I understand that the hotel will be going under a lot of changes, the hotel it's self wasn't that bad. But what completely disappointed me was the lack of training when it came to a teen vomiting into the pool, as soon as it happened staff was made aware right away, but yet it literally took 20 mins for the staff to finally make the decision of letting everyone else aware of the situation before telling guests to exit the pool so that it is sanitized, mean while everyone is swimming in vomit. Myself and another guest had to stop a lady from going in the pool with her 8 month old son.
