During our negotiations over price and warranty, I said we would settle for a 7 year, 75,000 mile warranty. After waiting for a couple hours to sign the final paper, we were informed that the warranty was for only 5 years not 7. I felt disappointed with this although I was informed before signing the warranty agreement. I chose Rick Hendrick because I feel like it is a dealership that can be trusted and will be around for years. Chris Sykes our sales representative was helpful in finding the truck I wanted.
