This is our second truck from City chevrolet in last ten years but we have bought multiple vehicles and referred many to the Hendrick family but our Salesperson Tito Pedroso ranks at the top, he was very nice, very knowledgeable and extremely professional. My wife doesn't like many car salespeople because they are pushy and arrogant but she loves Tito. The sales Manager Andy Snyder was just as nice and professional, its been a great experience so far. City Chevy had the exact Chevy Malibu with the additional features that I was searching for when other dealers in the area didn't. There were no gimmicks on the website ... the Malibu that was pictured was indeed the car being advertised at an attractive sale price. And I ended up doing even slightly better on that price when adding in additional incentives.
My salesman, Sidney Camp, was great to work with. He covered in detail all the features of the car. He spent extra time in helping me set-up the On Star and My Link after I'd already signed all the paperwork. Lastly, he gave me a phone call a few days later to see how I was liking the Malibu and to see if I had any questions that he could answer.

For me, I was open to just about any car as long as it was dependable and good milage. I do like the Chevy Cruze. They were good at explaining all about the car. For me it was a fairly quick deal, in at 930 out by 3. Though dealing with onstar and XM Sirus was different. Everyone was friendly regardless of where I was. They gave a short tour for getting your car services later down the road.

It was like their salesman (Julian) cared more about my worries than i did, and he took care of my worries as soon as i had them, without hesitation. I went to city Chevrolet thinking i really want a Camaro but i might not be able to afford it, well i left the place knowing i got the best deal i could possibly have gotten and with a huge smile on my face. To be honest im not a big fan of American cars but this dealership turned it all around for me because of the warranties and car care packages they offer. I couldn't be happier with my Camaro or the price.

I arrived at 8am for my appointment. Was not immediately greeted upon arrival. The individual who took my information was nice, but he was not the one who would be arranging my service. I was getting a diagnostic performed, and expected that I would learn what the problem was. After waiting for almost 3 hours, I went to the service desk to ask about progress. Without speaking with me, they had already completed the service. However, no one came to tell me this, and I wonder how long I may have waited before someone did. In addition to having to return to the service desk myself, the service representative was having a conversation with another employee, which did not stop when I arrived. They proceeded to converse. Then, when one employee left, another came along not long after. There was no, "excuse me" from the service rep or the other employee. It was as if I were invisible. I will not return here for service, EVER.

While negotiating my purchase, I told the manager what I wanted as an out the door price. I also negotiated two key fobs as part of the deal. All of this was in writing and he agreed with a handshake and a smile.
The manager then came back and told me that 'out the door price' means the amount of cash I pay after deducting my trade from the price of the car. For example, I tell him I want an out the door price of $15,000. My trade is valued at $2,000. So the manager comes back with a vehicle price of $17,000 and shows me an out of pocket expense of $15,000. What kind of moron confuses Out The Door Price with Out Of Pocket Expense!!!
This is the kind of dirty tactic used at City Chevrolet. The manager also claimed he never agreed to give me a 2nd key with a fob. and he denied me the fob on 2 different occasions , even though it was in writing.
I did not disclose to them that I was in the car sales business for a local dealership for several years, and I have never seen such a high level of chicanery. The manager there, Steve, he is a mustache twirling snake oil salesman. Buyer beware!
Garrett Williams worked hard to make sure I got the truck I wanted and was awesome but that's where the good service stopped. Weeks after getting the truck we were harrassed because they lost copies of our pay stubs and couldn't finish the loan. They acted as if it was our fault and was telling me to return the truck. This is ludacris!!

How you going to charge 100.00 to just diagnose the car and NOT add that amount to repair bill if I choose to get it fixed!!!!! UPDATE: So today I get a call from TRAVIS BOONE the Service Manager at Dealership. He apologized for the mistake of service technician that stated that diagnostic test was NOT to be included in the pricing of the service repair. It turns out that IS included. He asked my side of the story and was sincerely interested in what I had to say after seeing my FB and their Page reviews I posted after this incident. I explained that I fixed the car myself with their $60 part and it took me,a car novice just 45 minutes to do it. So $50O was just over the top. Now I know dealership repairs are usually higher and I expected that... because I needed them to do it right since no one else could definitively tell me what the codes were. But that price was WAY overboard. So again he apologized. And guess what guys.... refunded me the 93 for their error. Now that is what I call being interested in the satisfaction and reviews of your customers. He saw that I bought my car there in the past and wanted me to keep my service there. Thanks City Chevrolet for making me feel valued.
I really appreciated Ace and the team at City Chevrolet working late to accommodate my schedule and following up the next morning to return some items I overlooked in my trade-in! I found that Rick Hendrick City Chevrolet offered the best warranty compared to the other vehicles I had considered.

I had the best car purchase experience at City and I attribute it greatly to Tim Dobbins. He was very attentive and equally as important he was very patient. I was overwhelmed by all of the Corvette options, colors and etc available to me but Tim remained patient and helped me down-select to the car that I ended up purchasing. For several days, I had been shopping online for a 2021 Chevrolet Tahoe. I stopped in at City Chevrolet. Travis Bryson came out to see if I needed help. He was wonderful. In January 2014, my father, then 91 years old, was in a car accident. He took his leased 2013 Chevy Cruz to the shop to be repaired. He trusted that your dealership would repair it using authorized GM/Chevrolet parts. The repair estimate had two pages of verbiage that explained what all the symbols on the estimate meant. On the last page there is a paragraph titled Alternate Parts Disclaimer . It explains that the insurance company, Geico, authorizes dealers to use third party parts. As a dealer who leases vehicles, you and your staff know that if third party parts are used to repair leased cars, the lessee has to pay the price for GM authorized parts when they turn the car back to the dealer. My father is now being asked to pay $330.00 for parts as a result of alternate parts being used on his repair. He refuses. When the car was returned in July 2016 it had only 8700 miles on it. Legally, my father is responsible but he is angry as hell. He feels taken advantage of by Hendrick automotive. What your dealership did is not illegal but surely unethical. He has asked Ally to take it up with you but since legally it's his responsibility, not yours, they are waiting for my dad to pay. The Ally rep I spoke with said she sees this more with the elderly clients. Shame on you! I am taking this issue to the BBB, Attorney Generals Office & local news to make them aware of this practice so that people like my dad, are made aware of how their car may be repaired (with non-authorized parts), verbally, before authorizing repairs.

Had a Traverse to trade in. Had wanted a Tahoe. Was shown a Durango w/in our price range in great condition. By the time we got home we realized we were only given 1 key, the only chargers were 2 lighter chargers & an actual plug similar to one on a wall & only 1 lighter charger worked (after finding older adapter on ebay). One of the rear turn lights was not working & the passenger seat belt in the back has a sharp piece of metal sticking out like a shard of glass. When you open the back the light pops out of the door & hangs by the wires
- not exactly the $20k car we budgeted for! My husband was told it was sold "as-is" & NOTHING will be done. Thanks mike in used cars!

We were ready to make a purchase. We new what car we wanted and were willing to pay any down payment, if necessary. But we were not greeted or asked if we need help with anything until we approached the young woman at the front. We were told to wait 10 minutes for a salesman, no problem.
As we were waiting for about 10 minutes we decided to go back in and wait. As soon as we go in another guy that walks in was greeted happily and asked if he needed anything.
So we will definitely not give our money to this place.
We told the young lady in the front why we left and she said the guy just had a question.
Regardless, when ANY customer comes in you greet them if you want them to feel welcomed. And btw the guy had pretty much the same questions we were going to ask before buying.
I just bought a 2018 Chevy Bolt from City Chevrolet and had a very positive experience. Jon (the salesperson) and Scott (Sales Manager) worked with me to get a car brought in from another Hendrick dealership, and it had everything I needed and wanted in the car. I was able to get a fair price with a monthly payment that worked for me. Allen in the Finance group capped off the pleasant experience and allowed me to get a very reasonable price on a full 5-year bumper to bumper warranty on this tech-heavy vehicle. If you are in the market for a new Chevy vehicle, this is definitely the place to be!

This is the first time that I get known " test drive" is necessary, or required.
I visited the store yesterday and one of their sales person served me. After I told him what vehicles I would like to buy, he took me to his desk and asked my personal information. I responded as" why don't we look at the car first?" He agreed.
After I saw the first car, the salesperson tried to get my driver's license and asked me to test the car. I refused and requested to see the second one. After that, the salesperson asked me to have a test drive and tried to get my driver's license again. This time, he told me "test drive is necessary." I responded" what if I refuse?" and asked him" is this the policy you made?"
I wanted to talk with his manger but the opportunity wasn't given. They made me wait for 20 minutes and the manager gave me a price for the car. I refused and left out, because the car shown by them was not the latest and has 1010miles already, even though I told them I would like to see a latest one.

I made a early appointment because of the drive and traffic for Friday 31MAR17 @ 7:30am. Arrived prior to my appointment and was taken @ 7:30am after Mr. Andy Davis took my info down I asked would I be ready to go at or around 8:00am? Mr Davis said oh no that the technicians don't get in until 8:00am. (Why was my appointment made for 7:30am if no one was their to take care of my truck?) [ Vin # 3GCUKSEC0GG294063] Went in for my second free oil change, tire rotation and the 28 point check. When Mr Davis came and got me to say all was complete, I asked if every thing looked ok and were the tires rotated? Mr Davis told me yes SUR he also said that he was in the service department when the tires were rotated. I signed for the work done and went to my truck. I HAD MARKED MY FRONT LEFT TIRE WITH TWO SMALL YELLOW MARKS ON THE TIRE GUESS WHERE THAT TIRE WAS? IT WAS STILL ON MY FRONT LEFT!! I WENT BACK IN AND TOLD MR DAVIS THAT THE TIRES WERE NOT ROTATED. HE ONCE AGAIN SAID YES THEY WERE WELL AFTER TELLING HIM WHAT I DID AND SHOWING HIM HE THEN TOOK THE KEYS AND DROVE OFF WITH MY TRUCK. I ask how can one trust a person that flat out did not tell the truth?
