Poor customer service. I went for an oil change and a little mechanical problem in the door a new vehicle.
Service for the door was denied, I was told that or any repairs I need to make an appointment.
I requested the appointment and Ikea was told " I don't know the schedule, I can't make the appointment, somebody will call you "

My advice is don't come here for service because, go to a dealer where you can be helped without hesitation and bogus and ambiguous answers.

Stay out.
