We just finished purchasing & receiving a travel trailer from Cliff Jones RV & Tractor. Niko Flores was our sales associate who helped us every step of the way. Since we were purchasing from California & they're located in Texas, Niko created us virtual video tours of our Travel Trailer & followed up promptly each time we had a question. Also, he sent a video with a technician to walk through how everything works on our travel trailer so that we knew how everything works. Last, they had an excellent transport company they recommended. They delivered our travel trailer with ease & stayed in contact with us, updating us on the status & arrival. We can't say enough about what a great company Cliff Jones RV & Tractor is, & how friendly & professional Niko Flores is!
