Tim came out to do a routine service and was great! He was very professional, easy to talk to, answered all my questions, and walked me through different parts of my HVAC so that I could understand what I own as well as what he was doing so that I know the value of the service. I would definitely recommend Columbus/Worthington Air and their technician Tim.
