I looked on-line (Sept 19) at various sites and found a 2014 Chry 300 with 13K miles on the lot. I spoke with Brian (internet Dealer) and he answered all the questions that I had about this car. I found out it was a rental and no bad history. I also check online at Carfax and confirmed this. I stopped at the dealers Saturday and was able to test drive the car (alone) and found the car to be everything I was told. I decided to purchase the car on Sunday and sent Brian a text message. He and a Manager were at the local NFL football game. Brian took the time to text back and forth, we soon arrived at a price (GREAT PRICE!!). I arrived at Coggin Monday to sign paperwork and make a deposit while I waited for my bank to transfer money a few days later. Brian was able to give me the car (as a loaner) until my money arrived. EVERYTHING Brian did was straight up and no wheeling and dealing. My wife will be looking for a car in around a year and this will be the first place we come to and deal with Brian again..

I took my Altima in for an oil change and tire rotation and Cory Maxwell was my service advisor who wrote my order up and got me in the service department in no time at all. He told me he will try and get the work done as soon as possible and he did. Another great job done by Cory and the Nissan at the Avenues team. Keep the good work up.

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and they were great prior to signing. After signing was another story. Within 24 hours, I was unhappy with my purchase. The car was too small for my family and there was not any power windows or locks. I called the next day and said that I wished to bring the car back and purchase another off of their lot, but was told that I would have to wait until Monday for any assistance. When Monday arrived, I was told that nothing could be done for me. I feel that the saleperson could have better qualified me to make sure that they were putting me in a car that best fit my needs. My advice, stay away. Go to a place like Carmax that has a 5 day satisfaction guarantee.

In my experience with the service dept. they are all about customer service. I had a Dr.'s appt. later that day & they were willing to take me to it if my car wasn't ready, which almost happened. But at the last minute they finished up with my car. I still made my appt. and they fixed the problem. Thank you Service Dept. I worked with Ruben.

I brought my 2012 Murano in for a oil & filter change yesterday and checked in with Jai Beasley. Jai was both freindly, and professional. I asked Jai if they were backed up and he said that it wasn't too bad and would have the work done as well as a compeimentary car wash, plus a complementary change of wiper blades in about an hour and a half. I told him to go ahead and do the service. I sat in a comfortable chair in the lounge area and read the paper and a couple of magazine articles before Jai came to inform me that my Murano"s service was done. Everything was clean, new wiper blades installed, and oil, & filter changed for a little over $23. and in less time than was expected. Good job! Paul Langley
Excellent service - as usual - through my service advisor, Bill Nooney. He goes above and beyond to see that any concerns I have are met and will gladly answer any question. He makes me feel I'm important to he Coggin dealership. Never has he advised any repairs that weren't necessary on my SUVs. Bill is an asset to this dealership.

I called them and told them I lost my key. I wanted to know how much it would cost for a replacement key. The service women put me hold, and came back and said the fob was $180 and the key was $18. I towed my car to the dealership, and when I came into the dealership I was then informed there was also a "programming fee" that was add an additional $140 to the total. It was a typical bait and switch from a dealership.

Disappointed. Bottom line. I made a deal and shook hands with Jeremy (salesman) for $5000 out the door including tax, tag, and title. He hedged a bit on the tag and title. He identified a couple of variables he couldn't be absolutely certain about that could mess up keeping things under $5000. I asked if we were talking less than $100 - and he said yes. I said fair enough.
When everything came in, Coggin is holding my tag and registration and saying I owe $275.
I asked the manager about it when I went into pick up the tag. They did a little asking but came back saying they couldn't do anything for me. They didn't even ask how they could help make it right. They didn't even ask if the car was still running well.
The car is fine, but I am left feeling lied to and let down. But no problem. Next time I will go elsewhere for me transportation needs and I would encourage you to do the same.
Professional and courteus service. Waiting area was nice and clean. We had coupon for a different location and they honored the coupon with no pushback at all.
The tech was fine but I made an appointment for an oil change early so I wouldn t have to wait so long but it didn t work. My appt was at 9:20 and didn t get my car until a little after 11:30. I don t understand what the purpose of setting one if you still have to wait so long. I wouldn t go back but i have free oil changes so unfortunately I m stuck.
My wife and I had such a great experience here. Our sales rep was Charli Robledo. He didn t pressure us into anything. He was very knowledgeable about the car that purchased.
Went in for an appointment to have my vehicle serviced, was told of a large fee(that was never disclosed when making the appointment) for diagnostics which I ve never had to pay at another Nissan service center due to the additional bumper to bumper coverage I purchased along with the vehicle. Service reps outside give the sense of rushing and radiate the I don t want to be here attitude. I can t speak for all but the individual I dealt with seemed very condescending and would not give a straight answer to any question just simply restate his point and leave it at that. Will absolutely not be returning here for any reason in the future, highly recommend looking elsewhere, at least for the service end.

I wasn't looking to trade in my 2011 Nissan Maxima on 4/23 but I must say that the experience I had working with Vladimir Voloshin sure made the decision easy as I have never had the experience in working with such a GREAT salesman in buying a car in all my years of driving. Vladimir was so honest, caring and he did not harass me to purchase a new car. Vladimir was so through in everything he did during the sale of my new 2016 Nissan Altima to the littlest detail that I was blown away. I never had a salesman be so through. I have enjoyed my car service here so far. Out of all the other nissan locations, the employees here are very courteous, they have a small movie theater, there is pop corn and drinks, and they are typically on your side and give you the truth. They never force anything on you and you have full choices available. For example my tires needed changing and they offered to match anyone's price with life time rotation and balance as well as road hazard warranty. I've had only good experiences here so far the two years I've been going.
Rich put me in an great vehicle that was in our price range! He was also extremely personable and courteous. There were also lovely refeshments while we waited to speak with the financing team.
Bought a 2004 Mercedes sl500 used from them they were not honest, told me nothing was wrong with the car. When I got it delivered found out this car had problems and they were trying to hide it. After 3000 in repairs with ABC system batteries that they told me were good, I was financially heavy in the car at this point. Even a tech at a oil lube shop could tell there was a issue with batteries. As far as buying used car from them I would never, they are snakes trying to sell used cars with wire and duct tape. I repeat but from anyone else but them.

I had a recall on my versa and ontop of that, my car was hesitant to start today so I called them and they got me an appointment immediately! They have popcorn and soda and a movie going to keep you occupied while they service your car. I was in and out within like two hours which was surprising for a busy Saturday. Most importantly after they did the repairs, they were realistic and honest what needed to be fixed and when. Normally at other places, you feel like they re after your money but I didn t get that vibe at all here. Bill is especially awesome!! Highly recommend this location!

Special thanks to Robert Daigle and Bobby in the Service Department for going out of their way to resolve an issue with my Nissan Sentra despite being absolutely SLAMMED with customers. I had an issue with my shifter and had plans to drive up to Georgia today. Despite being completely slammed, Robert and Bobby went out of their way to take a look at the shifter, make some adjustments, confirm I was safe to make my trip and offer legitimate recommendations for a permanent solution. Both Robert and Bobby rightfully could have told me to "take a number" and wait for a few hours, but they didn't. I was at the point where I wanted to trade it in and get rid of it. I called the dealership and complained and even placed a complaint to Nissan about the Orange Park location. I saw online the good reviews Bill got from the Avenues so I decided to give him a chance. He is fantastic. He has been so helpful. Great employee!!

Jason was the best sales person I have ever had when I bought a car. I have told 4 people about it in the last week.
I had to get my car towed because of a faulty transmission. It was still under warranty, but I was worried the dealership would find any way it could to wiggle out of the warranty. Instead, I got incredible customer service (led by Shaun) and they completely rebuilt my transmission at no charge. I had no previous experience with Coggin Nissan, but they really impressed me. After a long, tiring year with some personal tragedy that they couldn't have known about, this was truly a bright spot for me to know there's honest, hard-working people in the auto industry... and my car is running like new again!

I have a 2013 Sentra that I did not purchase at Coggin but wish I had. Whenever I take my vehicle in they are friendly and professional. They provide free coffee and soda, even a small movie theater !! Everything for comfort while waiting. They give periodic updates on the status of your vehicle during the waiting time so you never wonder if they forgot about you. They washed and vacuumed my car too. I don't believe there is a better place to bring your car for service. Bill is wonderful and I'm thankful for his knowledge and helping me when I know nothing about cars.

I purchased my car from this dealer. The first service I had the workers didn't secure the parts involving the oil change and my car leaked oil all over drive way. Skeet the manager said he would send someone to clean my driveway and never did ! Then I brought my car in under warranty to fix 2 problems, they refused to give me a loaner car, kept my car 5 hours while I wait and didn't fix either problem ! This dealer is useless! I dealt with passive aggressive Raymond, who I would not recommend, unless you like that kind of behavior. Gave the dealer a 1 on scale of 10 and never got a call from Skeet (manager) ! Don't buy a car or visit this dealer unless you like a headache!!!

The finance person, George was very honest in explaining the lease process and not even once try to push/sell any additional warranty/servicing packages. Home of the 60000 go bad transmission company. This dealership and Nissan has products that are defective and they won't stand by there product. Be advised as soon as your warranty goes out right at 60000 your transmission also goes and they don't care won't do anything about it even when there's bad reviews and a class action law suit in California over the same transmission problem. The company should be helpful and helping to make this right and they are not. Save yourself time and money go buy a reliable car somewhere else where the transmission won't go bad at such a low mileage.

Zach M and Zach J were very helpful and patient with me and took the time to help me weigh my options. As a young female I always get nervous when I deal with car-related businesses, but these guys made me feel very at ease. At the end of the day, we were able to negotiate a great deal and I walked away a very happy car owner! I would definitely recommend!
I had my car towed into Nissan because it would not accelerate but it would go in reverse. Within 7 days Richard and his team of technicians diagnosed the issue as a failure within my transmission, blessed me with the news of it being covered under warranty, and ordered/installed the part. Richard was in constant communication with me and made this process so painless and easy.

Slow. Slow. Slow. Usually over an hour to get a oil change. 15 min anywhere else. Website is terrible for scheduling. Had a headlight out on a Kick. They want $1,005 to replace a headlight. Said the entire unit had to be replaced. Looked up the unit cost at Nissan $385. So Coggin wants $620 to put it in. Will be moving onto another carmaker.
They did come back a couple days later and made good on the repair. Thank you for that.

Service times for an oil change and tire rotation are absolutely horrible. There is no reason it should take over 2 hours to perform two basic services on a vehicle. Every one of the three beverages I tried to get from the fountain machine were out. At that point I stopped trying to find a working flavor.
Update: I m currently sitting in the waiting area for another oil change and tire rotation. I made an appointment and arrived at 7:40am because that s when I was told I d be in and out the quickest. My vehicle was brought into the service bay at 8:00am. It s not been in the bay for two hours and I went up to the service desk to ask how much longer and was told it will be another 30-45 minutes. Three hours to complete two express services is absolutely ridiculous especially considering that according to the GMs response to my initial review is that quicker service times are a big focus of theirs, yet the same two services are taking an hour longer this time. I will be finding another Nissan service department for any maintenance and repairs in the future. I ve yet to have a quick, pleasant experience at the location.
Of 20+ regular service visits since purchasing this 2011 Altima 2.5SL (new) , ONLY 3 have not been at Coggin, which was because I was out of the area when service was due. Those three times those dealership's service was below par when compared to THE SERVICE at Coggin.
Early on I would answer Q1 "SURPASSED my expectations" but now, that is my expectation and I expect such to continue.
2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation seems excessive. However, if I am going to have to wait for that amount of time in the future I might as well bring my Nissan to the Atlantic blvd location since it's closer to my house.

I bought a Pathfinder last night and I am extremely happy with my purchase. I must give 99% of the credit to Brian Martinez, Toni Brown and Jimmy. Toni communicated with me via email and answered any questions I had about the fiance aspect of the purchase and Brian Martinez was the Sales Associate that helped with the purchase. He sat with us first for about 30 minutes and asked what I wanted in the new vehicle. I had done a lot of research online and still had questions, which he answered everyone with an honest answer. When I inquired about a more expensive vehicle, he was honest in his answer and didn't steer to a more expensive purchase! We went for a test ride and again any questions I had were answered with 100% honesty. Jimmy Cowley had the actual fiance of the vehicle and did an excellent job. He laid out all the financing options and let us decided how to proceed. He gave us all the pros and cons and never tried to sells us on the "add ons"! Here is the kicker that will make me return, Brian, Toni, and Jimmy stayed late on a Friday Night to make sure I was 100% satisfied! I would highly recommend that if you are in the market for a Nissan go to Coggin at the Avenues and ask for Brian Martinez!!

Try to welcoming customers who came in for the service. I ve been there twice and both times I had to go inside and greet myself and ask for help. People there were at the desk and do nothing till I ask for a help.
