Bought our first RV from Cliff Jones! No pressure from the sales folks at all. They were knowledgeable on their products, and the few questions we had that they didn't know the answer to, they didn't just write off. They went and did their research to find the answers. That's good customer service if you ask me! We love our Wolf pup! Thank you :)

There ok good sales. Services ia a little disorganized.

We drove 72 miles to get there, spent about 25 mins there and NOT ONE EMPLOYEE acknowledged our presence. We came ready to make CASH PURCHASE of RV TODAY!!! They lost our business. Will never go back and will never recommend!

I found my R-POD on line. Niko was extremely helpful and offered a discounted price since I had to go so far (200 miles) to pick it up. He even fedexed the paperwork so my wife didn't have to make the trip. Lots of help, good deal, and nice folks. I was in and out in an hour and no high pressure stuff either. Thanks Niko

I have sent 4 request the last two weeks to get a quote on a 4540 package deal. No one will call me back. I got put on hold until I finally hung up.i would just drive up there and wait for someone to help me but I'm 120 miles away so I'm not wasting a trip .customer service in person may be great but online and over the phone not so much..sorry cliff Jones but some improvements might help your business

Great dealership, was in and out with a brand new RV in under an hour!!

Well let me start with I purchased an RV from them around 2008 . It didn't go well. The roof leaked the first time it rained. I took it back to the dealer and they kept it for about 4 months. It's a long story. It didn't turn out good. I would never RECAMEND this company.

After six months tractor is in worse shape than when they began. Service dept are inept as well as rude. Four months and 2600$ tractor still inoperable two more months they wanted another $7500 to repair same leaks and new leaks they found. Took tractor back and it is still inoperable. Do not waste you money here as they are unable to service their equipment

We purchased a new travel trailer in April. We were coming from over 1,000 miles away. Niko was great with phone, email, and even a video to help with out purchase. We had specific dates to view, inspect, and pick up the trailer. Niko and the team met our every need. The walk through was amazing. The gentleman, whose name escapes me, gave us a thorough 2-3 hour demo. He also made several suggestions that we followed and this made our newbie RV purchase/trip go without a hitch. I am very pleased with the service I received and would gladly return. I also wanted to thank the service department for giving me advice on problems that occurred while we were in Atlanta. They diagnosed two issues over the phone and were correct both times. Making repairs a breeze. Thanks again to everyone involved.

The website claims they do in-house financing. They don't. They falsely advertise this. When I called and spoke to them about it, they were rude and tried to tell me I was lying about what was on the website. False advertising really pisses me off.

Niko and the staff at Cliff Jones RV were great to work with was worth the drive from League City to Sealy to get our R-Pod at a fair price revision the purchase process was very good but follow up after the sale not very good

I bought an R-pod 195 a week ago. They were excellent at customer service and answered all my questions. There was no pressure and they quickly responded to texts. Niko helped me and is very patient with a newbie like me. The tech walk thought was very thorough.

Should of came here before the big box stores super friendly and very knowledgeable staff big shout out to niko made our buying experience very easy made some good suggestions on a few travel trailers but we were able to get the one that fit our needs and at a very good price point. Would definitely recommend these guys

I purchased a Winabego RV at Cliff Jones RV last week. Nikko was my sales rep. He answered the phone and answered my ton of questions. I decided to come out and take a look and he guided me into the right RV for my situation. I was originally going to get a smaller one for my truck, however I m going to be living in it for over a year working in San Antonio and I ll be home on the weekends. Thank God I didn t get a smaller one. My family came to visit and we love this RV. He sent me a text to make sure my delivery was going smooth. He later sent me a text to see if I needed anything. I had to call him because I forgot something and he answered all of my questions. His delivery driver was very professional and helped me set up the RV, since I had never done it before. He wanted to make sure I was good to go. He was also a Vietnam Vet, so they hire Vets which I appreciate. All in all this was a great experience, and if I buy another down the road I ll go back to Cliff Jones.

We were in and out of the store multiple times before deciding on which RV was right. Great service each time. They also had a little bicycle tractor for our kids to play on, suckers, and snacks for them while we handled the paper work. We are so happy with our purchase!

This is an update from my not so good review! While camping this weekend I ran into an issue with my RV and called Henry at Cliff Jones. Henry helped me the best he could and then had Andy Hassell contact me to give me more info about the issue I was having. Andy also talked with me in length about what was going on with my rims and the process that it takes... So my hat is off to both Henry and Andy for giving me there time and to make sure I understood what was going on!

They do everything to make your experience great!! Henry did an awesome job! All of their employees are awesome... Bought a tractor loaded it up and one of our tires was bad.... Instead of them saying ok come back when you get another tire . Jim (the owner) said oh just borrow one of ours so you can get on the road safely... We live 3 hours away!!! We will definitely be coming back whether we need and RV, trailer, side by side, or another tractor!!! These guys are the best and try to work for you!!!

I must have been confused about the situation. I would remove the review but I don't know how or they don't allow it afterwards or something. My wife reminded me that they have always been helpful and their service dept fixed out tractor and 5th a couple of years ago and even took out the 5th wheel hitch from the truck which was above and beyond. So my initial review was erroneous and I was confused ( which seems to be happening more and more.......as the years roll on)

We bought our first travel trailer through Cliff Jones about a month ago. Niko was a good salesman, no pressure to buy and was happy to show us many different makes and models over several days as our buying process evolved. When we finally purchased, the shakedown and trailer overviews were completed satisfactorily. We have has a couple issues and questions pop up after delivery. Niko has responded and rectified them all in a timely manner. Thanks Niko and Cliff Jones, we are happy campers!

Great buying experience! Niko was first class. We arranged everything by phone as we knew what we were looking for. All promises were kept. The service department was great in getting everything set up and took a lot of time to walk us through our first-time RV purchase. In fact, we sent our neighbor to see Niko and they bought one too! I would not hesitate to buy from Cliff Jones again.

We had such a great experience purchasing a RV from Niko Flores at Cliff Jones. He was able to expedite our purchase, and was very knowledgeable about all aspects of our RV. He made a video of the RV after we saw it for the first time, which was a really nice touch. It answered a lot of questions that we had after we left. Niko's follow up and quick responses to our questions made all the difference. The service and finance departments are really wonderful as well. The service department stayed late for us on a Saturday to help us with a part we needed. Overall, this is a such a well run business with a focus on customer service.

We just bought our first new RV at Cliff Jones. We couldn't have asked for a better experience with Niko and the staff there!

Do not use use this establishment for repair work. We have 3 year history of shoddy work done on our 5th wheel. A slide repair that took almost 1 year and a roof repair that had to be redone within 2 years ( the entire roof was bubbling up - when assessed by another reputable RV Repair Center it was founded to have been installed incorrectly). In addition we had a back bathroom valve issue that was not repaired correctly and had to recently be redone.

We made the best choice by coming to Cliff Jones Rv we had the best experience at purchasing our very 1st Rv travel trailer being newbies we want to thank Niko,Matt ,Selena and Ward thanks for making our dream come true. Ward you gave the very best walk thru info on our 2020 Rpod 192 Awesome teamwork everyone . Came into Cliff Jones in Sealy, TX with my family on 10/24/20 and was met by our salesman Henry. Henry was very prompt (Never pushy) with information on the Forest River travel trailer units we looked at and was very friendly, professional, & knowledgeable. They worked very hard on getting the out-the-door price where we needed to be & also worked with our credit union on the financing. On 10/31/20 we picked up the unit and Raul thoroughly went over the features of the unit and answered all of our questions. I highly recommend purchasing from them as their free annual 32 point inspection is included as long as you own the unit. I would also like to add that the truck I had recently purchased did not have the correct sleeve for the anti-sway towing hitch that we purchased as well (totally our decision not something pushed on us) & Henry and their technicians worked diligently at their cost to get the correct sleeve so that we were able to safely leave that day with our unit. Everyone we talked to there during our purchase were very friendly in addition to Henry who gave us quite a few laughs with his Halloween costumes making this a fun experience. Thank you all, we are now some very happy campers!

The only place I will shop for a Rv again. Matt and staff very helpful and professional.

At first we thought Henry was a person that would treat us right, but later have found out that there is lack of communication. We have been trying to get our $500 that we put down on a toy hauler that we were to have gotten in the middle of January 2018. We put a deposit down December 2017 with the understanding that we would have the toy hauler sometime middle of January. After numerous calls and no return call or text from Henry. We decided to ask for our money back. We told Henry that we would be there on Saturday before closing and would pick up our $. When we arrived Henry was no where in sight and the Manager stated he knew nothing about the issue. The owner had left and they were not able to give us a ck or $. I then called the mgr after my husband left and he was very rude over the phone. We then spoke with Henry again and said we would be there before closing on Monday Jan 29th. I called that day to remind them my husband would be there after work to pick up the $ and was told owner, mgr and Henry were with customers. I asked the person who answered the phone to relay the message. When my husband was one block away they called him and stated that they would not be able to give us our money and would have someone bring him the money on Tuesday 1-30-18. We are still waiting on the $500.00.
I hope anyone reading this will think twice before dealing with this RV place.

Your response to this review is very bad service, to not return the deposit and the part of the number of weeks is totally wrong, your sales person told us the day we left the deposit is that we would have the toy hauler sometime in January 2018. We had told him that we would hope to have it by March(spring break). So that part is wrong and I am not sure what he has told you. Also the communication with him was very poor. Sad that you will not return the deposit and Henry even said if we changed our minds that the money would be returned. I should have not given your deal ship cash because we would not be going through this now. You being a owner of a place of business in a small town, it would seem you would want to offer good customer service, this sir is not.

Thanks to Niko and his team we had a positive buying experience finding our dream travel trailer. Like any complex buying experience we had to work through a few issues and the Cliff Jones team was pleasant and professional. I would recommend them to a friend and will shop there again!

Hate to even give one star. Placed our 2019 trailer with this dealer on consignment. Previously we purchased two trailer from them, never used their service department except for two major warranty issues: a/c not working properly and drain plumbing too close to the ground. We also bought a $500 hitch from them that we had ongoing problems with. We were never impressed with their customer service but chalked it up to a small town dealer. They posted the excellent condition trailer priced within $5k of a new one. We had to request they drop the price thinking they were using our used trailer to entice a new trailer purchase. 2021 was listed directly under our used trailer. Our frustration continued with our calls never being returned. We got a call the day the trailer had a buyer but had to continue to try and get updates over the next week with no call backs. We finally got Niko on the phone 7 days after the buyer was given possession of our trailer. We continued to carry insurance on the trailer for a week after it left their lot and before they had payment. We actually got a check in the mail 9 days after the new owner had the trailer. The dealership deducted $756.00 for an inspection. Their explanation was our tanks were full. This was not possible. We drained the tanks and had the black water tank cleaning equipment on for 30 minutes. We are well aware of the time because it was the last thing we did before driving the trailer from Trinity to Sealy. The dealership is claiming they pulled the tanks down to inspect. WOW, never heard of that before as part of an inspection. Can t understand why they even would think that was necessary. So, a two year old trailer that possibly the cleaning mechanism in that black water wasn t working properly became our problem???? We have been RVing for 18 years and never had such a stressful situation as we had with the sale of this trailer. The customer support sucks. Beware

Niko the sales person was great in showing us what we asked for. The business was not compliant with the state mandate of mask wearing. Explanation was we are social distancing as we witnessed 5 employees sitting together in a small office with not one person wearing a mask with the TV very loud with FOX news on. We were ready to by but lost our business with a good price on a camper do to the attitude portrayed and disregarded to safe practices. WE ARE BOTH FRONT LINE HEALTH CARE WORKERS IN THIS COVID19 CRISIS.

Since we were purchasing from California & they're located in Texas, Niko created us virtual video tours of our Travel Trailer & followed up promptly each time we had a question. Also, he sent a video with a technician to walk through how everything works on our travel trailer so that we knew how everything works. Last, they had an excellent transport company they recommended. They delivered our travel trailer with ease & stayed in contact with us, updating us on the status & arrival. We can't say enough about what a great company Cliff Jones RV & Tractor is, & how friendly & professional Niko Flores is!

We recently purchased our trailer and we are in love. Customer service has been excellent too. Niko Flores dis everything he could to make our experience wonderful and mostly all by text messages or emails. Just bought a new Forest River Cardinal 5th wheel. From the first phone call, to making the deal happen, to delivering our rig to Dallas on time, personally, when the delivery driver wasn't going to be able to Eddie was on top of everything. If you are in the market to buy a RV, tractor or trailer go see or call Eddie, he went way beyond all expectations and has earned our family's business for life!!!

I highly recommend Cliff Jones repair shop. Recently sent in a 5th wheel for service. The first 5 star experience was from David who picked up the 5th wheel. David is the kind of guy you wish you were related to. He was so smart, kind and helpful and went beyond, to help get the trailer to the shop. (The slides weren t working due to low hydraulic fluid and the steps were rusted) and he just made it work. A true 100% Texas cowboy.

April in customer service was 5 star worthy, very friendly, helpful and communicated the repairs as they progressed. The costs were estimated up front. All of the repairs were made as requested and to the quoted price. Diane, also in customer service, was a gem, she got an inspection done as a late request and immediately had a service person on it.

Ward the repairman, a third 5 star experience, was fantastic and did a great job with the fixes, he took the time to walk through each repair, he added a new stove and even made some cosmetic repairs at no charge. I can t say enough about the professionalism of each any every staff member I encountered.

It s hard sometimes to find good help in Sealy if they are understaffed on a day you come out plan to be more patient, having less staff is better than having bad staff. Their service department is worth the wait.

EDDIE at Cliff Jones is absolutly a wonderful salesman. However, the service department is a total nightmare to deal with and I do not reccommend dealing with them at all!! It took 7 months to get parts that were suppose to be replaced before we pulled our camper off the lot, they wrote everything down before we left and it took an act of congress to get it. DO NOT buy a Forrest River Brand or Cardinal Front Living. This camper is nothing but a peice of JUNK...Believe the frame is bent, Couches are ripping to pieces in seams, dvd/radio does not work, hole in one of the slides, fender braces not there to hold fenders in place, numbers on fire place are out, humps have formed in flooring and I could go on and on. Over all a piece of crap trailer!!

When purchasing our travel trailer through Cliff Jones we were PROMISED their service department is what set them apart from others!! Another dealership offered us a lower price on the same trailer but we went with Cliff Jones based on their promises, I.E. quick turn around on all repairs (we were told they could most likely get it in and out SAME day since we purchased from them). Took my travel trailer in on DECEMBER 7TH (today is Jan. 16th) for a door repair and it is STILL not ready. The door is still under warranty so I guess it's not a high priority of theirs. Very dissatisfied.

Found a better deal in Katy, had a hard time finding help here as well, the sales guys were to busy talking about football

If you are in a hurry, I would highly recommend that you look elsewhere for parts.. maybe it's not their fault but I depend on making repairs in a timely manner but waiting over a month for a common part is rediculous

I took my Jayco Jayflight in for repairs as all the propane systems quit working. They scheduled an appointment for me two weeks out and when I took it in they fixed it the same day. Nice folks and they took the time to answer some additional questions about my rig even though I didn't purchase it from them. I think the cost of the repairs were a little high but that seems to be the norm with RV repairs. Would recommend using them instead of CW at any rate.

Brought our Rpod in and they took care of us . We drove 300 miles round trip because they are the best . Thanks Cliff Jones and staff yall rock

Update: I picked up my camper after 5 months to the day of bringing it in. They had not repaired the stabilizer jack, the propane manifold, fridge or completed the safety inspection. I was told the owner instructed the staff not to return my calls. I showed them the phone records proving I had not called them 14 times in a day. They have chosen not to correct their response. Judge for yourself.

Original review. If I had known their service would be so bad, I would never have bought my 2019 Forrest River camper from them. My new 2019 camper has been with them for three months and counting mainly for a refrigerator problem. I will update this review until it gets repaired. Since April (2020) my phone calls have consistently gone unreturned, promises to return calls when I do talk to them have been meaningless. I have spoken to literally everyone in the service department front office over the past three months (names could easily be listed but I will refrain from making this personal for now). I understand that Covid has disrupted their supply chain but it has not kept them from communicating with me, calling when they say they will and following up as they promised. Their response to this post will likely attempt to divert away from their failed customer service and focus on the effect of Covid. Covid has not prevented them from calling when they said they would. On 7/24 I went into their office and the service manager told me that he had been told my parts would ship on 8/3 and Cliff Jones would call me on 8/4 to confirm they had shipped. I watched them write a reminder to themselves to call me. True to form, no call so I called them a week after their promise date. Parts didn t ship and once again they failed to call me as promised. On 8/12 I went into the office and complained to a manager (outside of service department). I was told (on 8/13) that he would give me an update first of next week . On 8/21 I called him because yet again no returned call. Time and time again, broken promises. He had no update and said he d call on Monday 8/24 by 10AM with an update. Runaround after runaround. I will keep this review updated as we go along so others looking to buy a camper can see what s in store for them when it comes time for the inevitable repairs.

Update: I have never called your office 14 times in a day or anything close to that.

Came all the way from Arizona for Cliff Jones! Bought a 2020 camper from Niko and we can t get over how wonderful the customer service was, Niko really went out of his way for us and were so thankful for everything. Price was unbeatable! Thanks again to all the guys at Cliff Jones. Such good people.

I want to start this off with i ve never given a bad review on a company before until now, Cliff Jones deserves every bit of this bad review. This tractor is worth the buy but not from them!

This is by far the worst experience ever buying a $40,000 machine ( 2018 2655 cab model ). Ive literally had to spend $3000 out of my pocket due to Cliff Jones not having my fork lift attachment a month after buying the tractor!! I said it was ok not to have it the day of purchase but needed it soon. Here i am paying lift gate fees and contractor fees because its not here. I tried to get Cliff Johns to get me a set from another dealer and I'm still here today without the forks due to being blown of by them like it wasn t important.
I want my money back!

Update: I ended up buying the forks from another dealer to stop the lift gate charges. Cliff Jones had zero remorse and treated me like i was the bad guy for buying this implement from someone else that had it in stock.

Mahindra complaint department them selfs couldn't fix the problem. They told me they have no control on how their dealerships behave.

Please do not buy from Cliff Jones. The owner wouldn t even call me to resolve this problem!
