I found the vechicle that I wanted online and made an appointment to ensure getting it as I drove over an hour to get here. Once I spoke with a salesman I learned that not only had my car been sold, but no one had notified me at all. There was no help or condolence, not even an apology made. I now know why people talk so poorly about car salesmen. Literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

My salesman, Jay Clipper was AWESOME !!! He went above and beyond.
He was so patient as I have a very picky husband who expects alot. It was a truly great experience and I would recommend this salesman & dealership. We will be back again !

My experience was great. Everyone was very helpful.

Ordered my part over the phone and specified that I needed all the parts that are on the 3 piece grill they said okay gave me a quote and I ordered it for $1000+ Showed up to pick it up then and they only gave me 2 of the 3 and said that s all the $1000 covers and said if you want the other part you have to pay additional $350. But said the $1000 covers all 3 parts on the phone.

A brand new 2019 red hot Camaro ZL1 1LE with the 10 speed Automatic trans. Even had the car shipped to me with no extra cost. Plus tinted the windows and got her all cleaned up with one of the best detail products on the market (Adam s). Also his sales manager was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. Made me feel comfortable and pleased with my decision in buying the car. What a great experience. Thanks again Garrett you guys are awesome.

We had such an unpleasant experience. We were trying to buy my husband a new truck and the salesperson wouldn t even consider me being on the Loan because I m self employed, I have good credit to get his interest rate and payment lower. He basically ghosted us and wouldn t respond to us so we went to another dealership and we re able to get my husband in a brand new truck!

I had an awesome dealership experience and I will have to say that it had a great deal to do with having the right salesperson. My salesperson, Garret
Williams, made my purchase experience seamless. Mr. Williams was eager to assist me without me feeling pressured. He was knowledgeable about the car I was purchasing as well as the features and options available. I had a horrible experience with Modern Nissan prior to stopping at City Chevrolet. I explained what I had already been through and I was not in the best of moods when meeting Mr. Williams but he was very sympathetic and turned my car shopping experience to a positive one.

During my first visit, I didn't find what I wanted or at least in my price range that day but the next business day, Mr. Williams continued to search
for the car I wanted and found it! It was more than I expected and the price was within my budget. He took the time to go over every detail in the car including setting up my Bluetooth and my OnStar account.

Needless to say, I am a very satisfied customer and I'm loving my new Malibu! Mr. Williams has followed up with me to see how things were going with my new car and to see if I had any questions.

This was BY FAR the most painless car purchase (yes, there is such a thing) I have ever made. I live 3.5 hours away from Charlotte so I needed everything in place before making the lengthy drive. Everything went flawlessly and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Tim Dobbins of City Chevrolet is our go to guy for cars. we have known him for years now. I just want to give a huge shout out to Jesse Debruhl at this dealership. This man was up front and honest about everything at the start. Long story short, this man went out of his way to help me, texting me when I asked for any information, went out to each car and took pictures, and made sure that I was satisfied with every single thing the car had to offer, and here I am the next day, writing this review to ensure this man gets the recognition he deserves! If anyone needs a new vehicle, I would reach out to him, he was extremely knowledgable, and if he did not have the answer, he sure knew where to find it! Will Borsden might very well be the best sales person I have ever dealt with. I came on the lot with a bad taste in my mouth about buying a new car as I had spent half my day with another local dealer. Will took the time to learn exactly what I wanted exactly what my budget was and exactly what my roadblocks were. At the end of the experience I have my new 2015 Malibu and I would go see Will and the team again anytime I need a new car. I am excited to now put the service dept. to the test when it comes to my first service, but if they are anything like the sales team I will be blown away then too. I will not be back here unless I get a better sales person. I was constantly waiting on my sales person. The guy did not seem interested in getting me into a new car. And I constantly felt like he was not taking me seriously due to my age. It was a very frustrating experience here.

The rep was awesome. He explained to me everything and made sure my needs were met.

It took 2 hours to get my oil changed WITH AN APPOINTMENT! Then they said I needed new wiper blades that cost $26 A PIECE! This place is a rip-off

Visited City Chevrolet a couple weeks ago looking for a used Late model Chevy Malibu for our son. We were assisted by Garrett Williams who pointed out to us that with the promotions running on the new 2018 Malibus we could get a new Malibu for close to the same price as a used vehicle. We went home and did a little more research and thinking and returned the following Saturday afternoon where Garrett worked his tail off getting us a nice deal on a slick Black 2018 Malibu. We purchased the vehicle that afternoon and are grateful for Garrett's help in pointing us in the right direction and getting us so much more car for our money.
