I was originally looking for late model Nissan Frontier with low mileage but decided to ask for an internet pricing on a new Frontier. I was contacted by Kaitlin Erickson with a quote who was a great help for me in the process. I received a fair offer for trade in (I usually sell my replaced vehicles myself) and a great offer on the new Frontier as there are many discount programs going on now. I am very happy with my new Frontier. Call Kaitlin a call.

Have purchased two vehicles from this dealership in the past year all because of the exceptional services received during the first purchase with Justin Rhome. We were confident it wasn't a fluke and returned for our second car purchase and luckily dealt with Justin again.

I buy a car for my daughter and by miss understand, we have trouble to get the title of the vehicle, but I contact a lady call Lola or Laura, from customer support and the problem resolve the next day, thank You Lola, Laura. after I talk to her the service was 100% much better.

Terrible experience from start to finish.
I purchased my new Maxima Platinum a year ago and included the Prepaid Maintenance Agreement.
This time it took me a week to eventually get the service I wanted, but nothing was easy.
Returned car was not washed as they promised (and detailed on the invoice).
Don't use them unless you absolutely have too, its too much hard work....

Richard is truly Coggin Nissan's greatest asset. When I turn my car over to Richard, I trust what he conveys to me, as to what needs to be done. I always get the best possible service from Richard, as if he was dealing with his own car. Richard is the absolute BEST!!!

Service department is great and so are used cars. Nate is a great person to deal with. Never had a problem when at dealership or in service. They take great care of their customers.

I know I've posted here before, but it's always good to give an "atta-boy" whenever possible. We've owned many Nissan's and have been coming to see Bill and his service crew for years. The customer service, quality of work performed, and fairness of pricing will always keep us coming back. Face it, your car is going to need service eventually - whether routine or unplanned - might as well take it to a dealer that goes above and beyond to make it right.

Folks you have got to go to this dealership and see BILLY SCHRANTZ wow what a person. Someone that truly cares about your car buying experience and knows how important your budget is. I passed two Nissan Dealerships on the westside because I was referred to him and boy am I'm glad. No pressure, no hassle, no problem. I highly recommend Keith Brandon for his knowledge and professionalism! He took the time to explain the awesome technology and features in my new Honda CRV. A call came into my i-phone and displayed on the cars touchscreen and Keith did the integration!
