Was the first one in for the day for service and it took over an hour for an oil change. Then they did not want to give me all paperwork for my service records. Declined to take a coupon that was mailed to me for a discounted oil change. Quoted me a price for a new windshield wiper (just bought vehicle 6 months ago and wiper works fine, almost new vehicle) but unable to tell me why the cost was so high. Looking over the paperwork that I was suppose to sign, my information was incorrect, including no phone number listed and using wrong acronyms (MR). Details matter! Quite turned off by overall experience and a hassle. If not for warranty work would not go there.
