An update on my experience with Arlington Toyota... I bought a 2019 Toyota Tundra approximately a month ago. Two weeks ago, I still had not received my registration. I called the dealership and I was told that all my information was sent to the registration company and that they were to blame for me not having it. Turns out that wasn't the case and Arlington hadn't sent the necessary paperwork. I was then assured by Arlington that all the paperwork would be sent overnight. Fast forward to today, I called the registration company who advised that they still had not received the check from Arlington. Now I'm driving around a truck with an expired temporary registration. Bad business practices

My husband and I had an awesome buying experience at Arlington Toyota and we have our amazing salesperson Saif to thank for that! If you want everything to go smooth and hassle free then Saif is the person you want to take care of you. He is very professional and proficient. He listens to what you want in a vehicle and makes sure you leave happy. He also checks up on you after just to make sure you're still happy with your purchase. So you know he genuinely cares that you're satisfied with your purchase! I give Saif 10 stars!

The dealership in whole is a great environment and the way my salesman took us every step of the way was remarkable. He made it happen regardless of the situation and circumstances. Christian was exceptional! He was very thorough and took his time to make sure I was happy with my choice. Very knowledgeable and answered questions I had and the differences between models. Definitely will come back and only deal with Christian.

Went there about a month ago and bought a used car. I was told the ONLY thing wrong with the car was a lose motor mount and that it was a quick easy fix. Weeks later I come to find out the car needs a whole new engine. Got in contact with the dealership and spoke to one of the managers and was told that since I didn t buy their ridiculous expensive warranty that they wouldn t do anything. I was also told that whenever they get a used car, all they do is replace the fluids and that s all, they don t even have the courtesy to check if anything major is wrong with the car and will just sell it to you without saying a word.

I just recently purchased a 2020 Jeep Wrangler from Arlington Toyota, and I love it!! I worked with Frankie Deleon and Matthew Ellingboe thru the process and they were both so extremely helpful and courteous! They really made the car buying experience an easy, hassle-free process!

Ali was very detailed and kind. Was not pushy but assertive which is what I like in a sales person. I always dread looking for a car BUT this carp experience was fantastic. Kudos to Ali and Toyota. I will definitely recommend Ali and Arlington Toyota.

Great experience for a situation that is usually stressful. Everyone was extremely nice and professional. Everyone had on mask and hand sanitizer was available in several different locations throughout the dealership. Luis was easy to work with, very knowledgeable, and patient. If we're ever in the market for another vehicle we will definitely return.

Institutionalized lies!

Signed up online and arrived early. The assigned service person did not show up for work, so I got someone different who did not read my submission, and offered work that was 4x what I ordered, then implied that I made up the price I had seen on the Arlington Toyota website. I just got an overpriced oil change to use up a gift card that the Service department had given me before. The cashier and service manager would not honor their own card, saying they don't use that kind any more. Stay away from Arlington Toyota.

Jacque was an AMAZING salesman! He was patient no matter how indecisive I was. And took the time to give details that mattered when making my decision. I will continue to purchase all of my vehicles from Jacque at Arlington Toyota.

The employee that helped us was Dean and he was fantastic.we absolutely were not going to buy a vehicle today. All we wanted to do is look. You always hear the phrase do anything for and will do anything or bend over backwards to help you which really helps them. Well If this was the case here we would at home in the AC and not out here in the Heat. But it was worth it, he showed us that it wasn t about the quota but it really was about us. So now we are in the heat sweating but only out of excitement because he looked out for us. Thanks Dean and Toyota of Arlington!

STAY AWAY! I was rear-end and had front & rear damage to my car needing to replace both bumpers. I trusted the collision center to do good work and hopefully restore the car to it's previous state since I get all my cars here maintained at the service center(not anymore). The collision center worked on my car for more than 2 weeks and returned it in terrible condition that looks like the work of a 3rd party body-shop would do. The fitment of the body panels was terrible with obvious gaps and none of the parts that were replaced were flush with the car. The manager of the collision center told me that all Toyota's are like this and have gaps between the body panels from the factory (if this is the truth, all Toyota's must have poor build quality). My car before the accident was in perfect condition and none of the body panels were misaligned. After picking up the car, the employee who detailed my car sprayed window cleaner on the inside and never wiped it off the glass, I had to walk back inside and ask for someone to finish the job. My brake lights did not turn on either when I pressed on the brakes, this is a huge safety concern and something that should have been caught when my car was being worked on. I honestly thought this dealership was going to do good work on my vehicle but it seems that none of the employees either care or know what they are doing when it comes to body work. I will never be doing business again with this dealership or business with Toyota at all. STAY AWAY!

Sylvia was AWESOME she took the time to make sure that we had the best deal possible then spent EXTRA time showing us ALL the many features of the 19 Camry. I can't say enough about Sylvia and Arlington Toyota they made buying a car easy and not nerve racking like others in the past! Thanks Sylvia!!!

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT ON PRICE!
We went in yesterday to loook at a used car that was Advertised online for under 10k. Which was our budget. Drove the car, loved the car and was very excited about purchasing the car. It wasn t until we were done driving it & looking under the hood and the trunk that the sales person then said oh. By the way we add $1800 to the price of every car for this & that ... That was not even including taxes and fees! that was not even including taxes and fees! (we are not blaming the sales associate at all. He was awesome!)
So, the car we wanted that was advertised for under 10k was now well over our budget! It was just a waste of time! We wouldn t of even been there if we would ve known they had $1800 to every single used vehicle that s listed! SLIMY Sale tactic!!! We will not go back & will tell everyone not to go to this place, as well.

I had a great experience with both Matthew and Michael. They knew ahead of time I was coming and my circumstance. There wasn t any pressure, They respected my budget, they put numbers on the table, they made sure I knew all of my options. They even managed to get me a lower interest rate than Navy federal(Thanks Finance Guy). I drove off the lot with the Highlander I went in looking at, no trying to up sell me. 5 stars to their staff, they were all super helpful!!!

We have been a loyal customer for 8 years. We have bought 4 vehicles, relied on them for all collision repair, and all service needs. I was quoted prices for an oil change and for an alignment. I was charged $15.34 for environmental and shop supplies in addition to the quoted price. They stated that all repair shops charge a shop supplies fee. They do not! I called several in the area and NOT EVEN ONE of them has add on fees. Shame on you Arlington Toyota for taking advantage of people, especially during times such as they are. Only reason you got one star was because system wouldn't post without it!

Got my first car here! 2017 Chevy Cruze! Love everything about my car and this dealer! Great prices and friendly services! Rebekah was absolutely amazing, easy going and definitely did her job WELL! Go to her if you need anything! Highly recommend! Overall, I didn t spend much time here and was out in under 3hrs total and that s including the time I waited for the car to get fully cleaned & detailed and filled with gas!

I wasn t looking forward to the dealer experience, however, We ended up leaving happy. Salesman Brandon Fagan helped us test drive several vehicles and gave great advice once we told him our requirements. I wasn t happy with the unadvertised dealer charge for 3 years of key replacement and window tint, however we worked other stuff into the deal.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Arlington Toyota. From the time that we inquired about the car over the phone the receptionist was very polite and friendly and transferred us to our sales Associate, Michael Meek. Then he looked to see if the car was still available and told us to come to the dealership to test drive the car. Once we arrived the entire staff was helpful and nice. He was able to get us a great deal through his manager. We were actually on vacation St. Augustine Florida and not in the market to buy a car just yet. The car was in good condition. What really sold us was how Michael Meek upheld his last name. He is a very meek and humble individual and you can tell that overall he likes people and his job. He offered us water, coffee, and popcorn. The lounge area was neat, clean and relaxing. The bathrooms were very clean as well. In the future we will consider going back to buy another car from Arlington Toyota and Michael Meek.

I wasn't really car shopping, I was just looking around and test driving. My current car was paid off but AC compressor was out so I had been on the fence about going back to a car payment. I was at Avenues Ford when I saw a 2017 Nissan Rogue on CarGurus.com at Arlington Toyota listed for a pretty great price. So I abandoned ship at Ford and went to Arlington Toyota. They have a great team helping people out over there, my only complaint was that it took 6 hours for the entire process - I guess people expect that but because I honestly wasn't planning on buying it was a little inconvenient for me personally. During the process, it seemed the online price was posted by mistake, someone put it up for about 4k lower than it was supposed to. I'm not sure if this is a sales tactic or not, but they did honor the online price which was under the Kelly Blue book trade-in value. So I did feel like I got a good deal, everyone was super nice, has checked in on me and followed up since I purchased about 3 weeks ago. Big thanks to all the Mikes up there who assisted me, Mike Utt - Mike Romano!

They like to keep their service center seperate from the main dealership but this is what you will get when buying a brand new car from them with all the warranties, 2021 Corolla.

I Had the car for 2 months, 2021 Corolla and had to jump start it twice, within 2 months, based on that info they would not replace the battery cuz their tests said it looked fine.

I go to leave and one of their techs turned off the parking brake,it said "parking brake malfunction, please see dealer" so I had to take it back in right as I was leaving. They could not figure out how to turn the parking Brake back on again so it was put into their shop overnight.

The service center people then got me a rental car but said if they did not end up replacing any parts, I would be charged for the rental even though their service techs disabling my parking brake is the whole reason I need a rental in the 1st place. They got my battery replaced as it died again in the shop and they fixed the parking brake issue, so I didn't have to pay for a rental but that should have never been a possibility in the 1st place.

The car is brand new and it was their mistake with the brake that forced it into the shop, all car rental costs should have been offered to be paid by the dealership in the 1st place. Also when forcing me to use Enterprise they should have taken on the deposits and insurance costs as well that Enterprise charges you and puts on hold when you show up.

Otherwise they were nice and professional but need to take more responsibility for extra costs they put on their customers, I didn't ask for it to go into the shop and without them disabling a feature by mistake, it wouldn't have needed to go there in the 1st place.

My husband and I went to have our car serviced and saw a jeep wrangler for sale on the lot. We were put in the hands of Dawn , she was the best sales woman ever. The process was actually fun, she was

I purchased a vehicle from Drew Dumi on December 31, 2019. Drew provided excellent service and was able to get me into a gently used Land Cruiser. Because it was important to close the deal quickly and he was occupied with other obligations, I was not able to fully inspect the vehicle for any issues. Drew ensured me multiple times that he would take care of any issues if I found them after the sale because it was the flagship Land Cruiser model.

A day or two later, I noticed a couple of issues. He resolved all but one. The issue was a squeak (think insufficient lubricated belt tension-er bearing) that appeared to be coming from the area where the serpentine belt routes. I asked if I could come in to have it evaluated and determine options to correct the squeak. He explained that because it was not broken he could not fix it. I simply wanted the service team to offer some direction to resolve the issue so it doesn't become a problem later. Drew stated he was not able to offer any help with this issue.

I didn't expect Arlington to pay to resolve my concern. I just couldn't believe Arlington was not able to review the final issue and at a minimum give me some sound advice to resolve it.

I will continue to do business with Drew and Arlington Toyota. I just do not understand why Drew was not able to offer free advice for my concern.
