Customer Service is non-existing in this NISSAN show-room. I drove a Nissan to look at a new Nissan I was thinking of upgrading too. The sales person (Aran) could not care less and did not know anything about the NISSAN brand he was trying NOT to sell. At one point he actually answered his personal call right in front of me!

Was not interested in trading in my NISSAN and did not shake hands or try to make a deal of any sort. Instead asked me where I was from and why I wanted a new car.

He however did ask me where I did my NISSAN maintenance services, I answered at TOYOTA. He asked me why? I said because NISSAN does not want to register my car or give me any coupons or discounts.

I think this is my very first and last NISSAN car. I was a TOYOTA guy so I opted for a COROLLA instead after leaving this showroom.
