I came into Rick Hendrick City Chevrolet on the recommendation from my brother who's an HAG employee, I was set up with Jodi Cantrel in sales who was more than helpful and accommodating to my vehicle shopping needs and understood what it is that I was looking for. Upon further conversations with her I found out that her son had recently graduated from bootcamp with the United States Navy, like myself I'm an active duty service member and she was very supportive of my service to our country and bound and determined to get me into a vehicle that day that not only would be what I was looking for, but fit the budget in what I was aiming for. I was also please to find out that City Chevrolet honors military discounts unlike many of the other dealerships that I was looking at, it's companies like this, who take the time to look out for the their service men and women that would keep me coming back in the future when I'm ready to upgrade. Travis Moore one of the Sales Managers was more than willing to fight on my behalf with the financing companies to make sure that I got a vehicle in my price range and stopped at nothing to make sure that it happened. These two far exceeded my expectations and I would absolutely recommend this dealership to others. It's people like Jodi and Travis that would keep me coming back to Rick Hendrick City Chevrolet in the future. Thank You guys very much, I'm totally happy with my purchase!!
