After speaking with Heather Drayton (Business Development Center Manager) everything has been resolved in a timely manner. I told her quite a few times that this business needs more people like her working there. She was not only pleasant to speak with she was ON TOP OF THINGS! She followed up and never made me feel like I was a burden. I recommend that if anyone has an issue after going to City Chevrolet to speak with Heather, she will set things straight FAST!
