Brilliant. The food was gorgeous, the bed was very comfortable and above all the staff are very friendly and polite. I would definately stay here again.

Nice clean room and friendly staff. Unless you want to eat in the hotel restaurant there aren't any other options.

Huge thank you to Nathan, the MOD, for helping sort the plumbing issue in my room. It s rare you see a manager who offers an upgrade to a larger room (which I didn t feel necessary to take), then proceeds to check the situation in the shower himself, and then generously offers me a complimentary coffee in the morning. I feel well taken care of and very happy. I m American. I. Need. Coffee.

Yes, it s a small room. It s England, it s London, rooms are bound to be small. It s enough room for one person and it s COMFORTABLE. Everything is clean and tidy, and the staff are friendly.

The restaurant serves delicious cuisine, and the bar offers affordable drinks. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The restaurant and bar service was excellent. The staff were helpful and very polite.

If you drive make sure your car is registered so you wont get a parking fine. Asked reception if the car was free to park overnight they said yes. Then got a fifty pound bill

I stayed as part of a LEGOLAND deal, unfortunately I booked a room for 4 and was given a room with 3 beds! 1.5 hours after checking in and several trips to reception I was finally told there's nothing they can do at 9pm!!! My son had to stay elsewhere with friends!!!! A truly awful experience!

Clean and comfortable, friendly, helpful staff. On site parking with regular shuttle bus from the front door to terminals.

Standard hotel for transit or London short trip. Staff very friendly. Room was cleaned every day and was always clean. The breakfast buffet was always adequate. Downtown with Hopperbus H8 (Terminal 2) and Tube (Piccadilly Line) easy to reach.

I stayed in room 279 and it was awful. I paid for one of their nicer rooms. All night and day there was a noise that kicked exactly at 1 minute intervals kept up all night. The mattress was so hard for me that I had back and neck ache the next day. I went to reception to complain and after 10 minute wait was eventually seen to; they offered me an upgrade and the room was lovely bed not great but the room is quiet, I have a long drive so just what I need to rest up before it. Staff were helpful once I was seen to. Breakfast was ok but would of loved to have had a soft boiled egg but couldn't find any. I was pleased they moved me to another room but was disappointed in the overall quality of the hotel compare to other hotels in the same chain. I will stay again if I am desperate.

One of the brands of the Accor Hotels in Hayes environment. Properly structured to take you to the Heathrow airport easily. Quiet neighbourhood and friendly staffs. Take time to explore the bar and kitchen menu. Not a lot of great window views but the room stay is pleasant

Great hotel. He was part of a group. Great food served at the restaurant and reasonable prices at the bar. The leisure activity options at the hotel were good. The staff is helpful and very polite.

I found this hotel very convenient to Heathrow. The rooms were clean, the staff very helpful and friendly. The restaurant food was good. No complaints. I would definitely stay here again.

If staying because of delayed flight in London, the voucher menu for food is very small and not that great. The rooms are quiet and air-conditioning controllable. Hallways are kind of small between the rooms.

Friendly staff, restaurant and food were very nice. However I paid for executive package which was not worth the money. First we were sent to wrong room, then given a slightly bigger room with nice kingside bed and large tv however there was none of the extras we were led to expect. The manager did bring the soft drinks after i rang reception and 1 bathrobe and slippers when there are 2 of us in the room. The toiletries were not of a better quality and again only 1 shower gel for 2 people. The coffee machine had only 1 sample of 3 choices so 2 of us could not have a normal coffee plus if one wanted coffee and 1 wanted tea you could not plug in at same time. It was adequate for our needs but not a 4 star hotel. If I had not expected the extras I would have been happy but would not feel the executive package worth it.

I found this a pleasantly relaxing place to stay when I had no time pressure. It took a while to get to Terminal 5 and the Hoppa buses were only every 40 minutes, so you'd really need an hotel nearer the airport for an early flight. If you have a bit of time this has a nice atmosphere and good food.

Not quite as advertised. "Regular Hoppa service" is not running due to Covid, which i understand, but since i booked in August I think they have had time to change the information on the website to reflect that. Staff were helpful in ordering taxi. Parking was easy. Didn't ever stay over as I arrived home earlier than expected.

Awfully expensive with nothing included, dusty rooms and far from the airport

A few days before I was to arrive, I rang ahead and asked about a travel cot for my child. When we arrived we was greated by the receptionist, she was very pleasent and made us feel.welcome, I asked again at the desk about the travel cot however it wasnt on my booking info and they never recieved the message about my phone call. The receptionist said we should have one in our room by 7pm. Which was fine as we was going out for dinner. We arrived back at 8pm with no travelcot. It was getting late for my child so I pushed the beds together (twin room) and we slept on there. In the morning when we woke, I got out of bed first to realise there was a Pill on the floor, I picked it up and put it in a disposable bag from the bathroom. I wasnt impressed. What if my 2year old picked it up before I found it. I had no idea what the Pill was, could of been something.. could.of been nothing. I was then worried to.let my child off the bed incase there was anything around. I packed up our things and checked out. The Gent I spoke to did apologise for the inconvinence and said a manager will call me, however I still have had no call. It's a shame as the hotel seems lovely and I feel it could of been so much more better.

Good location. Excellent food served in the restaurant. Restaurant and Bar service is great and the waiting staff is very prompt. Pork ribs were the best on the menu. Enjoyed my dinner.

Great place to stay with easy access to the airport

The lobby is nice, staff friendly, and the room was small but adequate.
The shower and bath faucet ran simultaneously, causing the waste of a LOT of water.

Nice place to crash, clean, modern, great service, has fitness area, restaurant, bar, buisness center and safe in the room. A little to far from dowtown London. Have to take bus or walk 15 min to subway (tube), then a ride of 25 min, aprox, to do the tourist things in London.

On the whole very nice. Impressive lounge area and very nice food from the breakfast and dinner options. My only qualm with the stay was the quality of cleaning wasn't absolutely perfect as there was still dust and visible debris in the bathroom, but nothing a wipe down couldn't fix.

I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Nice hotel, remote location fir public transport access. Parking a little confusing with pay machines outside. Nice and cosy lounge areas.

The bar food and breakfast are both good and the staff pleasent and helpful. You are probably wanting to stay here one night. I would suggest another hotel if you are looking for staying several nights as the rooms are 'tired' and we didn't sleep too well.

Bought a parking ticket at the machine unfortunately I never kept the ticket and 2 weeks later I got a parking fine sent to me I am currently waiting on an appeal

Not the usual standards for a Mercure hotel. Cleaners were vacuuming during breakfast, tables weren't clean from the night before. Room itself was clean but had a squeaky toilet door which didn't shut properly & the bathroom could do with an update.

One of worse experience ever i had. Stayed in hotel for 5 days. Water from shower not coming continue hot, it is like when you turn tab towards hot still u will get cold water every 7 to 8 sec for 2 sec. Think when u taking shower with hot water and all of sudden cold water drop on your body how you feel.
Another big issue 2 days before hot water stop coming from tab. I inform to reception that no hot water coming so they says someone will come shortly but no one came till 30min then I again called to reception so this time they sent engineer. When he came he asked me how long i have issue so i told him that from last 2 hours. So he went to check boiler. After few min he came back and told me that he turn on boiler and now it will take 1 hour to get hot water!! That means they have old water boiler tank system.......
And on last day 31 dec when i wake up in morning no water was from tab, no cold or hot. When i call to reception so they did apologise for this but they gave straight ans " it will be fix soon" i have to go work without shower and without use toilet. 11:30 when i came back from work the issue cor water was not resolved.
I checkout at 12:00 and on time of checkout they didn't care to apologise or say even sorry for inconvenience.

NO VALUE FOR FOR MONEY...... MUST BE B&B will better then this hotel....

On a word awful. Room above us woke us at 3. Staff tried their best but didn't help. Room was small and breakfast was rubbish.

A stuff up by staff with late checkout marred an otherwise okay stay. Location is convenient, rooms were a good size, and breakfast options were decent.

I stayed during my transit. Found place to be clean and friendly staff. Food can be much more better quality.

This was the most expensive hotel on my trip and also the most run down.
The common areas were fine, but my room was a bit run down and occasionally peeling or rusted.

It was an ok place to spend a night before my flight our of Heathrow as they have an airport shuttle, but I'd advise looking at the other nearby hotels first especially if staying for more than one night.

I have stayed here a few times on business and it is always a pleasure. Finding parking can be a bit of a nuisance and quite expensive however the hotel itself is nice

it was part of the legoland deal..free parking comfortable rooms although food menu was limited it was suitable for what we wanted although we was told it was same menu in bar and reasturant..some people were eating food that wasn't on our menu (bar) ie steak but when we asked about the steak they said they no longer done it but people were eating it? but the bar staff in the evening were very attentive and helpul. would recommend.

Very close to heathrow. Hotel has a very good restaurant & bar. Good food menu with good choices. The service in the restaurant & bar is excellent. Enjoyed the overall dinning experience.

Parking is very expensive here, staff are ok but don't really chat with you just get on with the job. Breakfast is basic.

Fantastic place. Good sized conference rooms. Cheap parking. Relaxed hotel lounge. Wonderful ambience. All in all a very pleasant hotel experience.

While main floor is nice the hotel rooms are just not really up to the same standard. Not done to a high finish. And the water pressure sucked. The workers were great polite and helpful. Overall it's not to bad a place

Excellent location for quick airport access, not recommended if you mean to access rest of London etc. Rooms quite nice although some features (eg. tv) are on the older side

Don't reccomend. AC was broken. They gave us a fan I guess but seriously they need that stuff fixed for paying guests!!

There was no room at the hotel when I tried to stay, but the staff were really helpful in suggesting somewhere to stay. The parking structure is a bit difficult - there's nowhere to turn around if there isn't a space. Why not install a digital sign outside to tell us if there's spaces.

Had a lovely comfortable stay here friendly staff would use again
