Attending a vacation/time share pitch which we booked almost a year ago. We arrived at 4:30pm and told our room was not cleaned yet and they didn't know how long it would take to get finished. They offered us the same room type on a lower floor which we took as we had dinner reservations and needed to get ready. We were looking forward to our stay with our son. He had to sleep on a pull out sofa bed which would have been ok had the mattress been somewhat comfortable. It's like sleeping on a bed if hard springs. I put an extra blanket over it to make it less painful for him. My husband has diamond status with Hilton which doesn't seem to matter here. No Waters upon arrival, no complementary breakfast vouchers, no upgrades or designated parking spaces. The kitchen is well stocked facilitating ease of cooking. The space is clean. The staff has been apologetic and helpful. There was no shuttle to Disney Springs. I've only been here for 24 hrs and based on the pull out mattress condition unfortunately I cannot not recommend this property for more than 2 people.

The staff was good, the organization was horrible. ASKED for late checkout, was told 10 am was the best they could do. Asked for extra coffee for room was told 3 $$ or buy it from cafe. When you pay $$$$$$ for a room you expect to get service.

While I went there on business it is a great place to take the family.

Fun place for the entire family. Activities for everyone. Spacious accommodations with nice decor. The chairs and couch are not so comfortable for long periods of time. Free DVD rentals from 2 red boxes in the lobby. Everyone was very friendly and efficient.

Excellent customer service. Daily free amenties like coffee and water were a pleasant surprise and great value add. Very close to OCCC which made commute simple.

Stay was for 3 nights. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Hotel is in an area away from the hustle and bustle of Orlando so it is quiet. The restaurants serve great food.This resort is a wonderful experience compared to other hotels in the area. Will visit again.

Visited guest that was staying there. The staff were very friendly. And everything was clean and well kept.

Nice. Charged for breakfast, but eh, it's a theme park hotel.

Checked in for an night stay and checked out 10 hours later. No soundproofing. Neighbors were not noisy, just doing doing normal things like watching TV and having conversations, it just sounded like it was happening in the same room. I could hear everything going on in each room when walking down the hallway. I can sleep with muffled noises from other rooms, but not with what sounds like strangers standing over my bed talking. Also I like to be able to have a conversation in my room without disturbing the neighbors.

Small pool not many amenities. Food maybe 3.5 stars

We spent a week here. It is a neat "little" resort. It's a compact building block compared to the sprawling housing resort complexes ubiquitous in the Orlando area, say the Tuscany Village one by HGV. The result is that you don't get a sense of humanity around you all the time. It is also located in a sparsely built area, therefore, the calm is palpable.

The one-room suite plus was spacious (~900 sq ft.). The wooden floor in the living area gave it a homely feel, i.e., after an arduous day-long excursion, the thought of being back in the lodging was quite welcome. I guess the building is recently renovated, because it had that newness. The suite had a modern, sleek look. Straight lines, minimum fuss, with ample sunshine. I liked it a lot.

The resort has a large swimming pool, with a maximum of 5 feet, which was a very slight disappointment. However, the standalone water slide overcomes that lack. The activity room was large, with new(er) pool table, gaming consoles, and play activities for children. There were 2 nice table tennis tables also, although whose rackets could have been better. There's also a very small synthetic soccer playground, good for short passing. I was disappointed by a lack of a basketball court though. Really?!

The on-site restaurant is good with ample seating, and Starbucks cofee through the bar. The exercise room is convenient, even though I ran outdoors a lot because the weather was gorgeous, 60-70 degrees, and the locale was pleasing to the eye. (But, only pavement to run on.) I guess I can say more, but here it suffices to say that I endorse.

Well built rooms, with modern decor. Quiet large pool. Helpful friendly staff.

Nice hotel and great amenities. The two bedroom was nicer then most apartments I've been in, with king size beds, two nice bathrooms and a full kitchen. The pool was great for the kids. The especially liked the slide. There's also a nice splash pad. Free DVD rentals were also nice.

I had a great bed and the breeze from the balcony was awesome.

The hotel has been nicely renovated. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff at both the bar and restaurant were amazing. Chris went above and beyond.

As a Hilton Diamond club members I can say with experience that this place is nice for a hotel, but not for a vacation club destiny. We tried this out under the Hilton Vacations club package and were not impressed. Essentially we wasted money and time and should have done more research before settling on this location. Considering this a vacation club we have stayed at nicer hotels (with far more amenities.) If looking for a vacation club/resort go elsewhere - you will be glad you did.

Good location, short walk to a ton of I Drive attractions and restaurants or the convention center, looks nice and new

Such a nice place, very spacious suits and the service client oriented. We gave them the five stars for meeting our standards from excellence in the service, room, free parking, amenities, entertainment and the location, near by downtown Orlando as well as Universal Studios. Do not forget to visit the Slingshot and Go-Kart

Very nice accommodations. Mini kitchette in a studio. No stove, but microwave, refrigerator. Comfortable queen size bed. Bathroom with tub. Very nice accommodations. Room service not cheap but quality cuisine.

A beautiful vacation destination adjacent to all of Orlando's attractions. This is a wonderful place for family and children. the swimming pool is beautiful along with a water slide and an area for the extremely young children. All of the staff interactions have been extremely Pleasant everyone is friendly and very helpful. There is ample parking and overall it is a pleasant place to stay at when visiting the Orlando area.

The suite is very nice, the rooms are very large, and the staff is extremely accommodating. They gave me a room on a higher floor when I requested it. The balcony has an awesome view. I would definitely stay here again. I appreciate having a restaurant on-site and that room service is available.

When my family arrived we thought the room wasn't cleaned due to the Paint speckles thru out the hallway & kitchen. Several pieces of the laminate floor moves when you walk on it in the hallway & there is a huge gap under the front door leading outside..

Right across from Convention Center. Excellent staff.

Hotel is old (updated, but still old bones) and noisy, but staff are amazing. Location is great...central.

Hilton is well known for great assistance nice rooms comfortable and pretty public areas. These Resort is a quiet and nice Zone just in front of the very busy Orange County Florida Convention Center

Nice ans clean hotel. They charge for resort fee and parking... it's not fair. It's not a resort!

I stayed here with my family of 4 for a weekend. I was expecting there to be a full kitchen since this is technically a timeshare but it was more like a studio in terms of the kitchen. We had a 2 bedroom lockout that was accessible so we had plenty of room and the rooms were decent sized. The bathrooms were extremely large but only had showers. I'm unsure if the layout was specifically because it was an accessible room, or if the other rooms are laid out similarly but if you are in a wheelchair it seemed like you'd be able to get to most things without assistance. Since no one in my party was handicapped so the lack of a tub was unfortunate since we have a 2 year old. Besides those items, everything else about the room and the property was very nice. The live music was nice and my kids enjoyed playing ping pong outside. It was too cold to swim but the pool and slide looked like it would be fun. The location is great if you are going to the convention center and it is only a few minutes to Universal and shopping. I might return when my kids are a year or two older so we can enjoy all the amenities.

Nice food, nice hotel check. Was supposed to be early CHECK IN but was 2 HOURS 40 mins late from time I was told we could early check in tho which really wrecked the first days plans checking in 2 hours 40 mins later than you thought you would be wrecks a schedule :/

Beautiful resort with friendly staff. The menu downstairs is over priced for the quality but everything else has been wonderful. Minutes from everything orlando.

I stayed here for five nights in the third floor for a work conference event I had. The room is huge with basically a full kitchen. The bathroom was nice and I had plenty of room for one person (it s basically the size of a large one bedroom apartment). The bed was very comfy with plenty of pillows. I really enjoyed the balcony to sit outside late at night after a long day. The front desk staff were very friendly and I had a really good experience. I will keep this place in mind when I take a family vacation to Orlando in the next couple years.

Just an overall nice place to stay. Wish it was slightly closer to Disney. Other than that I have no complaints.

Room wasn't ready when we arrived that evening and was a little dusty. Following day house keeping performed a thorough cleaning. The staff was very accomodating.

Was not impressed. Its just an old hotel that they are trying to call a resort. Kids sitting on the floor in the lobby to play video games. Rooms are small. Just 2 chairs and small table on balcony. Food was outrageously priced. Especially room service. Smoking areas are not marked. We do not plan on returning.

What a great place! Despite all the Covid restrictions, the staff made us feel welcome and did what they could to make our stay enjoyable.

The maid cleaned the room across the hall at 9:30am while letting the door slam on the lock over and over while BLASTING MUSIC!!

I asked two days in a row for extra sugar without it being brought up.

I got there early and my room was not ready, they took my number to text me when it was ready which was great, except I came back at check in time and was told they were still waiting for someone to just go in and check it and it would be an additional 15-20 minutes.

If your room is next to the elevator you will here it bang all night. (Although there are only 3 elevators for the whole hotel so its not likely, I'm just lucky I guess!)

The bathroom is large but it is laid out poorly with no tub, a small shower and towels that feel like sand paper.

The balcony is so small if you sit in the chair outside your legs press against the railing (and I'm a small person).

There is no dresser in the bedroom!

The pool are is small and overcrowded and the pool bar was closed at random times during my stay.

I have stayed at all the other Hilton Grand Vacation Club resorts in Orlando and like them all. This was a severe disappointment and my first and last stay at this resort. I would rather not have a vacation then stay at this hotel again.

Nice place, rooms are basically newly remodeled. Nice views from the upper floors.

Very nice place for a family vacation. Good food on site and centrally located for convience of food and shopping as well as aight seeing. The staff was super friendly and very happy to help. Definitely a must visit place and we will return!

Very clean nice employees awesome amenities a home away from home.

Nice hotel, lots of activities for the little ones. Needs a spa for the adults. My son absolutely loved the waterslide. The staff was great. The 2 bedroom suite was perfect for a family to feel like you have a home away from home. The view of the city was nice and watching the fireworks every night on the balcony from Magic Kingdom was awesome.

This vacation club resort is beautiful. The room was large and well appointed. The amenities are super. Our grandsons came to visit and spent most of the time in the pool and on the slide.

My nephew and I stayed here for the Fourth of July celebration! As a timeshare club owner at Parc Soliel, I used my bonus points to stay here because Parc Soliel was booked. Parc Soliel referred me to Las Palmeras. I'm very thankful that I enjoyed my stay at HGV Las Palmeras. We checked in on July 3rd. Alex at the front desk knew how tired I was after arriving from the airport at midnight. He helped us check-in. The room was very nice and beds were very comfortable. Ice and laundry was available on the 7th floor where I stayed. We enjoyed our breakfast downstairs. The price is reasonable and we love the pancakes! They also serve Starbucks coffee. This hotel has room service! Which is a plus because Parc Soliel doesn't. One star is deducted because the gym is very small. Wish the gym had more free weights, bench press machine, and others. So far my nephew and I enjoyed our stay!

Hotel is nice but walls are very thin and we had very noisy neighbors. Pool area is far to small. Immediate area around hotel is not a great view.

Service needs improvement. Some rooms are musty. Pretty place otherwise.

The hotel is very nice and clean. The pool was amazing. Loved that they had life jackets for kids. Love that you can do laundry on site for free.

Downside is no diamond lounge. Parking is far from rooms. Room service is only once every 5 days. When I ordered more towels it took over an hour to get them.

Timeshare presentation: They are very very rude if you dont buy. Heard words like "lazy" because we dont like the idea of no room service. As a diamond member we have no reason to need to buy one. We were fed lies about what diamond member status really means in order to try and make a sale. I am embarrassed for Hilton after this. Really makes us rethink using their hotels so much.

It's great as a hotel but not exactly my thoughts of a "resort".

Gorgeous view, lovely atmosphere, great customer service. You will be glad you booked yourself a stay at the Las Palmeras.

Everything was great! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again if I ever come back to Orlando.

Timeshare sales. Are they out of their minds $30,000 and $2000 a year maintenance. Buy it on eBay for a dollar if you want one. I would still be leery of the maintenance fees. Who controls the raising price. Would you live in a house or condo with $36,000 a year an maintenance fees? Then why would you buy one that charged a $1000 a week? Who controls the maintenance fees. What happens if they double?

Nice place, friendly staff my only complaint is that it is there are no tubs, showers only.

Nice location between Disney world and Universal studios, beautiful pool with outdoor bar, and easy parking

Nice stay at a nice hotel with room suits. Activities for the kiddos, and suits big enough to share.

The rooms are very nice and clean. There's a safe in the room and the only down side was the bathroom door didn't lock. They have some great activities to do as well

The property is beautiful, peaceful and exactly what i would look for in a Hotel. I would have given a 5-star rating if the property had free parking and no amenity charge. To stay at a Hilton Grand Vacations Resort I would rather stay @ the HGVC on International Drive that has Free Parking and Free internet and has GREAT Amenities!!!
