Tyler and Jake were so amazing. From the first moment they came, it was explained what was going to be done and why. They had to make a second trip due to the weather preventing them from completing the work need for our AC unit. There was a third person with them and everyone was friendly. We received great quality customer service from beginning to end. We felt the interactions were more personal and we weren't treated as "just customers." My husband and I would highly recommend Columbus Worthington Air to anyone for their heating and cooling needs.
