Fantastic service! I wanted to replace my 50+ old furnace. I found Columbus Worthington Air through Home Depot. They called me the same day to schedule an in-person appointment. Their technician showed up on time. He walked me through all the available options and offered a discount to accommodate my budget limits. The crew showed up the following morning. They were very professional and courteous. I had to go to work so I left them working at home. When I came back around 3 PM everything was done, including the removal of my old big furnace. The new system works perfectly and they even installed a new Nest thermostat. Great service indeed! I highly recommend their service!

I ordered a tune up. Before the service I asked the tech whether they would
add refrigerant for the tune up. The Answer is no. The tech spent about fifteen min and concluded the refrigerant is bone dry. I asked is any solution
recommended. The recommendation includes a nitrogen test to detect the leak and and leak repair for $2474-3874 or a replacement unit. You figure it out. This is not helpful at all.

I was telling him how pleased I've been with the company, and he mentioned what a good company it is to work for. That means a lot - I'm happy to support a company that treats its employees well!

Heard a rattling when I turned on my furnace this season. The issue was obscure and difficult to find, but technician Ryan C. was resourceful, identified the problem, and successfully repaired it quickly and successfully. Also professional, personable, and exceptionally courteous. I have been a customer of Columbus Worthington Air for years, and have never been disappointed. Highly recommend.

New AC system installed yesterday. Installers Jeff and Byron were great. Very professional. Cleaned up everything after they were done. They also went over in great detail about our new system. Also spent a great deal of time explaining the new thermostat. Would not hesitate to call them again.

Jamie, our technician, was surprisingly available at 8:00 pm to come help figure out why our air was coming on and going off and the thermostat was giving a service fault message. He quickly identified the problem and fixed it, and we were back up and running very soon. We couldn t be happier with his service and CWA.

Michael was my technician. He did an excellent job of explaining the issue and how to resolve it. Very professional. The office staff is amazing and is professional. I highly recommend this team of people.

I am very disappointed by this company. First they did not disclose the added cost associated with their initial trip. They charged me a $84 trip fee then $60 for troubleshooting. That is fine...but this was not given or explained when asked prior to scheduling.

I talked to one of their service managers who was very rude, loud and aggressive as I inquired about the service fee. The tech diagnosed my system as needing a new TXV. When I asked the service manager to break down the price of this with labor and part cost he refused. He got very aggressive and said they do it as a flat fee. Then I asked what his Mhr cost is and he said $120. The price the tech quoted me was $1131 w/o tax. My next question was how long does it take...he said 4-5 hours. This is taking out the old refrigerant and replacing with new. So now you do the math. For the flat rate fee of roughly $1200/$120 Mhr = 10 hours.... Tell me who's getting screwed.

ME as a CONSUMER should be able to know what the heck i'm paying for. These guys are CROOKS. The price of a NEW TXV is under $200 if I bought it. Their cost is more like $120-150. I can see a price of $500-650 to complete this work based off the Mhr rate. My unit is very easy to access in the basement without any awkward body positing. He will be standing up facing it directly.

I used this company due to many of the consumer's who write reviews. Many do not do their homework when it come's to cost and why. I did mine. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Jeremy did an excellent job explaining details about what was wrong with my 25 year old furnace. He performed a through check and answered all my questions. He was pleasant and helpful. I would recommend him to anyone needing a furnace tune up. Thank you.

Kenny did an excellent job. I asked to watch what he was doing and he walked me through everything he was doing. I have an older furnace and it s still kickin But He was able to answer all of my questions about repairing vs replacing my unit once something goes wrong.

Update: Thomas came out today to make sure or A/C was summer ready. He was very pleasant and Professional. He answered all of my questions and completed his tasks with a knowledgeable confidence

Tyler and Jake were so amazing. From the first moment they came, it was explained what was going to be done and why. They had to make a second trip due to the weather preventing them from completing the work need for our AC unit. There was a third person with them and everyone was friendly. We received great quality customer service from beginning to end. We felt the interactions were more personal and we weren't treated as "just customers." My husband and I would highly recommend Columbus Worthington Air to anyone for their heating and cooling needs.

I heard so many good things about this company and was disappointed by the experience. A technician came in, said the system was beyond repair and that we needed a new system that could be installed that day for between 9-12k. When I said I wanted to get a second bid, he said a crew couldn't come out for an estimate until tomorrow and that good luck with other companies getting out in the next two weeks. That crew never arrived for the estimate.

We had three companies come out. The most expensive bid was 2k lower than the estimate the tech offered. All three companies disputed the claim made by our service technician in regards to the system's health, parts that did/didn't work/and issue with carbon monoxide. All three could do the installation within two days.

I am NOT saying the technician lied. I do disagree with his assessment, pricing and level of information surrounding the market. Maybe people have bad days; it was just unfortunate that day happened at our home. I can not see a circumstance where I would ever call this company again.

Steve serviced my AC today and did a great job. He arrived on time and was very considerate about not tracking in dirt on the floor. He was very efficient and professional. In rating Steve on a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate him a 10.

I appreciated the service of David Owen s from Columbus Worthington Air. David made me feel comfortable from the beginning. He was personable and understood my limitations. He was extremely knowledgeable, was thorough in his work, and took time to explain each step of the process to me. I ve always had great customer service from CWA but David has been one of the best. I truly thank him for his thoroughness and communication.

Although service tech did arrive very timely and performed the job adequately, he was much more interested in selling me an entirely new unit rather than helping address my situation at hand. That is the reason for the low review. I felt the technician was actually more of a salesman. The next day I was able to contact a different HVAC company that was able to find me the part that I needed and come back on the same day to get the job done.

Rob was courteous and efficient. I appreciate that.

Professional. Articulate regarding recommended furnace and AC unit product features. Able to explain rationale of why he was recommending the two products based on household size, design and # of vents & returns. Did not try to over-sell goods or services. Was credible and engaging. Answered all questions to satisfaction.

Dave did a nice job of explaining my options when it came to making repairs... which ones are do now and which ones are can do later but will need to be done . That was helpful in planning for future expenses.

Thomas Libenson has checked our HVAC. He is ver nice. His explanation is very clear, so I could understand everything very smoothly even though I actually don t know anything about my HVAC (this was my first HVAC checkup).

I have used Worthington Air for several years. They have solved problems that other vendors couldn t figure out. They are professional, reliable, and reasonably priced. My current tech, Evan, was extremely thorough and provided consultation on how to remedy two concerns I had. He was informative and balanced in his advice (shared options, shares impacts, and gave risk level of doing or not doing additional work).

Great experience with CWA. A gentlemen came out to the house last night to give us an estimate on getting both our heating and a/c units replaced. Price was so great we signed immediately. Then Ba and Winston came out and installed the very next day. Interactions with all 3 were great! All were knowledgeable, personable, polite... We've used CWA for service for years and will continue doing so.

They laid drop cloths all over the place to be sure to not damage any floors, walls or furniture and there was no debris or trash left when they were done. Both Keith and Jeff were super nice, professional and provided an all around five star service!! I would definitely recommend Columbus Worthington Air to others, we did some shopping around before we committed to CWA, the prices were all around the same, but with the service provided by Jeff & Keith, I would definitely recommend CWA. Ronnie R., our sales associate, came to our house, explained everything and gave us all the options - including lesser priced ones - and helped us make our decision, but did not push for bigger and more expensive. Had used another company prior to Columbus Worthington Air. To say I was jaded and skeptical going into this would be an understatement. However, the expertise and choices they provided, along with exceptional and quick service has been second to none.

Would not recommend. Had Columbus Worthington Air come out to do a tune up of our air conditioner on 6/10 and the first thing the technician said to us before even testing the system is how old our system is (25 years) and needs replaced. Our system works fine by the way. I asked him what s the worse that could happen? Our system stops working and we have to replace? Well yeah I ll replace it then. Why would I replace a perfectly functional system solely based on age? The technician saw that we were a young couple and thought we wouldn t know any better.

Rob C. and Tyler A. installed our new furnace and A/C unit and did a great job! They took the old units out and installed the new units in under 5 hours which exceeded expectations. Our basement more closely resembles a crawl space than an actual basement so to do all that in that small amount of time is no small feat. Would definitely recommend.

I called for a consultation for a new HVAC system and Brian Rensi arrived an hour later. He assessed my home and provided multiple packages to consider with no pressure sales. Rob and Winson arrived 15 minutes early the very next day and worked diligently to install my new Bryant HVAC system. They were polite, courteous, professional, and thorough with the installation. They placed runners to prevent damage to flooring and cleaned the workspace when the installation was complete. I would highly recommend Columbus Worthington Air, particularly Rob and Winson, for any HVAC needs. The total cost was also very competitive.

Jeff and Zack were the most friendly, experienced, and professional crew that we could have ever asked for. Answered all questions without hesitation. Knew exactly what they were doing. Explained the system and how to maintain it. Couldn t have asked for a better experience. They even came back the same day we called about about a question for the humidifier. Said multiple times to call any time. Would recommend them for any house.

Adam and Steven did a fantastic job installing our new heat pump. We had an unorthodox set up but CWA was able to make it work!

After 18 years in the house, it was time to get a new HVAC system. Contacted Worthington Air, and finally chose a system. They came out the next day and was told the air conditioner model that we chose was out of stock, and they did not want to cause us any delay, so we got the next model up (13 seer to 16 seer).

The installers Josh and Adam did an awesome job.... They were professional throughout the process and were very personable. I would definitely ask for them in the future. We ended up needing a condensation pump because our home builder did not have an adequate drain, and they took the extra step of routing the drain to our sump pump drain (no extra cost). It was obvious they took no short cuts and they made sure all of our questions were answered.

Overall, I am very pleased with installation and service

I was very impressed with Columbus Worthington Air and the service that I was provided. My A/C had broken for the 2nd time in 2 months and I had a not so pleasant experience with another company before reaching out to Andrew Montella at Columbus Worthington Air as he always told me if I needed anything to let him know. He was amazing, he talked me thru my issues and frustrations and with my unit, the repairs needed and the other company and assured me that he would make sure that Columbus Worthington Air took good care of me. He called his manager while I was on the phone and between both had a rep out to my house within 30 mins. of that phone call. Brian Rensi came out and gave me a whole different experience than I had previously - no high pressure sales at all (which I hate). Just gave me the options and we went from there. I actually ended up purchasing both a new a/c unit and a furnace at that time due to the recommendation of both Andrew and Brian instead of repairing my unit again. Brian even came over to my house on Labor Day holiday to bring me a window a/c just so my family could be cool until the next days install. The installers were amazing too. They were on time, professional and explained everything to me before leaving my home. I am very pleased with Columbus Worthington Air. Thank you so the whole team, but especially Andrew M. and Brian R.!!! I am a real estate agent and will definitely add this company to my list of preferred servicers.

Within one day we went from a failing HVAC furnace to a great Bryant system with help from Delonte and the install crew led by Rob. Very friendly and professional; including Andrew and John who were great support too.
They did an outstanding job making big improvements in both the outside a/c pad install and the ductwork connections to match up the coil and the furnace boxes inside.
With improvements in the smart thermostat, the 4 filter box, the iWave air cleaner, and the drain from the condensate lines/ and including the humidifier ~ my wife and I could not be happier with the system nor the installation support and clean-up as well. 6 stars!
