At first we thought Henry was a person that would treat us right, but later have found out that there is lack of communication. We have been trying to get our $500 that we put down on a toy hauler that we were to have gotten in the middle of January 2018. We put a deposit down December 2017 with the understanding that we would have the toy hauler sometime middle of January. After numerous calls and no return call or text from Henry. We decided to ask for our money back. We told Henry that we would be there on Saturday before closing and would pick up our $. When we arrived Henry was no where in sight and the Manager stated he knew nothing about the issue. The owner had left and they were not able to give us a ck or $. I then called the mgr after my husband left and he was very rude over the phone. We then spoke with Henry again and said we would be there before closing on Monday Jan 29th. I called that day to remind them my husband would be there after work to pick up the $ and was told owner, mgr and Henry were with customers. I asked the person who answered the phone to relay the message. When my husband was one block away they called him and stated that they would not be able to give us our money and would have someone bring him the money on Tuesday 1-30-18. We are still waiting on the $500.00.
I hope anyone reading this will think twice before dealing with this RV place.

Your response to this review is very bad service, to not return the deposit and the part of the number of weeks is totally wrong, your sales person told us the day we left the deposit is that we would have the toy hauler sometime in January 2018. We had told him that we would hope to have it by March(spring break). So that part is wrong and I am not sure what he has told you. Also the communication with him was very poor. Sad that you will not return the deposit and Henry even said if we changed our minds that the money would be returned. I should have not given your deal ship cash because we would not be going through this now. You being a owner of a place of business in a small town, it would seem you would want to offer good customer service, this sir is not.
