Even in this time of social distancing everyone was as friendly as they always have been. I was totally surprised and pleased to see that even inside my car that care was taken not touch anything by the service department by covering my steering wheel and center console with plastic. With any car purchasing experience it is usually a financial balancing act between both the dealership and the purchaser. With this in mind it is usually a headache, a migraine no less. In our past experiences the purchase were never smooth, however, with Coggin Nissan at the Avenues was a comfortable, kind experience without the headache. Exceptional, I might add. We purchased our vehicle of choice from Kyle Rozankowski (we were his first complete sale from start to finish) with the assistance of the New Car Manager Dennis Masterman. Between the both of them they addressed all of our concerns/questions and worked the numbers to benefit all. We then met with Keith in finance who secured the deal in a smooth manner. There is always going to be frustration when it comes to money. We don't want to overspend and they don't want to under sale. I truly believe that we met the happy medium and would return for a future car purchase. We would recommend when considering a Nissan that you visit Coggin Nissan at the Avenues. An awesome experience, they made purchasing a vehicle a totally hassle free experience. I would recommend them highly to anyone.in the market for a new or pre owned.vehicle. Ask for Charlie Robledo, he was very professional.
Charlie called me to ask if everything is okay and told me if I needed anything to let him know very professional service after the sale.

BEWARE!

BEWARE!
They DO NOT do what they say. From the sales person, to the manager, all the way to the finance department.

I was told I could NOT get the car I originally wanted and they put in a more expensive vehicle.

I had my own finance company and provided them with the name of the company, which is one of their agents. They told me I could get a better deal with them and one of their vendors. I asked them how many vendors/inquiries are they going through. One of the managers stated "oh, about 2 or 3." I checked my credit score and they actually did 15 hard inquiries on my account. Way more than 2 or 3. What makes matters worse, is that the company I was already financed through, they ran my credit with them again.

I was told, by the same manager, that my loan was for 75 months. Never heard of an odd number so I asked him 72 months? He stated no 75 months. Well after checking the signed paperwork I did, it was actually 77 months.

There's way more that happened and it made me feel real uncomfortable. However, I will take it as a lesson since this is my second time buying from a dealer.

Just a fair warning to anyone, just make sure you cross your "t's" and dot your "i's" when it comes to dealers. They are NOT here to help you. They want to help themselves. I would NOT recommend this place at all.

Do yourself a favor by going to across the street Toyota dealer for any repairs for lower cost and faster service.

Not only this place understaffed but at least in my opinion they didn't explain exactly what is price break up different aspects of job.

Used to love this place. Always came here for oil changes even though it is out of my way. Scheduling an "APPOINTMENT", however, on their website is useless. They fit walk-ins between appts so you end up waiting anyway. The last 2 times I came here it took well over an hour for an oil change. Today, i brought my car in early, 12:30 for an oil change and tire rotation and granted, my appt was at 1 but at 2 pm when I asked the desk what the status was, they said another 25 Minutes. When I can go to any number of oil change places at the beach and be in and out, even with a tire rotation, I can safely say, i won't be coming here again. Advice...appointments mean nothing. and I am still waiting here as I write this!

Went for a simple oil change and got in my car and saw white grease all over my speedometer glass. They said they would see what they could do to fix the issue after accusing me of lying- saying it was there prior to the service - it was not- they refuse to pay for a new glass or apologize. Stay clear!! Of this service department- !!!!! It is obvious they belittled me because I was a woman by myself. Also charged me $20 more than the last exact service I received 2 months prior and blamed the increase on Covid.

The agent that made the appointmenr said to allow 2 1/2 hours so I waited. It was almost 2 1/2 hours to the minute but they washed my vehicle in addition to fixing the recall repair needed. Great waiting area!

Mike Hayes was very professional and accomodating. He made sure to confirm the repairs that were being made to my car and to insure that I would be dropped off at my home and picked up after services had been rendered.
The driver was friendly and his driving was safe and conscientious.

Usually when we think about car salesmen you think pushy and noticeably trying to make money off of you, right? Well, think again! I had my whole plan worked out: don't let him work me over and only use me to make money, walk away if they won't work with me, I had a budget and I was sticking to it. Today I bought a 2016 Nissan Sentra and Keith Branton was by far the best salesman. Very personable and let me do most of the talking. He didn't immediately ask for the financials. You could totally tell he wanted my best interests. I've never had so much fun spending my money. He made the whole process very enjoyable and I drove away with a better version of the car I wanted for less than I planned on paying. I consider my shopping experience a win win. If I ever buy another car I will definitely buy from Coggin Nissan at the avenues from keith. (:

I had a service appointment at 9am on 7/6/2020 for an oil change and alignment. They did not bring my car back for more than an hour and it took an additional 2 hours for the oil change and alignment. I spent over 3 hours waiting. My other vehicle was service in the same amount of time without an appointment. Disappointed that having an appointment did not save me time.

I am writing today to complain of the poor customer service I received at the Nissan Coggin at the Avenues in Jacksonville FL. I stopped in about 8 weeks ago in regards to my Lease trade in Payoff. I specifically spoke to Jim in finance and the General Manager Mr. Wells.

Mr. Wells and Jim told me at the time not to worry and that they would take care of it. (We exchanged a handshake on it and I left feeling that I did not have to worry that since I spoke directly to the GM (Mr. Wells) it would be addressed)

On Xmas eve 12/24/2015 I received a call from a collection agency regarding the Trade off payment. Much to my surprise Mr. Wells DID NOT meet his promise to pay Nissan.

I stopped into the dealer on 12/29/2015 to speak with Mr. Wells, instead I spoke to Jim and he asked me to go into his office and informed me that they were not making the payment as PROMISED. As I was leaving Jims office I saw that Mr. Wells was in his office and approached him on this matter. He then told me that Jim was mistaken and that he was going to pay Nissan. At which time I requested that Mr. Wells call the collection agency and inform them that he was going to send a check to Nissan. (these calls are recorded)

I have repeatedly called and I have even conference called them (JIM) with the collection agent in regards to the payment. (This has placed a negative on my credit) I never received a response or call back.

I stopped in this Saturday 1/9/2016 and was told by Jim to contact someone in accounts payable. Called today left messages and Surprise NO response.

I trust that this is not the way Nissan Company conducts business with valued customers. I have never encountered such treatment before. I am most disappointed and annoyed that the GM Mr. Wells has not kept his word. Now a day a man s word and handshake is worthless.

The best sales consultant at Coggin Nissan at the Avenues is Lou Ibarra! with his finance director Bryan Gering and service tech Richard Smith, they make an awesome team! Lou s positive and fun attitude took the pressure off of me as he helped me find a vehicle to fit my lifestyle and situation. I just recently got divorced and needed a dependable vehicle with two small kids. Lou treated me like family and I couldn t recommend him enough. He goes over and beyond to help you. Lou and Bryan answered my questions and explained different options for purchasing or leasing a vehicle. I traveled from St Marys Ga and had an awesome and comfortable experience at Coggin Nissan at the Avenues! I m very satisfied with my 2018 Rogue Sport purchase!

Purchased my dream car today!!! Brendan was sooo awesome in aiding me In this process! He was patient, understanding, and made sure I was more than satisfied!! Brendan is definitely the man to see when looking to lease or purchase! He s very knowledgeable and always willing to help in any way possible!! Debbie was absolutely fantastic! She was beyond helpful, kind and knowledgeable. I felt like she was treating me as her own daughter. I was even able to call her after the sale to ask questions and she helped me figure out the ins and outs of my new car. After being in an accident that totaled my car, I wasn t looking forward to the process of getting a new car at all. Debbie made the process actually enjoyable and fun. She was so enthusiastic and full of energy that rubbed off on me. Thank you!!!!! I m so GLAD we chose this store!!

While I was getting my oil changed I received a te...

While I was getting my oil changed I received a text stating that a courtesy inspection revealed the need to replace my cabin air filter. I decided to wait. However when I got home I decided to check the cabin air filter myself. The first thing I noticed after taking off the cover was that the existing filter had been seriously torn. I removed the filter and noticed that the photo I was sent during my oil change conveniently failed to capture the section with the tear. The torn filter was put back in my car and nothing about the tear was mentioned. Not cool! If a dealership service mechanic cannot perform a courtesy inspection without breaking the part they re inspecting then they obviously need to be trained in performing that procedure; and hiding the fact that they broke the part then put it back into my vehicle indicates a need for ethics training. Based on this experience I ll likely go to somewhere else for my future service needs.

Well that has been second to none. I love the fact that when I am having my oil changed that I can watch a movie in their theater. I am a big fan of Nissan to start with. This is my third Nissan and my second from Coggin Nissan at the Avenues. You have a customer for life. Keep up the good work.

Deceptive advertising on internet pricing, dishonest internet sales manager, new car buying at its worst! Shady people who will say anything over the phone to get you to show up at the dealership. I confirmed a price with Josh the internet sales manager along with a price range on my trade in. I told him and the sales person I was driving from two hours away on Sunday to buy that vehicle. When I arrived the vehicle s door locks were broken, the car had scratches on the paint, and the tires were low on pressure-all on a brand new 2014 silver Armada SL stock #EN613612. They couldn t figure out how to fill the nitrogen filled tires. The desk manager low balled me on my trade below the price range given on the phone and then increased the price of the vehicle advertised online. When I left and they realized I wasn t coming back so they called my mobile and then offered me a lower price and a little bit more on my trade. I would never spend my money here due to their lack of integrity, dishonesty, and incompetence. I would rather spend more at another dealer who respects their current and future customers. I left a message for the GM and still no call back.

I bought my murano here a couple of years ago at a good price. I am writing this review for the service department. A couple of days ago I went to have a noise checked as well as why my check engine light was on. I thought I was goin to have to pay a lot of money to have whatever was going on fixed. Thank god these people are honest and found that something under my car had come a little loose and it was an easy fix that they didn't even charge me for! They could have told me that it was a major issue that would have cost me a few hundred dollars to fix and I would have paid it because it was a real concern. I ended up getting tune up and oil change which is why the engine light was on. They charged me a fair price and didn't charge me anything to fix the knocking noise. I will forever be a customer honesty like this is hard to find!

Will Cooper gave the best car buying experience ever. I went there late on a Friday night after work when I was tired and didn't really feel like car shopping (but need to and have very little time) and it ended up being the best part of my day. So great I went back immediately the next morning and bought the car. Will is very professional, not pushy, honest and wants the best for his customers. Thanks so much for putting me in my new wheels, Will! I'll think of this experience often.

I went into the Nissan dealership at the Avenues last Saturday looking to trade in my 2006 Honda Accord. I needed a bigger car but at the right price. Rafael from the sales team approached me to see if I had any questions about any of the vehicles I was looking at or asked if I wanted to test drive any of them. He provided me a lot of helpful information that led me to purchase a beautiful 2016 black pathfinder. My wife and I are really ecstatic with this new car for our family and we couldn t have done it without Rafael help. My father in-law even came in with me and liked how Rafael treated us, that he traded in his 2015 pathfinder on the new Nissan kicks. Great day for everyone!

Very unprofessional organization. Drove 2 hours one way, twice, to purchase a used 1999 Jeep wrangler. First off, I expect an older model used vehicle to have some issues. I was assured on the phone that the jeep was flawless, passed 150 point inspection, needed nothing. This was not the case. It had dents and damaged not mentioned on phone. I was told one salesman, Patrick, the top was old but prob needed replacing. the 2nd salesman, Charlie (whom I assume was taking over the deal????) said the top was in good shape.

Long story short, The jeep overheated twice during test drives.

The first trip I was told (by Patrick) they would fix it and they would deliver it to me the next day. He said they just changed the thermostat (After being told nothing was wrong with the Jeep) as preventative maintenance. Never heard of this. I was called the next day by (Charlie) and he told me that the jeep was fixed, they drove it all over Jax and left it running in the shop for over an hour and it didn't over heat. He said it was a bad thermostat again. I was told that they would meet my offer if I came to pick it up instead of delivering. I told them I wanted a leak checked that I discovered the first time, before I drove that far again. This pissed the Charlie off, but he did get it checked out and supposedly fixed. So, I agreed and drove 2 hours, again, to purchase the Jeep (bonehead move). On the second test drive the Jeep overheated again. Just before pulling back into the dealership, the temp gauge went back down. The salesman told me there was nothing wrong with it since the gauge went back down. I also discovered the heat did not work and the defrost did not blow out of top vent.

Charlie then told me they were not going to fix these issues, that the dealership was not going to put anymore money into it. This is after they offered me a 60 day warranty on the cooling system. I asked how can you warranty the cooling system if it does not work? Salesman could not answer and said nothing was wrong with it. Needless to say I immediately left and will never return.

I was tagged team by two salesman (yes, for a 99 Wrangler). Patrick was very professional. The Bozo to be worried about is Charlie Robledo. Do not deal with this D Bag. He cares nothing about customer satisfaction, and he repeatedly made smart comments and didn't like that I was thoroughly checking out what he called an "old Jeep". He thought this was ridiculous. No sir, thinking I'm driving a car off your lot that doesn't work like it is supposed to, brand new or used, is ridiculous!

**Notice that the GM has only responded to positive posts here. Hmmmmmm......**

This was the 13th dealership I had been to while looking for a car. My list of requirements was not that long but I wanted to be sure that the car I selected was the one for me. My salesperson Aram was very patient and an excellent listener. I did not come to buy a car that day but once all of my requirements were met including the payment and cost of the vehicle I could not say no to excellent service. I received the quality of service I expected.
Include Coggin Nissan at the Avenues before buying your next vehicle. I certainly will!!!

Best service I've had at a dealer ship or any other place. My oil change took about 30mins including car wash and vaccum. My service advisor CASEY was excellent and very informative. Such great customer service, very friendly, very helpful. I will come back!

They treated me very well at the dealership but I was not happy with the reason why I came: To diagnose a potential radiator design flaw in my 2006 Pathfinder. Turns out that it will take well over $7000.00 for a new transmission and radiator - well over what the car's Blue Book value. And I had to pay $150.00 for the diagnosis! I realize Nissan's refusal to do what's right for customers shouldn't be a reflection of how Coggin treats them.

We visited every Nissan dealer in Jacksonville and was treated extremely poorly. On a few instances, we were ridiculed and literally yelled at. I gave up going to any more dealers. When my wife decided to try Coggin Nissan, I would not even go. I was through with Nissan and their poor service and attitude. They gave us unwanted anxiety and uneasiness. After my wife visited Coggin Nissan, I received an immediate phone call telling me about the high level of service and professionalism she was getting. She asked my to immediately come that night to sign papers. I wanted to wait 12 hours before making the decision. Our salesperson did not pressure us in the least and followed through the next day on how he could expedite the process. We signed with great pleasure. The finance manager was a joy to deal with and extremely professional. I generally do not buy gap insurance or extended warranties but gladly did so on this purchase. I greatly look forward to having you service our car. The whole purchasing process was a pleasure and stress free. I will strongly recommend Coggin Nissan to all my friends and co-workers. Thank you such a great experience.

The service was great, the employees were polite and it only took 20 minutes for a oil change. The best part is my little boy did not want to leave. He loved the movie room, popcorn and soda machine. I had to drag him out. This will definatly be my place of choice to have service performed on my Armoda.
