In fairness the general manager made an attempt to correct the issue, unfortunately the staff was unable to complete pretty simple issues over several months. My 2017 corvette grand sport was there (just sitting as far as I can tell) I had to take it back 4 or 5 times for 5 or 6 issues.
Interior parts were installed that didn t match, a test drive was not completed wasting my time driving back and forth an hour each way. Car was lost on lot, dirty (told we don t have the setup to wash it?) I had to walk around the lot to find my own car. I could note the other issues but no one would believe it. For the largest corvette dealer around I m shocked.
Has some time left on a tire and wheel package I purchased but that will be the extent of my visits (still reluctant) I would settle for a refund on that and take my chances.
I should ve bought a Porsche.
After speaking with Heather Drayton (Business Development Center Manager) everything has been resolved in a timely manner. I told her quite a few times that this business needs more people like her working there. She was not only pleasant to speak with she was ON TOP OF THINGS! Going into City Chevrolet I knew exactly what I wanted. Their web site had their cars listed, priced and with multiple photographs. I had found my car!
From the time we walked into the showroom we were treated quite well. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Within a quick moment we were greeted by a salesman, who introduced himself as Julian Bygrave, and with a British accent.
I told him what I wanted, showed him the printout and he took it from there. Julian worked the numbers, met with the manager and made the numbers happen, and I was set to take home my new car later that day.
Working with Andy Davis, the Service Consultant/Financial man, again worked the numbers for me to where everyone was happy (City, the bank, me).
I appreciate everyone being helpful and friendly.
And, by the way, no one tried to sell me a larger, more expensive car or pushed for anything other than what I requested, making this trip to purchase a new car a NEW experience!

During our negotiations over price and warranty, I said we would settle for a 7 year, 75,000 mile warranty. After waiting for a couple hours to sign the final paper, we were informed that the warranty was for only 5 years not 7. I felt disappointed with this although I was informed before signing the warranty agreement. I chose Rick Hendrick because I feel like it is a dealership that can be trusted and will be around for years. Chris Sykes our sales representative was helpful in finding the truck I wanted.

1st visit to this organization just trying to get my brakes fixed since the Tahoe would not stop unless you stamp on the brakes. A known recall issue.
After delivering the vehicle, confirming the issue and the recall coverage with the servicewoman, plus allowing them 3 days to repair, all I got was a call saying that it was "still covered" but I need to bring it back. Bottom line - they forgot!!!! to fix my issue and instead tried to sell me on additional issues...
You guys had my 2016 Tahoe to repair a known issue with my brakes covered via a recall. I dropped it off for THREE (3!) FREAKING DAYS and all I got when I picked it up was an unrepaired vehicle and a quote for $3,500 to repair other issues.
Now I m told I have to bring it back again to fix the issue I dropped it off for, costing me time and money for Uber rides again this coming week.
I m so incredibly disappointed with your organization. Can t wait to share with others.

Money in hand to buy an SUV. They told me they couldn't possibly lower the sticker beyond $13,000 list. Then after three hours of time wasting negotiations they manager to come in at a sticker price of $11k. I step outside to think on it and compare prices online. THEY HAD THE SAME VEHICLE LISTED ON THEIR WEBSITE STICKERED AT $10995. Wasted hours of my time and pulled every crooked BS used car sales trick in the book. If they had offered me the price online in the first 20 minutes this would be a 5 star review and I would be driving a new truck. Instead I am heading over to their competition.

A month ago I made an appointment with Kadeem Moore to see four Corvette convertibles. When I arrived he had the keys out for all four cars. And he had a Z06 waiting on me to test drive. I fell in love with a white Z06 in the showroom and Kadeem gave me a fair price. He even helped me get pictures and a video of the staff driving the car out of the showroom. After 3 dealerships in one day I found myself at City Chevrolet. I wish we would have came here first. I was greeted at the door by a very laid back salesman named Donnie. He was awesome! After two test drives I found my truck. Got a fair value trade in offer, way more that the other three dealerships offered. Donnie and Anya (who is equally as awesome!) walked me through the paper work. Bit of a wait while they got the truck ready but very accommodating. Large pre-owned selection, awesome staff, laid back vibe. If their customer service matches their maintenance and upkeep service for my new truck, I will never shop anywhere else.
