These guys are great. Couldn't make a deal work unfortunately, but they are very hard working and customer service is top notch.
Polite, courteous, and professional. Work done correctly with no extra charges.
I have only taken my Durango for recall work here but today I had a flat tire and one of your employees (I didn t get his name) pulled over and helped me out. He told me that I had a warranty through dodge and I could call and get them to come out and change it for me.. he even stood in the heat looking through my owners manual trying to find the number. I appreciate it so much! We will definitely be back to this dealership when we need a new vehicle or need service. We need more people like him in the world. Again thank you!!
Worked with Dave Carpenter on a used Challenger SRT8. He applied no pressure and didn't try to push anything. I ended up going with a Kia Stinger GT for several reasons not related to the dealer. The Challenger was a great deal but didn't really suit my needs as well as the Stinger. My only regret was this dealer didn't have a Stinger to buy. Best dealer experience I have ever had.
I used the carpro vip certificate and was hooked up with Rick Wick and Keith Lindlau. Keith was great and was always concerned that we understood every step of the process. Drove home with a new 2017 Jeep Cherokee.
Polite enough. Making appointment was a bit tricky cause people I talked to had trouble understanding that, as a person with a disability, I couldn't just drop my van off & leave it. No way to get home or back as van is only means of transport.
Rick Wick and Patty D did an outstanding job on getting me into a new Wrangler JL Sahara. i highly recommend you buy any FCA products from them.
Equipped with the list of the vehicle we desired, Kevin St. Louis and Andre Moore worked to get us into the vehicle we desired, with the terms we desired. Happy to take a couple of days, they worked on days off to help and followed up the morning of the first business day to make the deal work. When we arrived, paperwork was printed and ready to go; we were in and out within 30-45 minutes!
Took my Ram in for 4 recalls. I dropped it off at the dealership and left with coworkers. No estimated timeframe was given. I didn t receive any information on its completion until I called the next morning. However, I did get a late voicemail from the night before saying it was ready. So AT&T s fault. Not the dealership or mine. I went to pick it up and noticed an incorrect fee on my invoice (I had them change the oil and do a state inspection for tags while it was there). They had over charged me for a 3-4 ton diesel truck, not for my 1/2 ton Ram 1500 v6. The clerk corrected the invoice, refunded me the original amount, and recharged me for the discounted rate, plus a $10 inconvenience fee. They also washed it for me.
Everyone at Classic was awesome. We felt welcomed and everyone showered us with a wealth of knowledge on the product we were looking at. We did not just have one salesman, we had 3+.
Great salesperson that worked with me to try to get me the best deal, great work from the finance department, which got me a great deal and lowered my apr
Horrible all the way around. Started when we leased our Jeep on a Saturday. Paperwork was done , signed & drove vehicle home. Come Monday the finance director apparently didn't have everything lined out with the bank so he proceeded to run my wife's credit and extra 10 times killing it, fast forward to service on a recall that pays .5 to perform, scheduled a waiter appointment and when you show up they seem put out and tell you there is 12 people ahead of you even though you schedule a waiter appointment, rescheduled and the same thing happened again not to mention we were told we would receive loaner Vehicles when we were in for service but I guess that wasn't correct either. Asked to speak to the service manager, he wasnt there, went to the sales dept and asked to speak to the manager, was told he would be right with me he was busy. Stood there 15 minutes watching him in his office by himself on his computer. So I left. Once you buy a vehicle they could care less, better yet they seem bothered. Last time I lease, buy, service or recommend this place.
It's always been a several day, all day affair to buy a vehicle. Not at Classic in Denton! It was a stress free couple hours at the dealership just to sign the paperwork and learn about the amazing new features I was getting with the vehicle. Ever been to a dealership when it was a struggle to get your keys back after they check out your trade-in? Not at Classic! They immediately returned my keys! The sales and finance staffs are so knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. The whole experience was like nothing I've had before. Thanks Classic!
Took my car in to get a window motor fixed in January 2017, I tracked my car through it's internal theft protection GPS, and they took my car to unicorn lake around lunchtime. There is no reason my car should have been driven off the lot especially for an issue with the window. Terrible service and my car smelled of heavy cigarette smoke when I picked it up. I never talked to the GM, because I was so frustrated with the situation. I Would not recommend this dealership for service
Great girls and guys. They do a good job of getting your vehicles set up for whatever they need and getting them back to you as soon as possible.
They do what's expected as a mechanic shop from a dealer. Haven't had, or hope, a bad experience so far.
We had a yellow light go on that indicated a problem with our vehicle. We called immediately & we got an appointment the next day. The service manager explained the problem, the cost & it was fixed that day. The people who provided transportation were friendly & their vehicles were clean & comfortable. The waiting area was clean, friendly & comfortable.
This Dealership is so friendly and helpful. I believe they are a 5 star dealer.James Garvin was very helpful in getting my Dodge Ram repaired very Nice.
Great buying experience with Jim Ligorotis on our 2020 Durango last month.
Friendly , Professional and Knowledgeable
I recently went in there with my wife to look at a 2014 jeep wrangler and we were very serious about buying, and then we met BOB he is an older man about 70 with a real bad attitude and thinks he knows everything he was very disrespectful to my wife when she was talking with him 1 on 1 and basically told her she didn't know anything. I highly suggest you go to the Lewisville dodge jeep dealership where the people are more friendly. To all of my fellow Peterbilt employees don't go there
Does this looks like Mopar customer service phone number to you?? Thank you Shane and Bryce for the service you both have provided me. I'll make sure to reflect this to my CSS and report to SAG.
Update: Rick personally called me and took care of my situation. Went back couple weeks after this incident got things straightened out. Thank you very much.
Great sales team with Stephen Lennon and sales manager Larry
I love my jeep Cherokee. However the system the service department works under is the worst. You schedule an appt yo bring your car in. But that appt ONLY puts your car in a line to be diagnosed probably the next day. So the appt you make isn't to have your car looked at. It could be a couple of days before you actually have a diagnosis. But you have to leave your car--it physically has to be on site even though it won't be seen until at least the next day. Such an inconvenience. If I make an appt, I would expect it is to look at my car, not just put it in line. We also have a dodge truck. Same thing. I bet we have had close to a dozen recalls, each time needing to leave the truck. Why cant they fix this "system"? Maybe because they know you don't realky have a choice but to get your car fixed on their time schedule.
Purchased a great 2018 Ram Night package truck at this dealership. The experience was great!
I needed a 5 year inspection for the mapp warranty, Classic stepped up to the plate. First class..
Robert Scooter Howard worked his tail off to get us the best deal possible on a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo Altitude. Thank you and the rest of the staff at Classic of Denton!
Welcoming and interested in YOU from start to finish...the sale was built on a relationship without a pressure or promo's to make you buy...just buy when you are good and ready. KEITH was tremendous and took customer satisfaction to customer INSPIRATION.
This business is definitely a class act. They were respectful, informative and patient when I was picking out a used car for my daughter. An unexpectedly pleasant experience. Two weeks later when the car experienced terminal engine trouble, I was devastated. I had bought the car as is with no warranty. But we brought it to them and they did the right thing, even though they didn t have to. That s called integrity.
Everyone we encountered was very nice and helpful. They gave us a refund and found us another car near the same price. My daughter is thrilled and I m relieved. Thanks to Dave, our sales rep for his kindness and efficiency.
We highly recommend you start your vehicle search at Classic Jeep and Classic Mazda ( sane management)!
Matt our sales guy was very knowledgeable regarding all the different features that we might be interested in. He suffered through 4-5 car viewings in the brutal cold with a smile on his face. Overall this dealership was very friendly, clean and hassel free compared to others we have been to and left.
Update - Rick was very professional and addressed my issues that originally occurred. I was impressed with the teams approach to make this right and fix the issues quickly and professionally.
What is the purpose of a service appointment if you have to leave your vehicle at the shop for 4-5 days BEFORE they can even look at it? I stopped by the service department on Thursday Oct 5th to schedule a service appointment and my information was taken down....told I would receive a call to schedule my service. I waited until Friday afternoon to call the service department to check on the status of setting an appointment and was told that the soonest available appointment to inspect my 4-wheel drive on my Jeep Wrangler would be Oct 12th. I arrived for my appointment this morning only to find out that it was not an appointment.....because they would not be able to look at my vehicle for 4-5 days at the earliest. Take off work....set up a ride to be able to leave the vehicle with them....nothing matters because who in their right mind can leave a vehicle with service to sit on a lot for 4-5 days "at the earliest". The process felt a little off when I am chasing down an appointment in the first place.....but had someone told me that my vehicle couldn't be inspected until the 17th or 18th....then give me an appointment for that day and stop wasting my time. Lack of confidence is at an all time high.
I have bought 2 vehicles from this place in the last 2 years. My sales guy was Mark Engman and We really liked him. We had 2 great experiences with him and this dealership. We have no complaints.
Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff, no high pressure sales.
If I could give it negative I would. Went in for an inspection oil change new key batteries and a recall notice. Spent an extra 300 dollars on other stuff they said that needed to be done to find out they are way over priced. Wish I had read some of the other 1 stars on here before going because it looks like other people have had the same issue. I filled out a review that I had received from dodge and had gotten a phone call from somebody at the dealership asking what the problem was and after arguing with them about how I feel as if I was over charged the end of the phone call ended with nothing being resolved and me being more frustrated. I didn't want to write a public review about them but I don't want anybody else to go through this. Go somewhere else to have work done. I won't be back and considering selling my dodge because of this. My wife has never had any problems with the Ford dealership so I will be calling them this week to look at a change of vehicles
Took my Ram in for a Navigation System update and even though the technician was not paid for this effort Classic Dodge got the work done on time. I am a Classic customer for life!
I don't get this place, I feel like they don't want business. Two instances this week has me now avoiding. I literally live 100 yards from this dealership, so not using them any more is actually an inconvenience.
1st, we went to look at their Jeep GC Trailhawks which none were on the lot. Parked our 2015 Challenger SRT right in front of the door since they had no parking. Waited out front and no salesman for about 3-4 mins so we started walking around. Had a ton of v6 hand cherokees, I think maybe two or three v8s.
After about 20 mins on the lot seeing no one or even hosting other shoppers we decided to make our way in, then decided to leave since they didn't have anything we were interested in.
Not a bit deal, nothing worth reviewing over, but when I came back the next day with my '14 charger r/t to get some work done. I couldn't find parking and parked in the back, got to the sidewalk and was told to park around the side, got back in to move went around the side where 3 spaces were coned off haha!!! So, went back to my original parking in front of the front door annoyed walked back around the side towards the back to talk to parts. Took awhile to get someone who was on a computer in the other room. Asked about some repairs, he helped me out, then when I wanted to see the mopar catelog to order some accessories he told me I could do that online. I was kinda thrown off after owning mopars and dealing with dealerships for over 10 years that a parts person would tell me to leave to buy parts online or somewhere else. Anyway, again. O thing horrible hence the 3 stars, but I see no effort in making customers want to come back or be apart of the "family". Sticking with grapevine's dodge/jeep dealerships from now on.
Express Lane is great , the guys Jacobi & Brice are always friendly & helpful. I will never take my Jeep anywhere else.
Tim was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was very detailed and explained every option I had to insure I got the perfect car for me. He overall was wonderful to work with and definitely made purchasing my car a very enjoyable experience. Everyone I interacted with at Classic Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Denton was extremely helpful and professional. Truly an amazing group of people.
Coy Leake was the salesman who greeted us before we even made it to the door, and he stayed with us to the very end, even helping me move boxes of stuff from my old car to the new one! He moved so fast across the lot, showing us different jeeps, that I could barely keep up, and my legs are significantly longer!
All in all, a great job by everyone at Classic of Denton.
Jeff at Classic was so helpful and knowledgeable! I went in to purchase a new vehicle after my accident and he was very patient and took the time to explain everything walk me through the steps and most importantly helped me find my dream car!
I honestly had the easiest buying experience I have ever had. I had a budget to stick too, I wanted certain financing options and Travis and the finance team made it all happen. These guys are fantastic, I cannot recommend them enough. If there were 10 stars they would all be lit up. Customer service in the car/truck industry lives at Classic Ram CJD.
Very pleased with the service that my husband and I received at this dealership. Thanks for all your help Jeff Barberee and Rick Wick. Shelia B.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Mark Engman, my Sales Rep was very knowledgeable and made buying a new Jeep easy and relaxing.
They really worked hard to get me most discounts on truck. Do not like the finance people. Still takes a long time to service a vehicle, but they get it done.
All is well at Classic Chrysler... I've bought a couple vehicles here and have my service done here as well on my RAM truck. No pressure upgrades just good recommendations and options.
This was my first experience with Classic as I bought my Jeep out of state. Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful. No attempts to up-sell things I didn t need which was refreshing from experiences elsewhere. Had my first oil change and tire rotation and was back on the road fast!
This is my updated review:
Initially, I did have a problem with the service department and communication. I spoke with Rick Wick, the General Manager, and he was extremely attentive and addressed my concerns. It took less than 1 day for Rick to reach back out to me and let me know they had a new service appointment and would take care of my truck.
When I arrived at the service department for my appointment, the communication was excellent and they had a loaner truck ready for me. 1 day later, my truck was taken care of and ready for me to pick it up.
What was a rocky start to a new relationship turned into a positive experience and one that showed me that Classic does care about customer happiness and I plan to keep my current and future business with them.
Thank you to Rick and the whole team for making me feel like a valued customer.
They always treat me respectfully. We've purchased our last 2 new vehicles from them.
I leased my Jeep Grand Cherokee with Classic in Denton. I am very pleased with sales and service. The staff do provide a remarkable customer experience.
Jacobi was a great help and enhanced the experience while my car was being serviced.
Robbie Wick took great care of me when I brought my truck in for recall updates. He was professional and courteous. I plan on going to Robbie for all future services on my Ram Truck.
Darius and finance team went above and beyond anything I have ever experienced when buying a vehicle! I will always go back to see Classic and Darius for every purchase going forward because of the way they treated me! Go see Darius and he will get you taken care of!
The general manager Rick Wick was super nice and thanked me multiple times for coming out to the dealership. He thanked me one final time as I was about to drive away in my new 2016 Ram Laramie 4x4. My salesman Jim was laid back and helpful in answering question about the truck. I didn t feel pressure in any way during my interactions with Jim, Darius, Rick, or Josh the financing person.
Had my 2016 Ram Truck serviced. The representative was very helpful in getting my service completed on time. Work performed was excellent.
Excellent crew in service and parts. Thanks Bobby & Roger for taking care of business.
I would like to say before you take you car to the service department make sure you have a diagnostic first to Identify the issue on your car and ask them to be responsible for other new issue beside the issue found out on the scan or diagnostic.
I took my car to do few Recall and ended have more issues in my car than ever It is so sad I trust this people.
I never had issues with my car after 6/16/18 when i took my car to this dealership and service department.
I pick up my car late on Saturday no one tried to drive off with me to show me everything's was perfect condition. When we drove home found out the car A/C wasn't working so I did not used my car until Monday to talk to them about of the coincidence that my A/C wasn't working properly . I was expecting better customer service and consideration from this Manager to understand that we pick up the car from the service department without A/C. He didn't care so he identified the issue and told me that I need to pay $ 700 up to $3990 to fix my car. WOW WOW so this is what we have or buy a new car with them it cound be a solution.
I' m a mother 2 kids-low income and they do this. It was a heart broken, please think twice before go with your car to this service department.
Stopped by for recall repairs, said they would call me to schedule. 2 days later I had to call them. Set up for the next week, took in wed night, said would be 2 days. Had to call fri late afternoon, they had not started it yet, said was backed up. I asked then why did I get scheduled, had no answer. Asked if could leave car til Monday. Could not because couldn't be without a car that long.
Mike Hicks! Great job sir. Fun Fast and stress free. Thanks for a great experience. My second vehicle from Classic in Denton. Mazda 2 years ago and a JEEP this go around.
Thanks team Classic of Denton!
Worked here as a porter. Great service and salesmen all around. Will buy from them sometime.
Shane Holcomb was very helpful in getting my 2017 Ram fixed, he was also very courteous and patient thru this process. He was Very professional in handling this matter with my air ride suspension. To top it off he also had my Ram washed for me! Will definitely be back.
Thanks James
Had an appointment at 9 am. I made a drop off appointment for the truck the night before at 630 pm. I dropped the truck off at 615 pm I got a call the next day that I missed my drop off appointment. I told them my truck was there and I did not my drop off appointment. They said it was just a courtesy call and the service department did have the truck. Friday at 3 pm I got a call and they told me they have not even looked at my truck yet even though I had an appointment on Thursday at 9 am. I called the Lewisville Dealer and they said they would take care of me. I called Classic Dodge and told them I will be there to pick up my truck because I found another shop that would actually honor my appointment. I was told they would have it upfront and ready. I got there to pick it up and had to wait for them to go to the back lot and get it after they hunted down the keys. I will never use this shop again
Chris Cowan and Rick wick are cowards. Their service techs are lazy. This dealership has done EVERY service on my truck up to 186,xxx miles Their tech checked good on my multi point inspection on every "checked" point. Within 3k miles after he "checked" it good, my transmission went out. I am in this dealership for and oil change every 3-4 weeks. Rick wick will not split the cost of my transmission rebuild due to the lack of their tech doing his job. I advise everyone to not use this dealership.
Everyone we dealt with at Classic was fantastic. That's why we keep coming back. We've bought 5 vehicles from Classic. Our salesman Will did an exceptional job helping us thru the experience. He was knowledgeable and personable. Answered all our questions and was fun to talk with. Never felt pressured in anyway. Ricky Martinez who helped Will was also very professional and a very good straight shooter. Both were a pleasure to do business with. Anthony Dicostanzo was also amazing to work with. He helped me get the best deal he could. A far better deal than I thought I would be able to get. He explained everything very well. Once again without applying that unnecessary pressure that you feel when buying a vehicle. He was easy to work with.
Everything about our buying experience was fantastic. I couldn't of asked for a better car buying situation. I would definitely recommend Classic of Denton to anyone looking for a vehicle.
Great experience. Got the Pacifica we wanted with the equipment we wanted with no stress.
The staff at Classic was super helpful and the process to purchase a vehicle was super easy!!! Jerrod was very knowledgeable about the Jeep product and he helped us find the perfect trim!
This was my first time coming in for service since purchasing my Rubicon from Classic. Shane in service was great answering all my questions as well as the technician (unfortunately I didn't get his name). Great service experience I will definitely be back.
My normal service (oil change/tire rotation), which usually takes around 40 minutes, took over 90 minutes this time, but part of the problem may have been that I also had them do a safety inspection. I always bring my own oil and filter and they change it for $21.00 labor. They did it this time too (because of my service history), but my service adviser, a different guy this time, told me he normally doesn't allow bringing in your own oil and filter. He then went the extra mile to mock people who request it, saying, "I tell them that if they want their own oil and filter, they should just change it themselves." Hello, I'm standing right here. I bought this car from them. I always add a tire rotation, and last time, they did an actual repair of my rear hatch. Plus, they get to do the multi-point inspection each time I bring it in creating the opportunity for them to sell me service, this time a wiper blade. So I'd say the whole thing is working out for them. But I may or may not go back for routine maintenance next time. After all, I'm one of THOSE people.
I wouldn t even give this place a star if I didn t have to. The staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. You d definitely be better off going to the next dealership over.
Mark made our experience smooth. We not only bought one vehicle, we ended up purchasing two vehicles from Mark! Excellent customer service!
Giving it a two (2) stars for follow up and the time it took to get it repaired.
Radiator started leaking from the seams and apparently a common problem with these 3.6L engines.
Dropped Jeep off on a Saturday afternoon expecting for it to be diagnosed and start repairs on Monday or Tuesday at the latest. Due to the backlog, they never got around to my Jeep until Wednesday mid-day after calling and explaining that I needed it to be done ASAP due to my extended warranty policy with the rental car and covering the repairs on the Jeep once it s been authorized or I would have to pull Jeep out and take it elsewhere. By miracle soon after that phone call, they got my Jeep into the shop to diagnose by doing a coolant pressure test to find the cause of the coolant leak when I explained it was a leak and I d need a new radiator. Got it authorized and approved by my warranty claim to cover all cost. They finished the Jeep on a Thursday evening just before they closed for the night.
The next morning (Friday) during daylight I was looking around to check out the work that was done on it. I found that I was missing two of the plastic clips that fastens the top portion of the grille/fender. I can hear it flutter when driving down on the highway. So I send a quick text to the service advisor who helped me over this case, he said he d order some new ones on a Monday and install it once it arrives. I followed up with him a week after sending the original text to check in and see if it came in, no reply. Tried again the next day (Saturday). Still no reply.
Very disappointed with the follow up portion especially after a large sum was paid for the repair by my extended warranty company. The only reason I ll be coming to this dealership is for my warranty claims and to have OEM factory repair work done to stay in good standing with the warranty agreement contract. As for all other routine maintenance service, I m taking my money elsewhere or just drive to the next town over to another Jeep dealership instead and I recommend the same for others.
My truck had an urgent airbag recall, according to the email they sent us. So I call ed and got an appointment for Wednesday at 9:00. Asked the woman if I could get an appointment around noon so I could go on my lunch break from work. She told me it could take a couple of hours but they had a shuttle service to bring me back to work, so I took the 9:00 appointment. Get there at 9:00 was told it may take a couple hours ,that was fine I told them I just need their shuttle service to go back to work. Service rep said he would check to see where the drive was, said he was at least half hour out. Ok ,fine nothing I could do,I was stuck there. It was 10:20 before I left the Dodge dealer with their shuttle driver. so for a quick drop off and return to work it cost me 2 hours of work time. They just called me at 12:30 to tell me they have not yet looked at my truck. I asked if they would have it done by the end of the work day and the rep asked when am I done at work, told him 4:30. He said he would put a note on it to make sure it was done by then,. Why does it take all day for a 9:00 appointment. why make an appointment.I will never go to this Dodge Dealership for service again!!
They were courteous and did a great job fixing my Ram
I had the absolute best experience here at Classic Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Denton. If your looking for a place that treats you as family as well as puts your needs first , you have the right place. Jordan was amazing along with the financing department .
Look up Harrison and Josh Springer as your guys. They'll keep you laughing all day. 3rd vehicle from these guys and will keep coming back.
Poor customer service. I went for an oil change and a little mechanical problem in the door a new vehicle.
Service for the door was denied, I was told that or any repairs I need to make an appointment.
I requested the appointment and Ikea was told " I don't know the schedule, I can't make the appointment, somebody will call you "
My advice is don't come here for service because, go to a dealer where you can be helped without hesitation and bogus and ambiguous answers.
Stay out.
Jeff, Rick, and James took care of me from start to finish with my new Jeep. They were all incredibly helpful and professional during the whole experience. I would highly recommend buying a Jeep from classic.
Classic helped me out in a time we needed it, thanks to Jim Garvin and all his Tech's that worked on replacing my 6.7 ,that was SOME ONE ELSEs fault,no oil ,grest service very professional and did more than expected, thanks Jim,the techs, and Classic.
Markous was a pleasure to work with. Finance jumped through hoops to get us the best deal possible. This was our first experience buying a vehicle outside of our state of residence. Was worth fighting the OU/TX traffic to drive from Norman, OK the day before the big game to Denton for the gem they had on the lot: a fully loaded 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk with only 13k miles for only $35,990. Helluva deal and worth the drive. Icing on the cake is Buc-ee's is within a mile from the dealership. Great place to top off gas tank and stomach! I would DEFINATELY purchase from Classic CJD again! Everyone was very pleasant and friendly. 2 thumbs up!
Jobe is done right th first time . If they find anything else that need attention later they let you how soon it should be fixed and the cost and how long they need fix the problem.
Coy was a great salesman!!! Thank you for taking the time to help me find the Jeep for me.
Thanks again so much,
Donna Sparkman
