This is by far one of the best car buying experiences I have ever done. Coy was amazing. He found the right truck for me and had everything done by the time I got there. He had everything to finance with James. When I got there I did not have to wait to get approved I was already approved and all done and just had to sign and drive. Thank you to Coy and James for my new amazing truck. You guys are the best.

We just purchased a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland and the experience was exceptional. My wife visited the dealer and worked directly with Michael Murphy to find the exact vehicle she wanted. Mr. Murphy literally drove to Austin to do a dealer exchange and bring our vehicle back so it would be ready to be picked up on Saturday. I was able to work out all the terms with him and get my financing done via telephone. The finance manager Josh Purser was friendly and efficient despite his computer not cooperating and we were back home in time for lunch. Great vehicle, fast and friendly service, and a I got a great price! I told Michael to call me in 36 months so we can trade in our 2017 for a 2020 model!

Dropped my truck off at Classic after hours at abo...

Dropped my truck off at Classic after hours at about 9pm, the night before I left for vacation. I figured I'd go ahead and have my oil changed and tires rotated.

The after hours drop off process was convienient and nearly flawless. An opportunity for Improvement would be to ensure the is a writing utensile attached to or near the key drop-off box (military vet - so i had a pen - always ready drill seagent always ready).

The work was performed and my truck was available for pick up very quickly. My flight was set to return to DFW at 3:30pm, so I anticipated being able to get blocer to Classic from the airport by 5pm when the service department was set to close. Unfortunately, my flight out of Florida was delayed, due to lightening. Needless to say, I was not able to make it to Denton prior to 5pm. I did however; arrive about 10-minutes before closing of the sales department.

Initially, one of the remaining employees had me concerned that he we as not going to be able to get me into my truck (that night). This would have created a major hardship for me. Nonetheless, he was able to contact someone (after hours) and combined with additional teamwork; they retrieved my key fob and I was on my way. Huge PLUS for Classic, in the exceptional team work and heroic customer service provided (on Saturday 5-minutes before the weekend)! Opportunity for improvement; establish a cross training program that targets opportunities to ensure this capability with ease. The initial stress could have been reduced, thus providing me with an improvement customer experience!

Last but Certainly not Least! As previously stated, I also had my oil changed and tires rotated. Had I known it was going to cost me +$100 to have this service performed, I would have most certainly opted to have these services (which are often combined) performed elsewhere. Statistis indicate that an avg synthetic oil change w/tires rotated, ranges between $45 & $70. I paid 31% to 56% higher than the national average. Opportunities for improvement, would be to endure this is accurately communicated during initial conversations and think about driving this cost down to a more reasonable price.

This drove my review down from 4.85 to 3.

I had been looking for a 2016 Dodge Charger SXT for a couple weeks & had been corresponding with 8 different dealerships in the Ft Worth/DAllas area. When I got an email from salesman Keith from classic Dodge I felt like my search was most likely over. I told him Whataburger I was looking for on the car of my dreams. A 69 yr old widow looking for my last whoroh!! Well I can say that Keith was determined to find me that car at an affordable price. Sure enough he did. We made the deal via txt & email & when I went into the dealership there my car was all washed & shining like a new penny. All of the staff at Classic of Denton were extremely helpful courteous and went out of their way to make me feel like I was a part of their team. Keith, Jennie & Rafel were the Best??If your looking for a good deal &. fabulous , honest people to work with to get you in the vehicle of your dreams this is the place to go. I got a recall notice for my 2015 Dodge Journey and made an appointment at Classic of Dentist to have it serviced. I got there a little before my appointment time and they took my car right in. Despite having several people in the service waiting area, the repairs were completed before the estimated time and I was able to get on with my day.

The most unprofessional experience I ve had. I emailed with Jeff Barabee about a pre-owned Jeep. He asked when I could come out to see it. I came over the next day only to find out the Jeep I was there to see/buy had been sold the weekend prior.
Jeff Barabee was nowhere to be found. No one even apologized about me driving 1 hr in rush hour traffic to come see a Jeep that wasn t even there. I keep getting emails about me coming to see that Jeep and asking if I was trading in a car in with my purchase.. really?

I called to talk to the sales manager to get this resolved and he said I wouldn t get anymore emails. I asked if it was a common occurrence that they didn t know which cars they kept in stock, and the manager couldn t even acknowledge the question, that s when I hung up.
Save yourself the frustration of dealing with such unprofessional people. Take your money somewhere else and go somewhere where your time will be appreciated.

My mother came here to find a good used vehicle after driving down from Sherman. Patti D. met us at the door and immediately helped us. My mother ended up getting a new 2018 Jeep Renegade that runs amazing, cost as much as a used car, and is an overall great vehicle. Patti was very helpful, quick to get everything done for my mother, and their finance team went right to work to get her the vehicle she truly wanted. Great place to go with great valued vehicles and even better at customer service.

Kent McKee was outstanding again! This guy is so knowledgeable! We knew Kent from when we purchased our Jeep from Classic last year, so that was an added bonus. He knew exactly what we wanted, showed us what he had on the lot, and even options to get what we want if we were not satisfied. Top-knotch customer service!

We give the dealership 4 stars only because we wish there were more perks with our purchase. We have purchased many vehicles over the years from other dealerships in the metroplex and they would tint the windows and put locking lug nuts on the vehicles for free. That truly kept us going back to those same dealerships because we knew we were getting a lot more than we paid for! For such a big purchase, this meant a lot to us! I was also upset to find out that I was purchasing a top-of-the-line minivan (Limited) and it did not come with the Harman Kardon sound system.

Other than that, the people that work here will take care of you!

2018:
If you are looking into buying a new car, go to Classic Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Denton and ask for Kent McKee! He was so easy to talk to and listened patiently to everything we were looking for in our next car and gave us the best deal in town for our 2016 Chevy Tahoe! He has great communication skills and people skills! His expertise with Jeeps narrowed our search down to 3 vehicles. Kent encouraged us to test drive each of them, telling us to take our time and get a good feel for the vehicle. We never felt rushed or pressured to buy anything and Kent answered all of our questions! Joe Ballard in the Finance Department was fast and courteous and we were in and out in no time!

You can't drop your car off for maintenance anymore, you need an appt. Appointments are a week away.

If I knew I'd have to get a rental car when my Challenger broke down, I would have never bought a dodge. After 7 days of my vehicle broken and sitting in the dodge lot waiting for troubleshooting, I ended up having an independent shop troubleshoot my car, I bought the parts and fixed it myself. Ridiculous.

Service department at this dealership is absolutely lacking in any kind of professional standards we have dropped our vehicle off numerous times over and over again just to continuously have to bring it back one time when they were working on the car they didn t tighten a fuel line we got 50 miles down the road with fuel spewing all over the road and thank God a gentleman was at a truckstop who fixed it and said that the fuel line was loose and wasn t tight ...we just pulled it out of service where they tightened and worked on the fuel lines!!

our salesman, Darius and the entire sales team was great, they even came back after hours to complete our sale. Everything was great up until the purchase. The Truck needed some work which they agreed to in writing. They called and told us the truck was complete. We drove 4 hours one way to pick up our truck which upon arrival we saw was still full of hail dents ( one of the things they agreed to fix) when we asked about the hail, the guy (Walter Adams) was a total ass complaining about how much the other repairs cost and said they would only fix the hail if we paid 2,000 for the PDR. We showed it was in writing, so they had to fix it . Long story short we decided not to deal with them after being lied to and treated so poorly by this individual, very disappointing. we will take our business elsewhere in the future.

After working with sales associate Josh (leaving last name out); I would advise working with a different associate or purchasing a vehicle elsewhere. My bank, as well as myself, called Josh to begin the process of purchasing a vehicle (I am located a state away). After both my bank and I both spoke with Josh, he said he would call me back after working with another customer. When he called back just over an hour later, he said he was watching another customer test drive the vehicle as well as sit down in the finance office trying to purchase the vehicle. Had he informed me that someone else was requesting to look at the vehicle, I would have happily placed a deposit, or even signed the paperwork immediately to have the vehicle to drive down and pick up the following day. If both my bank and myself calling to try and get the process started does not show interest in purchasing the vehicle, I don't know what would. While my experience with Classic of Denton was short lived, I would definitely avoid working with Josh as your sales associate.

Generally speaking this dealership gives off the vibe of a down home small town dealership. That bodes well for the the old folks around Denton, Corinth and surrounding area. Need to modernize and come into a more youthful and energetic environment. Staff is generally low key but nice. Sales staff needs nice shirts that identify them when you walk in to the showroom. Classic has outgrown their space and really needs to spread out on more property. Parking for customers is limited. Their service department is inundated by customers cars some waiting for service for 24 to 48 hours. My experience their was a bit long and drawn out but not necessarily unpleasant. They were not able to sell me a vehicle but that will not deter me from ever returning. They simply did not have what I was looking for. I highly suggest you know what you want before you go there to expedite the process. If you are a MOPAR or JEEP or Mazda person this is your place.

I have purchased a lot of new vehicles in my life, but this by far was the best experience I've ever had! I always do a lot of research on the vehicle I'm buying in the vehicle I'm trading in. Additionally, I contact a lot of dealerships to get the best deal. I knew going in what I wanted to pay and what I wanted to get for my trade. I wrote it down on my notepad on my phone before they brought me my offer. They were within tens of dollars of it! Fair deal from the beginning! Additionally, the truck was for my wife and we were kind of struggling to figure out what would be the best fit for her. We must've changed our minds 10 different times. They were so patient and accommodating! Every part of the sale from the beginning to the end, including the financing, went flawlessly. Keith Lindlau and Michael Murphy were so helpful in getting us exactly what we wanted! My wife is so excited about her new truck! We got such a great deal and absolutely no buyer's remorse. That never happens! Additionally, our finance manager, Josh, was so clear, fair, and honest. I could not have asked for a better experience, start to finish. I am so glad I took the trip from Fort Worth to Denton to buy my wife's new truck!

I had that mindset going to Classic Chrysler, but I shouldn t be quick to judge. My experience there is far the best I ve ever had. We went into Classic to get a brochure for the 2019 Pacifica and walked out owning a one. We've been driving Chrysler vehicles for the past 30 years, with our recent Chrysler vehicles being a 2017 Pacifica, a 2008 Town & Country, a 2006 Pacifica, and a 1995 Grand Voyager. Our past 3 purchases had been from the Chrysler dealer in Elgin, IL. Last year we moved to Corinth and started getting our 2017 Pacifica serviced at Classic. Because of the excellent service we've received we decided to look into buying a new Pacifica with all of the safety features. Working with sales associate Matt Miller was a most pleasurable experience. He quickly understood what we wanted and what we were willing to pay and was able to easily satisfy our needs. We look forward to a continuing relationship with Matt and the other great people at Classic. We highly recommend seeing Matt if you are looking for a new vehicle.

I just left the Dodge Dealership in Denton Texas a couple hours ago with the worse customers service. This is the second time that i have experienced this type of service at this dealership. This seems to be the trend the first incident was in April when i was upgrading my dodge hemi for a 3500 dodge heavy duty truck on the third trip to sign the final paperwork they made me wait 2 hours and then tried to rush me through the signing process with the finance manager which he had the worse people skills and I ended up walking out. After a few months past I went to McKinney Dodge to buy my truck...those guys know how to treat there customer. My second incident was tonight. I called the parts department yesterday and spoke with Roger and told him I needed a spare tire for my truck. When i arrived tonight to pick it up the parts guys brought the spare to me in two pieces the rim and tire. First i thought it was a joke but apprently that is how they sell it which it was not communicated to me on the phone when I ordered it. I told the manager i was upset because the part guy expected me to walk out with a tire in one hand and the rim in the other. The Manager Scott really did not seem concerned with my issue and blamed it on bad communication. So already furstrated i paid the extra $30 dollars to put them togehter after spending $450 on the spare tire. After they where done the service guy brought me my tire which was pretty heavy and told me here you go did not even offer to help me carry it to my truck which was on the other side of the building. So I rolled through the front almost hitting one of the display cars and Scott the manager smiled with a smirk on his face asking if I need his help after I was almost to the exit. Which I told him really now you are concern in helping me. I would definitely will not be coming back to this dealership and warn other to shop somewhere else.

My daughter called about a used Jeep Rubicon. She did all of the paperwork and was approved. When we got there to pick it up, they told her the " Sales Manager" sold it to his friend. It has been there for 3 days and it's still listed on the Internet. I'm telling everybody I know NOT TO BUY THERE!

I had accidentally mixed up my service days and they still took care of the issue, so I tip my hat to that! I ll definitely do some buying with them down the road!

Found this dealership to be among the best of those I visited in my search for a new vehicle. Mark Engman (Sales Rep) was very helpful during the review their inventory. While deciding between two vehicles< Mark did not apply pressure and allowed by wife and I time to ourselves while we decided. He has been very helpful for questions following the sale and I highly recommend him and Classic of Denton.

Classic of Denton is by far the best car lot I ve ever done business at. Coy Leake went above and beyond to find the perfect 2 vehicles for my husband and I, then Rick Martinez did everything in his power to get our payments exactly where we needed them to be! And Josh Purser made the paperwork quick, easy and made sure all my questions were answered before handing me the keys and driving off with my new 2019 Dodge Charger GT. I personally drove 10 hours there and back and I d totally do it again!! I ll definitely be doing business with them in the near future!

Just purchased our third vehicle from Classic.

Just purchased our third vehicle from Classic.

Chad Williams worked with us on the last two (Jeeps) and was an amazing delight to work with.

On our most recent purchase the finance department contacted us the day after and pointed out an error in the paperwork that was financially in our favor. We really appreciated the honesty and integrity shown by the business.

The service department is awesome as well. Was very happy with how quickly they were able to replace a blown tire and get us on our way.

Great experience all around with Classic. Would HIGHLY recommend stopping by next time you're in the market for a vehicle!

My appointment was for 130PM and I was in and out in about 90 minutes. My only disappointment was the service order said the dealer performed a multipoint inspection and I did not receive a copy of the inspection. Hence only a 4 star rating as the service adviser should have made certain I received all the paperwork.

I was in the market for a Ram 1500. Based upon a recommendation in the radio, I drove across town (passing two othe Ram Dealerships) to Classic In Denton. Rick Martinez took phenomenal care of me - he was a total pro and made the purchase seamless. I also received incredible value.

I plan to buy more vehicles from him in the future and I highly recommend anybody in the market for a Chrysler-Jeep-Dodge-Ram vehicle to go see Rick Martinez at classic Inn Denton.

Found a truck there I liked they told me they made a mistake and the price was actually 10000 higher than online they said the stock number was different and showed me a completely different truck with a different vin number beware of the bait and switch at this place...complete waist of time and here it is a full day after they realised they "made a mistake" and they have not updated the wrong price of the truck online.

Was not very happy with them they charged me $127 for a small piece of plastic the little button that opens the window the technician stated it took him 30 seconds to replace and they had my car for 2 days I think it was a rip off however they did do the repairs for recalled item

I usually avoid the service department at a dealership but my opinion has changed. After spending over $1000 "fixing" a loud creaking noise at a nationally known automotive repair shop, I took my Jeep in to try and figure out the real problem. The creaking was becoming much louder and I was beyond frustrated. Bobby Butch and his team found my problem and got it taken care of for less than the original "fix.". Why the other place replaced right and left control arms and struts without noticing the severely rusted ball joints is beyond me.

Once again, Jim did an AMAZING job. After having the alternator replaced a few weeks ago, the battery went out. Called Jim, gave me the number to have someone tow it in but luckily the tower was able to jump start it. Jim got it right in and I was able to pick it up the next morning. Took care of shuttling me back and forth, too. Thank you Jim!!! Classic CDJR of Denton is fortunate to have you. Will continue to bring in my daughter's Jeep to Jim. Excellent service.

I would definitely recommend these guys and I plan on coming back for my next Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep or Ram.

Now, to see if the Service Department is as god as the Sales Department for the "perform service" light that came on the next day.

When we met with Tim Donahue he explained the changes they made and that it drove more like a luxury vehicle....he was right! Tim along with his sales manager Scott Arnold and their finance director, Josh Purser, made our purchase on 2 new Jeeps an absolute joy! Classic is truly a different dealership. Everyone is so friendly, honest, and a pleasure to do business with! I found my dealership for life...Thank you again!

They will get my business in the future, exclusively, as long as I have this Challenger.

I was incredibly satisfied with the customer service I received from this location. Kent was beyond a 5-star employee. He spent 4-5 hours helping me find my perfect car, ultimately finding/selling me my dream Jeep. All the team members I worked with her so helpful, kind, and ensured I got the best deal. Josh from finance ensured I got the best of the best deal when it came down to it. I could not be happier with my new 2019 Jeep Wrangler.
