I went to Chrysler in Winona to find a car, after an accident left me carless and stressed to the max. I only had the rental for two weeks and I had to make a decision quick with it being on my terms. I'd like to comment on the outstanding customer service received by Gabe Longhini. Without a doubt, Gabe has been the best sales person I have dealt with in many years. From my first call to him, he was professional and responded to me quickly regarding a car I was interested in. His follow up wasn't overbearing and I didn't have to ignore him like the other five dealerships i was working with. He worked well with me to discuss my needs and what I could afford. Gabe doesn't care about the commission (if he's even offered one), he just wanted me to be happy in my new/used car and for it to be affordable for me. The finance department worked with me on lowering my payments for the car I wanted and worked with the cost of the car itself! Everything Gabe did was honest, straight forward and he delivered on my expectations, right through to the delivery of my shiny, Dodge dart (full of gas). I sincerely hope Chrysler will work to hire employees like Gabe to represent the excellence of Chrysler. If you're looking for a car, I would recommend to stop by Chrysler winona and ask for Gabe!
