I have sent 4 request the last two weeks to get a quote on a 4540 package deal. No one will call me back. I got put on hold until I finally hung up.i would just drive up there and wait for someone to help me but I'm 120 miles away so I'm not wasting a trip .customer service in person may be great but online and over the phone not so much..sorry cliff Jones but some improvements might help your business
