I heard so many good things about this company and...

I heard so many good things about this company and was disappointed by the experience. A technician came in, said the system was beyond repair and that we needed a new system that could be installed that day for between 9-12k. When I said I wanted to get a second bid, he said a crew couldn't come out for an estimate until tomorrow and that good luck with other companies getting out in the next two weeks. That crew never arrived for the estimate.

We had three companies come out. The most expensive bid was 2k lower than the estimate the tech offered. All three companies disputed the claim made by our service technician in regards to the system's health, parts that did/didn't work/and issue with carbon monoxide. All three could do the installation within two days.

I am NOT saying the technician lied. I do disagree with his assessment, pricing and level of information surrounding the market. Maybe people have bad days; it was just unfortunate that day happened at our home. I can not see a circumstance where I would ever call this company again.
