34 degrees though.
Excellent food served in the restaurant. I was partof the group. Buffet was very nice. Nice rooms. Excellent customer service.
Stayed here for two nights. The windows on ground floors are not locked properly to stop people from smoking and fire alarms needs to be sensitive. Ground floor rooms were very small for the price that I was paying but was moved into a more spacious room.
Hotel quiet cosy and casual as it says. Friendly staff and cannot fault the service. Will definitely be back here again. Breakfast was devine at reasonable price.
I have rated this hotel 5 star because any issues reported to the reception staff was resolved straight away.
Rubbish. No heating in the bedroom, nearly froze to death. Three star hotel and for good reason. Front desk staff pleasant but couldn't help with the heating.
Convenient to LHR. Good breakfast, comfortable room.
Only used the restaurant- food on par with a local pub nothing over exciting.
I stayed there for 5 day's with my colleagues excellent service excellent staff excellent rooms and very reasonable prices
Here for a conference today, cannot urge you strongly enough to chose a different venue, lots of other options in the area. Staff are rude , service is poor and food is beige.
Close proximity to Heathrow with good transport links. Hotel fairly basic but in good condition and lovely staff
good place to spend night after a long day at legoland. nice service. great people - ready to help always. had a bit trouble after checkin as we were given double room instead of triple.
Visited a friend of mine staying in the hotel. The Hotel has a lovely Bar Lounge. Had a few drinks in the Bar Lounge. Drinks are very reasonable. Later headed to the Restaurant for a meal. The food is delicious and the Restaurant staff is very friendly and very professional. Will be a frequent visitor henceforth due to the quality of the food and the service offered by the staff in the Restaurant and in the Bar.
Argued over a booking mistake they wouldn't rectify but eventually did. Large stain on the carpet.
Good experience, neat, clean and tidy and meal was good and the vehicle was as we left it.
The staff are lovely. The food was amazing and James the waiter was great. What let it down is the poor double glazing which made the road noise awful. The shower didn't work great and the toilet handle kept sticking. The room was clean and basic but suitable decor. Just needs to be updated a little.
Rooms tired and breakfast poor - most of it cold at 7am
Polite friendly staff. Lovely clean spacious room's.2 visits and would come again!
Deluxe King Room is supposed to be Previlged according to the hotel standard. However, the room was not customized to begin with as I know who stayed in my ro before me + It's not clean + Noisy Floors ( writing this review at 2.37AM as I can hear my neighbor footsteps on 2nd floor ) are frustrating and sleep killer.
Yesterday evening, while I wanted to go out for a walk to buy some water as the room has Expresso machine and coffee pods but no water ( Previlged? ). It was raining outside and I asked the receptionist if I could lend an umbrella , I was told the customers never returned them back so they don't keep them.
Mercure, I expected better service overall.
Very good, easy parking, large room ,staff very helpful
Mercure Heathrow sells Costco Cakes for 5 times the price with out of date brownies.
Ruined an event.
NO SHAME, NO RESOLUTION, DONT EVEN CARE
Clean and comfortable. Limited menu during this time, but decent enough food.
Fantastic place, room's were great for the price we paid, they on site dining was excellent
Correct airport hotel. Correct dinner at the hotel bar / cafeteria.
Very pleasant service. Assisted myself and my newly wed wife at 4am with our bags/locks
Hairs in the bath no mattress protector on beds bogies underneath table and expensive food small portions better off with premier Inn or holiday Inn
It was a place to stay over before flying from Heathrow it did what it said on the box!
The room was clean enough, had a safe and a small fridge. It had multiple outlets near the bed as well which is a plus. Staff was very helpful and friendly
Room is in very bad condition, carpet is very dirty and bed so old , price was good but we just lived room after one hour and don't want come back.
Noisy, shower leaking, kettle had a problem, hard to park.
Good enough as airport hotel, slightly far from airport but otherwise is nice and cozy
Clean hotel, nice facility, close to Heathrow. Restaurant has good quality food and reasonable beer prices.
Hospitable and good value, no noise from Heathrow. Great breakfast.
It a really nice hotel but I think customer service is not all that great
Service attitude 5 points
Price 5 points
Cleanliness 3 points
3 points for meal quality and price
3 points facility
Average score of 3.8 is rounded to 4 points
the reason
1. The front desk and restaurant staff are very welcoming and have excellent service attitude.
2. The price is cheap in the same class of business hotels around London Airport.
3. The bedding has a sour taste and the carpet has stains, but it is acceptable.
4. The food list of the restaurant menu is general, the quality is average, and the price is slightly expensive.
5. Room facilities are general, the quality is slightly lower, there is a group of friends bathroom lights are bad, causing the whole side of the electric gate to trip, there is no swimming pool, the number of parking spaces is slightly less, there are airport commuter cars, but it is impossible to stop large and medium-sized buses.
Great staff, Luke warm shower, and very noisy creaking floor boards above at 1.00 a.m., distance from terminal 5 is 5 miles and not 2 miles
Exellent and tasty dinner and breakfast. Part of group tour who visited the hotel. Smiling and very helpful staff in the hotel.
The food here at the restaurant in Mercure was awsome, ordered for chicken noodles and it was totally worth the price. The staff at bar and restaurant Elena and James were very good with the service, hope to visit the hotel more often.
