1st visit to this organization just trying to get my brakes fixed since the Tahoe would not stop unless you stamp on the brakes. A known recall issue.

After delivering the vehicle, confirming the issue and the recall coverage with the servicewoman, plus allowing them 3 days to repair, all I got was a call saying that it was "still covered" but I need to bring it back. Bottom line - they forgot!!!! to fix my issue and instead tried to sell me on additional issues...

You guys had my 2016 Tahoe to repair a known issue with my brakes covered via a recall. I dropped it off for THREE (3!) FREAKING DAYS and all I got when I picked it up was an unrepaired vehicle and a quote for $3,500 to repair other issues.

Now I m told I have to bring it back again to fix the issue I dropped it off for, costing me time and money for Uber rides again this coming week.

I m so incredibly disappointed with your organization. Can t wait to share with others.
