When purchasing our travel trailer through Cliff Jones we were PROMISED their service department is what set them apart from others!! Another dealership offered us a lower price on the same trailer but we went with Cliff Jones based on their promises, I.E. quick turn around on all repairs (we were told they could most likely get it in and out SAME day since we purchased from them). Took my travel trailer in on DECEMBER 7TH (today is Jan. 16th) for a door repair and it is STILL not ready. The door is still under warranty so I guess it's not a high priority of theirs. Very dissatisfied.
