This place is awesome! Exceptional customer service. Jesse the sales dude I dealt with exceeded any sales person I've ever dealt with. We dealt over the phone for a week before even meeting in person due to the fact that I live 4 hrs from Winona. He was very truthful in what I was buying and helped with the process of the finance department contacting me instead of me trying to figure out who to talk to. Even went on the test drive with me as didn't know the town very well. I would definitely recommend Jesse and Chrysler Winona to anyone and everyone I know. A++++++

Great people. I bought a used unlimited Rubicon 2 weeks ago and expected a few issues. Chrysler in Winona really worked to get things going and at a very low cost. Redid software in computer, updated it and checked everything over for only 120.00. Anyone who has had to have issues done with their vehicle knows this is a more than fair cost. I also overheard Paul, in Service, talking to a customer about tires. He told her, only 5 bucks above their cost. I hit him up about tires and bought 5 for the Jeep. During this service I also had to wait for awhile because there is an issue with one of the rear wheels and not having the key for the rims, well, made things more difficult. Brooke, also Service, mad sure she checked on things and that all was going well. Just fantastic service all around.

Purchased a wonderful "new" car yesterday. My last car purchase at a dealership was many years ago, so I felt a little uneasy at first. Gabriel was very helpful and professional right away. So, I did not feel uneasy very long. Thank you, Gabe, for providing excellent customer service and for your willingness to answer questions! I was amazed that the process was not complicated at all. My wife and I were interested in buying a new truck for 2 years. I always talked ourselves out of it. Finally, we decided to purchase one. I was in contact with Gabe (sales guy) at the time, life happened and We had to step away. 4 months later I contacted him again. He remembered our conversations and what we were looking for. 2/22/20 we stopped in and purchased a 2020 crew cab Laramie.
