Money in hand to buy an SUV. They told me they couldn't possibly lower the sticker beyond $13,000 list. Then after three hours of time wasting negotiations they manager to come in at a sticker price of $11k. I step outside to think on it and compare prices online. THEY HAD THE SAME VEHICLE LISTED ON THEIR WEBSITE STICKERED AT $10995. Wasted hours of my time and pulled every crooked BS used car sales trick in the book. If they had offered me the price online in the first 20 minutes this would be a 5 star review and I would be driving a new truck. Instead I am heading over to their competition.
