Haven't even arrived yet and the customer service is already terrible. Our daughter is arriving earlier than we are. We requested that her name be added to the reservation. They charged us $54 to add her name and then took our name off the reservation. We needed our name to remain on the reservation for a scooter delivery. They made it clear that they don't care.

This is a FAMILY vacation, we were accused of attempting to renting the room out. Not family oriented or customer service friendly to consider your customers liars before they even arrive.

I will get my $54 at every opportunity I can to do an owners update. I will let them know upon arrival why I am there and why I would never consider purchasing anything additional from Hilton Grand Vacations Club.
