After 18 years in the house, it was time to get a new HVAC system. Contacted Worthington Air, and finally chose a system. They came out the next day and was told the air conditioner model that we chose was out of stock, and they did not want to cause us any delay, so we got the next model up (13 seer to 16 seer).

The installers Josh and Adam did an awesome job.... They were professional throughout the process and were very personable. I would definitely ask for them in the future. We ended up needing a condensation pump because our home builder did not have an adequate drain, and they took the extra step of routing the drain to our sump pump drain (no extra cost). It was obvious they took no short cuts and they made sure all of our questions were answered.

Overall, I am very pleased with installation and service
