We just purchased a Used Jeep from Chrysler Winona and were very impressed with the time that Chris and Andy spent with us, finding exactly the vehicle we wanted. They were friendly, professional and not pushy with our decision. We will definitely consider coming back.

I have recently purchased a 12 Silverado from them. Jesse my salesman was great he also told me he was still new to it so he wouldn t know everything about the vehicle which I was fine with because my dad has a 18 Silverado so i know quite a bit about them. Monica the finance lady was excellent she tried very very hard to help get the loan for this. The point where I am not the happiest is not even a week later the wheel sensor went out, granted they did fix it but I had to drive well over and hour for them to fix it and now you can hear it squeaks which it shouldn t do that, they also definitely could ve had new tires put on because the ones on the truck are very low tread they definitely should have people check them out a lot more throughly.

Ok. Purchase my 2013 Dodge journey there. Do not recommend that vehicle at all btw, costly to maintain. The dealership doesn't stand out. The service department charged 190 to charge my battery and tell me there was nothing wrong with my vehicle when it has to be towed in because it would not start. Battery is brand new BTW. Thought 190$ was a little excessive.

JB , Flash Gordon , D-nice and Monica were very helpful in helping us chose the correct vehicle for our needs. They were not pushy just helpful. Monica helps you with in house financing as well.

Awesome experience! Since I live about two and a half hours away, most of the business was handled over the phone. Eric was great to work with. Great price on the vehicle I was interested and their offer for my trade-in was what I was expecting. When I got to the dealership, they had the Jeep I was interested in in the garage all cleaned up and ready. I took it out for a spin, and they test drove mine. All was good! Signed some papers and I drove away in my new Jeep! I was in and out of there in about 30 minutes!

Crooks with no intelligence. Asked me to take a 6 thousand dollar loss on my trade in which was only 2 years old, in perfect condition with 10k milage. They price their cars about 7 thousand over bluebook and basically negotiate you down to 1 thousand over blue book and make you think you got a good deal.

These people are owned by the same people who own sugar loaf ford (aka the dealer with the worst reputation in winona) so no surprises there. They also tried to rip off my friend who doesn't have much income, they tried to sucker him into a 72 month financing plan with a car that was way overpriced.

It's a shame that 1 star is the lowest i could give these crooks, they deserve to go out of business. I recommed heading to dahl, all dealers are pretty scummy, but with dahl u can get a decent price + their 7 month warranty.

Horrible experience. I tried to trade in my 2nd gen Cummins for a 2019 model and they only offered me 4K for it. The truck has some problems so I wasn t expecting the WORLD but 4K? It only has 358,000 miles (nothing for these trucks) and no brakes! I could sell it on craigslist for at LEAST 20k but felt trading it in would be easier. I feel personally insulted by this offer and their refusal to bargain with my counter offer of 19.5k. Unbelievable. I ll be taking my business elsewhere because I know what i have and what it s worth.

Picked up my new Jeep today. Best price around. The whole staff worked with my husband and I...and were very patient with us. Jesse Brown was our salesman. He is great and so fun to talk hockey with!

Showed up with a burnt out tail light, the service department was able to get me in within 30 minutes and had my tail light replaced within another 30. Hourly service rates are extremely competitive and I saved over $100 having them do the work for me. Thanks guys! Keep up the good work!

Purchased a 2008 impala in feb. Love the car, only downfall that I was unaware of at the time off purchase is that the car has an oil leak that needed to be addressed but it was an affordable fix.

Found the truck I wanted. Loved it had a little issues with the bank but the sales department was able to make it so that everyone was extremely happy by the end of it all. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 stars is that I get emails now every week at least trying to sell me a vehicle even after I bought one from them. thanks Chrysler winona for all the help and understanding with my unique situation. Bought my Jeep from Gabriel. Great customer service. Would certainly recommend the group and I plan on buying my next Jeep from Chrysler Winona.

Was the first one in for the day for service and it took over an hour for an oil change. Then they did not want to give me all paperwork for my service records. Declined to take a coupon that was mailed to me for a discounted oil change. Quoted me a price for a new windshield wiper (just bought vehicle 6 months ago and wiper works fine, almost new vehicle) but unable to tell me why the cost was so high. Looking over the paperwork that I was suppose to sign, my information was incorrect, including no phone number listed and using wrong acronyms (MR). Details matter! Quite turned off by overall experience and a hassle. If not for warranty work would not go there.

Excellent salesman. He's very polite and pays attention to details. He wants to find what's right for you not what gets him the biggest commission. Will definitely be getting a vehicle from him very soon.

Awesome!! Bought a used Dodge Dakota and they worked with me to stay within my budget and give me a great truck at a great price! They were not pushy, hard balling or anything. They let me take the truck for an extended test drive and over to my mechanic with no condescending comments or anything like that. It was an easy and very laid back experience. I would highly recommend them! Jarrod (spelling?) was fantastic and he made the experience great!

When I purchased my vehicle from Chrysler Winona it didn t come with any of the user s manuals. Used vehicle. I get it. When I asked for a set I was directed to a web site where I could download a PDF copy. Okay, I guess, but unsatisfactory and not what I would have expected for having just forked out $19,000.

2000 miles later I went in for my first oil change. (I was assuming it was supposed to be 2000 miles because I didn t have a freaking user s manual.) Anyways, the technician who performed the oil change didn t properly reattach the splash shield and it came loose while I was on a business trip. Because of their incompetence, the shield corner was caught by the airflow and was shredded by the road. Instead of owning up to their ineptitude and replacing the shield, all they would do was bend it back into place and secure it.

As I was searching the internet for a used car, I came across a 2012 Honda Civic at Chrysler Winona. After inquiring about the car, I decided to take it for a test drive. Salesman, Derek, was quick to respond to my questions, willing to touch up a small paint chip that I noticed on the door and he even filled the tank for me. The entire purchasing process was hassle free and I was on my way. After three month of driving the Honda on a daily basis, I m confident I made the right decision and will definitely refer my family and friends to Chrysler Winona.

We recently purchased a brand new ram pickup truck for our business and Andy in sales was excellent to deal with. He was very responsive easy to communicate with and got along great with him. I went to Chrysler in Winona to find a car, after an accident left me carless and stressed to the max. I only had the rental for two weeks and I had to make a decision quick with it being on my terms. I'd like to comment on the outstanding customer service received by Gabe Longhini. Without a doubt, Gabe has been the best sales person I have dealt with in many years. From my first call to him, he was professional and responded to me quickly regarding a car I was interested in. His follow up wasn't overbearing and I didn't have to ignore him like the other five dealerships i was working with. He worked well with me to discuss my needs and what I could afford. Gabe doesn't care about the commission (if he's even offered one), he just wanted me to be happy in my new/used car and for it to be affordable for me. The finance department worked with me on lowering my payments for the car I wanted and worked with the cost of the car itself! Everything Gabe did was honest, straight forward and he delivered on my expectations, right through to the delivery of my shiny, Dodge dart (full of gas). I sincerely hope Chrysler will work to hire employees like Gabe to represent the excellence of Chrysler. If you're looking for a car, I would recommend to stop by Chrysler winona and ask for Gabe! The service center employees have been equally superb during my regular maintenance appointments. My prior vehicle I purchased was a used Chrysler Stratus. While I didn't end up getting a car at Chrysler Winona, they did help me through the process! I car shopped for almost 3 months in person and online for 6. The last time i bought a car i needed to buy so i couldn't be picky, this time round, i was able to be picky and had no timeline. I dropped by Chrysler and Jesse helped me test drive a few different vehicles. None were "it". Fast forward a few more weeks and I found myself back at Chrysler trying out a Jeep Cherokee Latitude. I did like the model, but this particular car didn't sit right in my spirit. Jesse helped me try another, and again, it just wasn't a fit, but from this experience i knew i wanted that make and model. Jesse continued to reach out and check in on how my shopping was going. This last time he checked in, i had actually found the car i was hoping for in the same make and model. Thus, while I didn't get the car i wanted at Chrysler, they were instrumental in my search and Jesse was one of the best individuals to work with throughout my entire shopping experience. I went roughly 15 different dealers, and i can tell you he was on the top of my list of reps that were helpful, considerate, and not overtly pushy all while keeping tabs on the progress. I'd definitely recommend checking out Chrysler Winona for your own car shopping!

Bought a 2015 Ram 1500 from Eric at Chrysler Winona. Was a little hesitant at first but Eric had the truck ready upon our arrival, explained everything about the truck, and answered all our questions thoroughly. Definitely helped make vehicle buying less stressful. We will be back within the next year to buy our next vehicle from Eric.

Purchased an 09 Dodge Journey with my girlfriend that was owned by the service manager we were told and it allegedly had no issues at all. Less than three months later we ve had issues with power steering lines, airbag fault system and starter. All used vehicles have problems, but very convenient timing to trade in a supposedly well maintained vehicle right before all these problems suddenly appear. Not impressed; would not buy another used vehicle here. They offered no support of any kind.

Purchased our 2020 Dully last week and couldn t have been any happier with the fast Service Our sales guy Dereck, Monica in finance and Eric the Manager did to speed up the process. Parts were ordered and was put on and we picked it up the same week. Very impressed.
