We had Columbus Worthington air come out and repair our air conditioner. We received excellent customer service in a timely manner. Our repairman was cordial and able to fix our air conditioner quickly and efficiently. Super happy with the service we received.

Our expierance witb Columbus Worthington Air has been top notch from start to finish. Everyone we worked with was extremely professional from the service call by Ian, to the sales rep Dan & the Installers Rob and Winston. Our AC went out and within 48 hours the guys at Worthington got our new system installed and cooling again! We highly recommend this phenomenal company!

I was having a heating issue where my furnace was short circuiting and not properly heating our home. I called CWA at 2 pm and had a technician, Kenny Ward, at my home by 5:30 pm. Kenny was extremely courteous, professional, knowledgeable and also had a welcoming sense of humor as well which was nice. He was able to give us a great deal on the service and turned out we just needed routine maintenance so he didn't try to sell anything we didn't need. Great service, highly satisfied, and working HEAT!

There was miscommunication on the cost of the service fee and Columbus Worthington Air waived my fee entirely - honestly, I couldn't have asked for a more trust-worthy company. I have had other heating/cooling companies in the past but I am a repeat customer now because I feel like I can trust them. Thank you.
All in all, this became a good experience. But it wasn't at first. It took four home visits to get a solid diagnosis and cooperation with our home warranty company. It was a lot of time and effort to get to the bottom of it. In the end, Columbus Worthington Air credited our money back from those home visits. The service technician who really helped us the most and made things right was Rob E. Rob E is like our saint. He was super nice, talked us through everything, and had amazing interpersonal skills. He took the time to talk to our home warranty company and explained everything perfectly. Rob E. is a 10 star man. Then Joe P. came over and helped us get set up with a new furnace. Ask for the right people and then you can get really really great service!
Had my furnace inspected and cleaned today by Jason B. Great experience. Received a call before arriving. Early arrival and very professional. He answered all my questions thoroughly. Jason was also very very kind with my very friendly dog!

Setting up an appointment for a problem with my furnace was very easy, and the technician, Trevor C., provided very responsive service. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained the necessary repairs very thoroughly. He told me different options I had for the repairs and gave me valuable information regarding how to improve my furnace s efficiency and uniform comfort throughout the house. The process was easy and affordable. I will definitely use Columbus Worthington Air in the future and request Trevor C as a technician.
Kelvin Jr. was my service technician. I had just moved into a new house. The furnace and thermostat were older and more complicated than I was used to. Kelvin took the time to show me how to use it. He could have told me I needed a new furnace! And I would never have known the difference! But I felt he was fair and honest. That's really important to me. I'm so glad I signed a service agreement with Columbus Worthington Air and not a competitor.
Kenny Ward visited our house in June 2018 to perform annual contracted maintenance on our two Trane air conditioners. He was quite knowledgeable about the systems, provided a comprehensive inspection and maintenance of he equipment, and answered our questions expertly. We are quite pleased with the service he provided.

I really appreciate the customer service of Columbus-Worthington Air. I woke up to find the fan not running on my heater...which made it fairly useless! So I called the HVAC company that I've used for years, and found that I could not get an appointment for a week. With temps supposed to be in the teens over the next few days, I didn't have a choice but to call another company. Yelp reviews were good for Columbus Worthington Air so I gave them a shot. They had Kenny Ward out to my house that same day and he even had the part with him to fix the furnace, had it all back online within an hour, and he even fixed my humidifier that hadn't been working for a year! He was very knowledgeable and friendly. And the price was very reasonable for the work done. I definitely recommend these guys for solid, timely and reasonably priced help with your heating or air conditioning!
The service men are always polite and respectful of my property and home. Very helpful when I have questions and do the job quickly. They put everything back the way they found things and left home cleaned up of work done.
Had a wonderful experience! Their sales folks, Josh Calder and Tom Drew, were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They did an extremely thorough job sizing my system/evaluating my home. They walked me through all my options, and I didn't feel like I was being up-sold for the sake of a higher profit margin, if anything, they were down to earth, and felt like they were only recommending things that would matter. I felt like I came away with exactly what was needed for my home.

-On a Sunday night right before a large winter storm, Thomas came out within a half hour. He deciphered our broken thermostat and igniter, and had them replaced within the hour, just in time! We are so appreciative and are big fans!
Installers were professional, polite and did an overall excellent job. New equipment wasn t cheap, but I m certain it will be worth in the long run: comfort, energy efficiency and peace of mind with the 10-year warranty.

Used CWA at my last home when the furnace died in the middle of the night during the polar vortex. They were amazing then, and they were amazing now when my new home A/C unit broke in this late Sept heat wave.

I scheduled a yearly furnace maintenance with Columbus Worthington Air and it was affordable and worth the piece of mind knowing the furnace in our house is in top shape. Kenny, the technician, was very professional and helpful in identifying what needed replaced.
Late to arrive to the appointment. Technician had no interest in resolving the problem, rather he just wanted to sell me a whole new unit. His solution to "fix" my unit was overblown and cost about 800% more than what it really cost me. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY if you like your money. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because they refunded my service call for that utter waste of time.
Oh my gosh! Why I waited so long to get connected with Columbus Worthington Air is a mystery to me! This company is, without a doubt, the finest service company that we have ever used for our HVAC needs! The gals who answer the phones are polite and helpful. They actually seem genuinely happy that they are able to assist you! Then there was the Comfort Specialist who sold us our new furnace....what a gem! And the 2 Installers who came into our home to remove the old furnace and replace it with a brand new one...we are so thankful for the respect that they showed us and our home. And then there is Kenny W., our Service Specialist. Kenny is the kind, helpful, respectful, hard-working, patient, question answering, gentleman who gave our air-conditioner a check up. He was so knowledgeable and it was apparent from the get-go that this guy is the guy who I will choose to ALWAYS service our HVAC equipment from here on out!

Tyler and Jake arrived on time and were completely professional and educational throughout the installation of our new furnace and A/C. I could not recommend them enough! Tyler spotted a manufacturer defect on the furnace blower and was able to get it corrected with a new unit before installing, saving time and money. We had an untimely 20 yr old AC unit breakdown. CWA made it a high priority to fix and replace, during a holiday weekend (unlike a competitor). They were comprehensive and transparent in their assessment, and punctual. Their team was professional, knew their trade and friendly; all while working in 90 degrees on Memorial Day. The bonus... we had to run a quick errand and they brought our grocery delivery in for us. Ryan, Rob and Adam - thanks for the extraordinary service! Highly recommend.
Columbus Worthington Air Trevor did our winter checkup on our two systems. We appreciated the time that Trevor paid attention to the detail of inspection. He did an excellent job of explaining the condition of the units as well as potential for upcoming inspections. We want CWA to be aware of his performance and feel free to ask for Trevor when you have your next service call.
Technician Rob E. showed up on time and was fast and efficient. Listened to what I had to say and was able to diagnose the numerous issues which resulted in the need to buy a new furnace as the cost to repair was considerable and nearly the cost of the new unit. On a Saturday evening CWA was able to get someone out to go over options for new furnaces while other companies wanted me to wait until Monday to get someone to give me quotes. While I was not in the market for a new furnace I'm glad CWA could get out to diagnose then within 2 hours have someone give me the options to purchase and have a new furnace installed before their competitors could even get off their weekend overtime rates.

Our AC stopped working late in the day and the temp in the house got to 90 degrees. After calling several companies around Columbus, I received a call back from Worthington Air's technician Ryan C. It was around 9.30pm. He could not have been more courteous and helpful. After answering several of his questions, we agreed to have him come out on a service call that night. We were his last stop and he arrived around 11.30pm. Again, he was extremely pleasant and professional. He found the problem right away and fixed it for us. I asked him how his day had been and his response was very positive. I asked him when his day started....7am. Needless to say, I was very impressed. I work in a service industry and this company and technician were top notch. Highly recommended.
Kenny Ward is the man! I've had two other companies come out over the course of 6 years living in our house. Both companies performed "something" which only made our system work slightly better, but they never truly resolved the issue. Kenny came out and saw that our two-stage system was wired for single stage. He took his time to re-wire the system properly. I'm telling you, I seriously thought our heat was pretty much as good as it would get, blaming it on our four level split home, but Kenny got the house so warm I was sweating. In addition to excellent work, Kenny was super professional, easy to talk with and even took the time to give me some very helpful tips before he left. If I could give him 10 stars I would! I had to hold my family back from hugging him.

Placed a request via the Bryant HVAC website. Never got a call from Columbus Worthington Air. I called them, they refuse to come out to provide consultation on a smart thermostat because I live in an apartment. The apartment is aware of and ok with me replacing the installed unit with a smart thermostat. I already had one in place, but wasn't working properly. I was simply looking for a consultation on what type of smart thermostat would work with my HVAC unit. The woman on the phone was rude and wouldn't even consider having someone come out to consult with me. I wasn't even going to ask for installation, which would remove all liability from them.
This is an exemplary HVAC company. Honest and straightforward salesmanship; expert installation; and wonderful customer support. 5-star service before, during, and after your purchase. Special thanks to Joe, Keith, Todd, and Nathan.

Bottom line up front: This is a sleezy company who overcharges for poor service techs in order to sell you $10,000 new systems.
My heat pump stopped working after a long weekend out of town. I called Columbus Worthington Air because it looked like they had a lot of good reviews. The first tech they sent out couldn't figure out what was wrong and then started fiddling with wires and wanted to go to an hourly rate to play with the wiring more. I said no to an hourly rate and he left.
At least they have some quality control because a rep called me the next day and said that it didn't look like the first guy did much and they would send a senior tech out.
The senior tech stripped off some of the wire insulation in the middle of all the sensor wires to do a bunch of bypasses. This didn't look professional and he just threw some electrical tape over the exposed bits. Then said it was the defrost board and wanted to charge me $800-$900 to change the part. The part, by the way is $50 and it takes all of 10 minutes to change it out. it's not complex, and your grandma could do it with a screw driver. The best part is, that wasn't even the problem with the heat pump.
Since the senior tech recommended replacement because of the age and they're cost of fixing it, I entertained a visit from their sales department. The sales guy did all the necessary calculations, they have all there systems bundled, just like they're services. The markup is still significant, I was able to get $2000 off the starting price barely trying. The guy had to "call his manager" to see if he could do that price and the call felt very scripted, like something you'd see in a used car lot. They wanted $10,000 for a bottom of the barrel heat pump and air handler.
I called American Air heating and cooling and they had the issue fixed in about an hour. They actually did all the electrical testing, and didn't try to sell me a new system. Do yourself a favor and call a place that will fix your problem instead of pushing you to a brand new system.
UPDATE: After posting this review I was contacted and refunded the service fee. That doesn't fix the damage done to the system, but was a nice gesture. I still stand by my original review.

We just got home from vacation at 10:30 PM on Friday night. We have no air in the house so we look up emergency heating and cooling and Worthington air popped up. They was so fast and efficient to get to our house so late. Andrew m. Was so nice and gave details of the unit that we had and what was going on. He then got some other gentlemen to the house so we can get insulation the nex day, amazing!! The two gentlemen that was at the house today was so friendly, nice and respectful. Explained step by step of what they was doing and how long things would take. I would recommend Worthington air hands down to anyone and everyone!
Technician could not explain what he thought the issue might be. Talked to me like I was a petulant child (literally said "now now- don't touch that") but clearly had no idea what was wrong. This business lost a very large sale as we ended up purchasing a new heating and air conditioning system from another company.
The process was seamless from making the initial appointment to the service tech coming out. Lee was very transparent and friendly! We would definitely recommend this company and plan to use them in the future.

Great service, new AC and furnace install took less time than expected. Andrew V and Jared M were both knowledgeable and polite. They were very professional. They answered all of my questions during the install and showed me how to use my new thermostat. I highly recommend this company and especially these installers. My house is nice and cool again!
Prompt, wore all PPE, respectful of keeping the house clean, efficient and took the time to teach us how to avoid overheating the furnace. FYI- make sure to have ALL vents and ducts open and a low MERV filter (8) in order not to overburden the system!!
Amazing!! We had our a/c go out on Saturday night and within 15 minutes Shelby called us back and was out there within an hour. He was very nice, very professional, and knew exactly what he was doing. This was our first time using Columbus Worthington Air and will use them in the future if we need any repairs.
We had CWA do two air handler installs along with new duct work, job went fairly smooth. Trying to get them to follow up on any of our other work has been nothing short of frustrating. I've emailed/spoken to Brian Rensi on three separate occasions on estimates that never show up, but when you're on the phone it's always 'on it's way'. Keep in mind these are estimates that they bothered to come out to our house and actually do, and for whatever reason nothing has ever shown up. We've also had issues actually utilizing their maintenance program. If you call after hours you get an answering service that has to then hunt down a technician. After they did our winter inspections one morning we were without heat that evening, with two kids, well below freezing outside, and only after we called back twice before a tech finally called us hours after our initial call-- all because the tech who inspected that morning didn't turn the gas back on, which of course I had to troubleshoot with the tech on the phone instead of them actually coming out and fixing their mistake.
As always Worthington Air was excellent. Their technician, Michael, was courteous, kind, on time and made things very easy for me to understand. I have used them for many years and will continue to do so. I never have any worries with any of their work, quality or service.
