I have been servicing my car for over 10 years with Nissan at the Avenues; very special people providing great service.My service advisor Bill is just fantastic!! In the many ocasions that my old car has broken down, he has been reliable and fair in taking care, of my car situation.I know that Bill is can be: trusted, reliable and friendly. It's because of Bill that when I consider my options in buying a car, we stay with Nissan.

They are very nice however I don t trust them fully. They said I needed my air filters and my cabin air filters changed (charging $110 in total for them to do that for me). I declined because my boyfriend can change them and the parts are only like $10 each. When my boyfriend went to go change them out, the service people had left them both sticking halfway out and ine of them was shoved in and crumpled. The service people said I needed to get two more things done and I said yes to one and no to the other (the other was $844 and I couldnt afford it). So because they did this with something so simple as an air filter, what makes me believe that they didn t do that to the $844 thing I didn t have money to fix?

Excellent!! The service provider could not have be...

Excellent!! The service provider could not have been any nicer or cooperative. Obviously, he has a gift for Nissan service, upkeep, and repair information and professional suggestion. Appointment was timely and, overall, a very pleasant experience. I always recommend to others not only the purchase of a Nissan vehicle, but the excellence of this particular dealership's service department.

I've been a customer of Nissan at the Avenues for a long time. They were not able to pull my record up & suggested that I was there for the first time. I didn't make a big deal about it because the service was great!! They took care all of my concerns.

I will continue to be a customer as long as they continue to provide great customer service.

I can't say enough good things about my sales guy ...

I can't say enough good things about my sales guy Kyle and sales manager Paul Pike. They both worked in conjunction with me to get me out of my current lease and into a new vehicle at a price I could afford. Kyle kept in contact with me and made sure everything was well taken care of with my new vehicle and Paul took care of the lease at no expense to me. Thank you guys! Big Poppa!

Waste of time. Took my new Frontier in for an alig...

Waste of time. Took my new Frontier in for an alignment check. Coggin Nissan did a quick inspection and said everything was fine but never put my vehicle on their alignment rack. Took my Frontier to a local garage and had the alignment set properly by professionals that care. Will never go back to Coggin Nissan for any service related repairs.

My wife and I went here to get our first new car as a married couple. We ended up finding a used 2017 gmc that we loved. Raquel was absolutely amazing. She was not pushy at all. She laid all the options out for us. She got us a great deal. We had some minor issues with the car after we got it as is. I called requel. She took care of everything. She gave me a full size rental for the time being and took the gmc to fix the issues no charge. I would absolutely recommend this place to buy a used or new car. They stand by their word. If I was you I would use Raquel. She is more interested in meeting your needs and not just making a sale.

Our salesperson (Zen Tran) was genuinely interested in what I was looking for in a vehicle and ensured that I got everything I asked for. We will not go anywhere else for future purchases; I highly recommend this dealership (and ask for Zen)!!

I bought my first car in 19 years here on 8/26/13. I shopped for 3 months & had some of the worst consumer experiences in my 65 years. I knew what I wanted; however, the salespeople with whom I worked showed me everything but. Coggin Nissan at the Avenues was refreshingly different. Jeremy & Kristian pulled out several cars from inventory that fit my criteria. Everything I saw was a possibility. I am very satisfied with my choice & am grateful to Jeremy & Kristian for their work on my behalf. They turned a frustrating, irritating experience into a positive one.

I had a great experience at this dealership! They gave a great trade-in value on my vehicle and Rafael was really helpful in finding me exactly what I needed. I felt very comfortable and not pushed into anything during the process. I bought the 2021 Rogue and absolutely love it!! He went all the way to another dealership to bring me a Pearl White bc my kids requested that I got a white car this time lol. I am very happy with the customer service at this dealership. Everyone was super nice and helpful while I was waiting. I definitely recommend this Nissan Dealership

Wow! A definitely different experience for this NYC resident. Quite a lot of real estate set aside for customer waiting lounge. Examples include free popcorn, coffee, a bar stool area, a mini theater with comfortable looking seats. Wait, there's more, another seating area somewhat like a living room without a sofa. Overall, really, really nice! Customer comfort clearly first.

Don't buy any used car from here. They tell you they do a 120 point inspection, blah blah blah. They sold me a minivan that had Broken struts, leaking shocks, broken springs in suspension, Good thing I purchased the mopar extended warranty for almost $1,000 less than whatever policy they were going to sell me. They all are nice and return calls until you walk off with a car, then you never hear back from them, and they never take care of you. Avoid at all costs, typical used car salesmen

Oh here's an update 5/25/17, the Van has to have the transmission rebuilt!. wonder why the dealer doesn't want to reply to This review????

I took my van up there I got a rebuilt transmission, Casey and the rest of the service staff Coggin Nissan at The Avenues are extremely professional they do everything they can to work with you. The work that I get done is always top notch I never have to worry about there being some other issue that pops up after I get work done on a vehicle, they will give you a breakdown of everything that might possibly be going wrong with your vehicle. My family has four different Nissan vehicles that we get serviced here and they are so good I refuse to take my vehicles to any other service location.

Besides continuously trying to up-charge you for services you don t need they don t do what you ask. I brought my car in to get my oil changed, they had a special oil change tire rotation for $39.99 (this is about my 8th oil change with them). They text me to tell me my car is done but during the inspection they found these additional things that my car needs soon. I decline any additional and to proceed with just the oil and wash. I call to ask how long until my car is done. I was told the oil change I d complete and my car is about to go back to the car wash so 15-20 minutes I can pick it up, I arrive about 30 or so min later to pay and my bill and the gentlemen I was dealing with refuses to let anyone assist me so I can pick up my car (mind you he is assisting 2 other customers before me). I wait 15-20 minutes until he is able to help me, so it turns out that they lost my keys when they were taking it to the car wash. Luckily by the time I made it to the counter they found my keys. So in the addition to waiting 15 minutes my car not being washed my bill turns out to be over $80. I was so drained from the hassle that I paid the bill and left. Once I got in my car the old sticker in the window was there, dash still stated that an oil change was needed. I looked over my bill and realized that they used synthetic oil NOTE: my car has been getting non synthetic oil every other times I ve been there. So to recap $80 for a service that was supposed to be $39.99, not sure the oil was ever changed, if they did change it they used synthetic vs non-synthetic which I didn t agree to, they never washed my car, they lost my keys and the associate was EXTREMELY rude to anyone else trying to assist me and help get me processed and out the door. I do not recommend this company. I will not be going back.

We traveled a long way to pick up a vehicle, all the way from Kentucky. We would have like to have gotten what we asked for, but we were not impressed with the vehicle due to it being unclean and that the AC did not work. This was not shared with us until we discovered it at that time. We were told it was outstanding shape. We ended up buying a new vehicle and it was nice, but had to drive another hour just to receive it. The cost was really expensive and we would have liked to have much lower payments, but we are pleased with the vehicle itself.

I came in Monday looking for my first car. 5 minutes after I walk in I told Liz what I was looking for and within another 5 I was in my car. She found exactly what I was looking for, and provided a wonderful buying atmosphere while getting it. Next vehicle I need, I'm coming here first.

I am not sure why they make service appts. I made an appt for 9am for something that honestly takes 5 minutes. Arrived shortly before 9 to check in and my car is still sitting there over an hour later...
I inquired and got some BS answer. We have 50 appts today and everybody comes in and drops off at 8 putting everything behind. Why does that matter to me? If they drop off early, fine, but if there appt is not at 8 am then they have to wait, not me. It s very simple. If you can t accommodate the work than don t make appts. I had to speak to the assistant manager to get my car back. She was pleasant and again explained things get backed up very easily. I suggest they don t make appts if the expectation is you have to sit for hours for something that takes a tech a few minutes. Set reasonable expectations for your customers and be respectful of their time.

I m very disappointed with the entire staff at this dealership! I bought a Maxima with 13,000 miles on it under an agreement scratches would be fixed along with the navigation system which was malfunctioning. The day after I bought the car my salesman wouldn t take my calls to schedule service and when I got transferred to him he hung up on me! After I called corporate Nissan to complain he told me to bring the car in to be fixed and I did. They kept the car two days and said nothing was wrong with the navigation system and told me to pick the car up and bring it back next week and they d look at the scratches. These people are con artists, don t under any circumstances buy a used vehicle from these criminals. Go to a corporate Nissan in lieu of a privately owned franchise and definitely steer clear of any Coggin dealership. I ve never dealt with a dealer who flat out lies to customers in such a predatory way. I m seeking legal action against these criminals!

Purchased my vehicle here.. pretty bad experience over all. Went for the first service.. on par with my expectations. This location has problems and it must be the management. The website has a blank staff page.. which tells you that it is a rotating door and or they have something to hide (which they do.. their customer service should be hidden).

Very pleasant experience and very nice service department and techs. Richard Smith was great!

Only one negative...The price estimate on the website for my 120,000 mile service was way below what I actually ended up paying. That said, I still plan on having my service done here in the future...My Rogue is very happy!

Customer Service is non-existing in this NISSAN show-room. I drove a Nissan to look at a new Nissan I was thinking of upgrading too. The sales person (Aran) could not care less and did not know anything about the NISSAN brand he was trying NOT to sell. At one point he actually answered his personal call right in front of me!

Was not interested in trading in my NISSAN and did not shake hands or try to make a deal of any sort. Instead asked me where I was from and why I wanted a new car.

He however did ask me where I did my NISSAN maintenance services, I answered at TOYOTA. He asked me why? I said because NISSAN does not want to register my car or give me any coupons or discounts.

I think this is my very first and last NISSAN car. I was a TOYOTA guy so I opted for a COROLLA instead after leaving this showroom.

I tried to return their vehicle to them the day after purchase but "They aren't in the business to take vehicles back". Have had continuous and unresolved issues for almost a month now. Nobody has returned my calls yet but they ensure they are "looking into it".

I went one night and the were closing at the time....

I went one night and the were closing at the time. So i got the card of the only female sales rep at this location and made an apt to go back. I missed our 1st apt due to my workload so i made a 2nd apt. Now...i received not 1, not 2, not 3 but FIVE PHONE CALLS on the day of my scheduled apt. And then 10 mins before my actual apt time i received a 6th call asking me how my visit was!!# By now i was beyond frustrated. I told her that i had not even had my apt yet and i was sick of them calling me. Needless to say i never showed for my apt. If all i did was make an appt, can you imagine how they prob would have harrassed me AFTER an actual visit? I will never go to this location again...too much guys...too much!

My experience here was probably the BEST I have had while in search for my first car. Specifically this location had the most amazing and attentive staff and service. Lou, the salesman we spoke to, explained everything we needed to know to us in simple terms (not using any jargon you will commonly hear at other dealerships to confuse customers) and did not leave any of our questions unanswered. He had his own personal touch to everything, making us feel at ease and like we were buying a car from a friend rather than an awkward stranger just trying to make a sale. He ensured I got a car that I both like aesthetically and found comfortable. His manager, whom I believed was named Bryan (I might be wrong, sorry!), worked super hard with us to make sure we found a car within my budget and that I would get approved for as a First time buyer. While it all did feel very professional and accommodating, these two men really made me and my mom feel comfortable with going forward buying a car with them and made sure we weren t overwhelmed like we felt at other numerous dealerships. Best place to buy a car in my opinion!
