I was very impressed with Columbus Worthington Air and the service that I was provided. My A/C had broken for the 2nd time in 2 months and I had a not so pleasant experience with another company before reaching out to Andrew Montella at Columbus Worthington Air as he always told me if I needed anything to let him know. He was amazing, he talked me thru my issues and frustrations and with my unit, the repairs needed and the other company and assured me that he would make sure that Columbus Worthington Air took good care of me. He called his manager while I was on the phone and between both had a rep out to my house within 30 mins. of that phone call. Brian Rensi came out and gave me a whole different experience than I had previously - no high pressure sales at all (which I hate). Just gave me the options and we went from there. I actually ended up purchasing both a new a/c unit and a furnace at that time due to the recommendation of both Andrew and Brian instead of repairing my unit again. Brian even came over to my house on Labor Day holiday to bring me a window a/c just so my family could be cool until the next days install. The installers were amazing too. They were on time, professional and explained everything to me before leaving my home. I am very pleased with Columbus Worthington Air. Thank you so the whole team, but especially Andrew M. and Brian R.!!! I am a real estate agent and will definitely add this company to my list of preferred servicers.
